As Mikoto was getting ready for his internship. Turns out he had received a call from Geysis-Sensei.
A part of him feared of what the man wanted.
Did he wanted Mikoto back for another internships...
God...He hoped not...
That last internship he and Shouto had with the man almost killed them.
Mikoto came out of his dorm and walked over to the living room where Geysis was waiting for him.
However, he noticed that he wasn't alone.
Mikoto: Tsuyoi-Senpai?
Tsuyoi: *Bows* Yukimura...
The yukata senpai was right there in the living room waiting for him along with Geysis-Sensei.
Mikoto was wondering why he was here with them...
Geysis: I take it that you're wondering why we're here to talk to you. First, sit down.
Mikoto sat down on a chair while Geysis and Tsuyoi sit down on a couch.
Geysis: We're here to talk about a few things with you.
Mikoto nodded quietly as he let the man continue.
Geysis: First line of business. the reason why Tsuyoi-kun is here is because he's serving a Hero Work-Studies under the Samurai.
This brought surprise to Mikoto.
While a lot of his classmates chosen either Kyan-Senpai or Akari-Senpai. He didn't even noticed that none of them had chosen Tsuyoi-Senpai yet...
Geysis: Which is why the answer is brought back to you...How did you receive a notification to go to the Samurai Hero.
Mikoto:....It was given to be by my Dad.
Geysis' made a frown.
Geysis: I see....
Mikoto: Is there a problem?
Geysis: It's nothing that you should be worried about. It's more of a grown folk matter. Why now? Why did Tohru-san see you to be fit to work under the Samurai.
Mikoto was confused. Why was Geysis-Sensei's questioning the application his father gave him.
Geysis: (This boy...He don't know anything about his father, do he...? Did that man even tell the boy his quirk?)
Mikoto: Geysis-Sensei.
Geysis: Your father was once a student to Taka Fujimura.
Mikoto:....!
Geysis: Maybe that's the reason he wanted you to go on this interview with the Samurai. But why now of all times.
Geysis now understands that Tohru wants him to introduce Mikoto to Taka Fujimura. However, Geysis does not understand why Tohru must be the middleman when he could just introduce Mikoto by himself.
Was it a possible chance....that Tohru was uncomfortable meeting with the man again.
He couldn't help but chuckle due tk the fact that it reminded him of how All Might was afraid of introducing Midoriya-kun to Gran Torino back then...now the man was uncomfortable as well letting the lad meet Nighteye. Though All Might does not feel comfortable meeting Nighteye because he became exactly what Nighteye warned him about.
Mirio, the boy from class 3-A, had asks Midoriya-kun what Hero he wants to become.
Having experienced much to get to this point and having gotten so much support from everyone around, in order for all of that to be a payoff, especially the support from Mikoto.
Izuku had said aloud that he wants to be the best Hero of them all. Although Izuku's goal is all over the place. Since Mirio cannot refuse. He accepts to introduce Izuku to Nighteye.
Which leads them back to Mikoto. The boy really had no idea who he should intern with. So for his father to come up with this now at the last minute was quite nerve-wrecking to go on about.
Geysis: Taka Fujimura was known as the Samurai Hero back in the past. Carrying a long katana blade, he had spent the last decades acclimating to the Kyoto Mountains away from villains that dared threatened that peace. He had to rely on greater martial skill, cunning, and devotion to his culture in order to survive. Some rumors had said...He may have came from a long line of Samurais...
Mikoto: Whoa....
Tsuyoi: He may be...the last of his kind...
Mikoto:.....Wait...What about Yoroi Musha... Isn't he the equipped hero that looks like a Samurai.
Tsuyoi: True but no...
Geysis: Samurais have been here for more than two hundreds years...way before quirks even camd into existence. Yoroi Musha's Quirk is currently unknown. His armored appearance suggests that he fights in similar styles to that of a samurai, although this is not confirmed.
Mikoto:....
Geysis: Which comes back to you...Are you sure you want to work under a man who hasn't been into the hero business for quite a while...Sure, he could train you...but...as the rumors by far goes...Taka Fujimura is not a pleasant man...he is strict beyond capabilities. He is also cold to most of his underlings. In short sentences, this man is worse than Nighteye. Which is why...we want to hear from you, Yukimura, what is your answer...do you want to work for this man for the Hero Work Studies...?

After the request from Geysis-Sensei and Tsuyoi-Senpai. Mikoto was once again back in his room.
His thoughts ran over his head like a marathon. His mind felt like a kaleidoscope. He wonder how this choice that will be beneficial to the other choices of the Hero Work Studies.
Why did his Dad kept the secret about the Samurai Hero underwraps til now...?
How did Geysis-Sensei and Tsuyoi-Senpai knew...?
Is he even choosing the right hero?
Mikoto: Maybe I'll just sleep on it...after all...the Hero Work Studies Program is tomorrow. My answer will be a little late but nontheless...I'll tell them...
Mikoto slowly felt his eyes shut until he felt himself being taken into the dreamworld.

Hmm...
That's strange...
Mikoto was confused...
Usually his dreams would be filled with snow or ice cream everywhere...
But all he could see was darkness...
Darkness that was faintly familiar...

Mikoto didn't like this...not at all...
He hoped this was just a nightmare...
Though he hasn't had one of those since he was a kid...last time he had a nightmare was about something silly like his father throwing away all the ice cream...which is something his father wouldn't really do unless the dessert was melted.
But since they used to live in a mansion that holds a lot of air conditioning for keep it cool for his mother.
Ice cream would hardly melt...
But like he thought before...it was just a nightmare...

Mikoto was unsure what was going to happen next but suddenly, through the darkness...
He hear a small voice...
"You're here...."
Mikoto: Eh?
No way... it's that voice again...the one he kept hearing back then at the final exam and the Kamino Ward.
Mikoto: Who are you?
"Don't worry...I am a friend..."
Mikoto found that hard to believe...
He can't be friends with someone he didn't know especially if that person won't reveal themselves from the shadows.
Mikoto: Please...if you're actually my friend...reveal yourself...
And the person did....
Mikoto's eyes went wide...the person was someone who was long dead...way before Mikoto was even born.
Mikoto: No way...
beautiful woman with a tough demeanor. She was a fairly tall woman of slender yet voluptuous frame, and she was well-built.
She was fair-skinned and had a small mole below her bottom lip, centered to the right, and sharp, intelligent eyes with quite long eyelashes. Her hair was dark and straight, kept shoulder-length with the exception of a clump of short bangs hanging above her forehead, and was usually styled in a half-up-half-down bun.
From Mikoto's angle, he can tell she was a hero because she wore a costume which consisted of a dark, sleeveless bodysuit with a high collar, yellow elbow-length gloves, and white knee-high boots. Around her waist was a belt with an angular golden buckle, a small cape attached around the back which hung down to her knees, and over her shoulders was a longer cape, buttoned to the shoulders of her bodysuit.
She gave him a smile as Mikoto stared at her...
Woman: I'm so glad I finally was able to meet you...You have come a long way...
Mikoto:....
Woman: I seen how much you have grown. You're just like him but more cautious...You want to help people with a smile on your face just like your friend does but you seem to resent yourself which pushes your further away from your goal...
Mikoto couldn't believe what he was hearing...how did she knew all that...?
Mikoto: W-Who are you...?
The woman continued smiling at him...that smile...for some reason...reminded him of All Might.
Nana: My name is Nana Shimura...
Mikoto's eyes went wide. The Nana Shimura...one of the previous wielders of One For All?!
Mikoto: W-Wha...How did you get here...? Aren't you supposed to be...well...
Nana: Dead?
Mikoto nodded.
To be honest from being subconsciously, he realized that in such little time that he had been there, he felt like he had across some dimension.
Nana: Well...I was going to ask the same thing... I'm not supposed to be here...but here I am...I appear to be...alive...But I'm long dead...I appear to be somehow in your mind...
Mikoto:.....How long...?
Nana:....Since you were young...I've been watching you...your determination to be a hero yet others want you to be someone else.
Mikoto:....
Nana: You must be warned, child...there are many trials of being a hero ahead of you. But you feel like your nothing but a side character in this story. But no...Just know....you're not...It isn't your friend's story anymore...It's your story now...your story of being a hero...
Mikoto:...
Nana: I once told my student, Toshinori this, When you have to save someone, they're usually in a scary situation. A true hero saves not only their lives, but also their hearts... That's what I believe. So no matter how scary things get, give 'em a smile, as if to say, "I'm a-ok". The people in this world who can smile are always the strongest....So now...go out there Yukimura...Be the hero you want to be and the hero that people will need. Remember to give them a smile once you save the day!
Mikoto: Yes Ma'am!
Nana Shimura soon disappeared from his sight before Mikoto got the chance to ask anymore questions.
Mikoto soon woke up.
Mikoto: Was all that....real? Or was it just a dream...?
He wasn't sure if what he experienced was real or fake...but he remembered all of it...
He met Nana Shimura...All Might's sensei...
But she was killed by All For One...
So if that's true...then how can Mikoto be able to see her and speak to her through his mind...?
Mikoto: Is this...a new ability?
His question for this was left unanswered...but however...the question Geysis-Sensei and Tsuyoi-Senpai had for him...his decision...
Mikoto slowly balls his hand into a fist.
They have his answer.
Mikoto: I'm going to go see the Samurai Hero.
