Lunch meeting in a cabin of restaurant of Seoul arranged by Mr Byun.
Mr Byun's lawyer hands some printed documents to Chanyeol's lawyer. Mr Byun's lawyer starts,
"These are just rough. You can correct where Mr Park wants to bring changes. The main copy is in my laptop. I will correct after finalizing everything. I hope at the end we can reach at a point. I will read it for all."
Chanyeol takes a look on the paper.
" I am gonna start then," Mr Byun's lawyer again starts.
" Point Number one,if ever Byun Baekhyun wants to take legal action against Park Chanyeol regarding forcing to be in relationship with him, the divorce case will activated on progress without further any alligation."
" It's weird," Chanyeol's lawyer whispers to Chanyeol .
" Add a investigation word before case. It's not clear. But that's a ethics of law," Chanyeol's lawyer says to Mr Byun's lawyer.
"No. Not so. These case will be dealt by higher court without further verification,as there's past history of mental abuse of clients by third party or whatever," Mr Byun's lawyer explain.
" It's like a trap," Chanyeol's lawyer still objects.
"My client won't change it. If your client don't want so, we can just stop here. But it's okay if you say me to add word ' investigation' ."
"It's okay. Just add that.Next," Chanyeol says suddenly. He knew Mr Byun would come with some ridiculous points. But, it's okay. Obviously Baekhyun or he won't do such.
"Point Number 2. There's will be further change in marriage registration. The amount after getting divorced will be 100000 USD. No matter what who first apply for divorce. Chanyeol will be the one to pay."
"That's ridiculous. Are you saying if Byun Baekhyun cheats on Chanyeol,then still it will be Mr Park to pay for divorce?"
" Here's a long separation already has occurred. If Mr Park wants him back,then still he has come in this terms. And the door is always open to give up."
"No matter what who apply for divorce? Isn't that too much? Such a largest amount money! That will make my client a bankrupt. Is opposition is thinking to earn this way? You are also a lawyer. How can you write this."
" Mr Byun?" Mr Byun's lawyer looks at Mr Byun's face.
"Okay. Then correct it. No matter who apply for divorce ,but if the reason gets centralised because of Chanyeol according to law. Okay, Chanyeol?"
"Are you thinking I want Baekhyun back to get divorced in future? You have added the amount because I won't ever be dare to apply for divorce ? It's okay. We are not getting divorced ever," Chanyeol marks the point as approved.
The lawyer from Mr Byun reads another point of terms and conditions from paper.
"If any unnatural death of Byun Baekhyun occurs in future,Park Chanyeol should be brought under
investigation ,no matter what ,as the main suspect. Investigation should be held even if Byun Baekhyun presents with any accident causing or not causing disability. During investigation time Baekhyun will be kept away from Park family."
Chanyeol can't believe what's the lawyer is saying. He was about to say something,but his lawyer stops him.
"Is not this type of condition is unethical? This term is gonna make my client's position insecure. What if anyone try of take advantage from this point? There's remain a dangerous consequence of this type of point for Dr. Park. Opponents can use this just to destroy him by making false evidence. I object this point on behalf of my client."
Chanyeol nods. He still can't believe Mr Byun can set up such type of terms and conditions.
" The point has emphasized on investigation. Investigation team will investigate in their way and obviously if he is innocent, that won't leave any disrespectable consequences for him and you can say to bring some changes ,but seriously my client has no intention to cut out this point."
Chanyeol clenches his fist and immediately replies,
"I agree. Next ...."
" Last point.If any separation ever occurs , Chanyeol will lose custody of Baekhyun's child or children. No application for custody will be allowed regarding these. Just after separation, their title as 'Park' will be withdrawn and replaced by ' Byun'. They will never be under Park's custody and will be never heir of Park family."
"Anything else?" Chanyeol asks breaking the awkward silence after reading the whole terms and conditions.
"You have to sign these on the stump. The stumps will be ready on evening. I will send at your address." Mr Byun's lawyer says.
"That's so?" Chanyeol leaves a sigh.
"Enjoy the lunch, Chanyeol," Mr Byun says in cold voice.
"May I leave now? Baekhyun is not alone in hospital, right?" Chanyeol asks politely.
"Meet him after signing all papers."
Chanyeol sighs. Why Mr Byun is still cold with him? He looks at the paper. His lawyer has corrected almost.
" I am signing these," Chanyeol hurriedly signs all and hands them to Mr Byun.
"I will sign all stumps too. But please until then don't keep me away from Baekhyun," Chanyeol stands up.

At the sound of opening door, Baekhyun hurriedly lays down from sitting position. Chanyeol enters with a large boutique of chrysanthemum.
"Have you taken lunch, Baek?"
"Yeah... If you are busy,you can go. I will sleep now," Baekhyun pulls the blanket to cover his head.
" Have you started getting mood swings already?" Chanyeol lifts up the blanket and pinch's Baekhyun's mochi cheek.
"Jeez... Go away, Chanyeol," Baekhyun pushes Chanyeol.
"I have signed your dad's terms and conditions. Everything will be okay from now."
Baekhyun suddenly becomes curious," Ah.. really? Such soon? Did dad call you? He didn't tell me once about it. What he has said?"
"Leave. Nothing special," Chanyeol tries to skip this topic.
"For this nothing special you haven't talk with me for 14 hours 24 minutes 47 seconds approximately."
Chanyeol becomes silent hearing this. May be Baekhyun was always like this sentimental,but he never paid any attention. He has hurt such caring person days after days.
"Since last few years hospital has turned to be my second home. Dad was saying that doctor has said it's because of weakness. I need rest. Taking rest in home and hospital is same. I want to sleep in home ," Baekhyun pouts.
" How will you sleep at home with that bone in your tummy, Baek? Your Doctor was saying you have grown something like bone inside tummy," Chanyeol says in serious expression.
"Bone?" Baekhyun gasps.
"Something like bone. Aish, everytime I told you not to eat any food without chewing. You always do that. You ate Beef bone?"
"I drank beef broth 1 week ago...."
"Are you sure?"
"Wait... I ate a lot beef ribs dish as I was curving. May be I ate some pieces without chewing. What I will do now? Do I need surgery for that?... Aish!" Baekhyun ruffles his hair in frustration.
"No... You just have to push... Push-breath-push...."
"How?" Baekhyun asks in teary eyes.
Chanyeol hugs Baekhyun ," Thanks , Baek."
"For what? For getting a piece of bone stuck inside tummy," Baekhyun says in almost crying voice.
" Should we name our baby fetus ppyeo*?" Chanyeol kisses on Baekhyun's cheek.( *Ppyeo - Korean name of bone)
"Yah!!!... You are going to be boneless chicken, Park Chanyeol," Baekhyun brusts into anger.
