Diana's POV
"Diana wake up we are here" I heard Elijah voice close to me, I stirred and open my eyes, I looked around and saw that we were at the mall, I stretched again before coming out of the car as he held the door opened for me,
"Thank you" I said as I went to the back seat to take Amelia,
"Don't worry about Amelia I'll take her, you just take your bag so we can go" he said already taking my baby from the car with her baby sit,
"Ok we can go now!" I said as I took my bags,
"So what are we gonna do?" I asked Elijah, he chuckled lightly and smiled,
"What do you do when you come to the mall?"
" I do shopping for Amelia duh" I said giggling,
"And for yourself?"
" well I have to think of my baby first so..."
" you've done enough shopping for Amelia now it's your turn you still need to take care of yourself too you know!" I stared at him for a sec thinking of what he just said, well it's true I don't really do buy things for myself because I always think that maybe my baby doesn't have enough and when I buy all the neccessary things for her and by the end I don't have money to buy stuff for myself, I haven't been to working so I don't really have the money now to buy anything for myself, I have everything figured out for my baby, I don't want her to miss anything so all that she has will do till I go back to work, my problem now is a house, I need to start from the start again, I can't leave with Elijah all the rest of my life, he has a life too, he's gonna have a family one day too so I have to figure out things as fast as I can, if there's no way out I'll make a way.
We kept walking then I decided to speak out,
" well Elijah I can't afford that right now, I still need to take care of Amelia, my time will soon come on it's own" as I said all that he had a soft smile on his lips, he stared at me for awhile probably thinking of what I just said, I smiled too then directed my attention elsewhere. We kept walking looking around till Elijah walked straight to a shop where there were female clothes, I frowned thinking he mistook the shop,
"Umm Elijah why are we coming here? I told you that..."
"I know what you said and since you dont have the money I'll buy you anything you want now cause you deserve it ok? So go on and start picking things you like cause we are not leaving here empty handed" he said as he sat on a small couch that was placed in front of the big mirror close to the dressing room,
" are you serious right now?" I kept frowning trying to understand why he's doing all this for me,
" yes I am, now c'mon we have other things to do" he shoo me away with a big smile on his face as he held Amelia on his arms as she slept peacefully. I was contemplating on whether I should listen to him or leave the shop, I sighed then just walked to were the close that cought my eyes.
Two hours passed with us going from shop to shop to buy stuff for me, now we are at a fast food eating.
"So you had a good time?" Elijah said as he drank his beer, I looked at him as I drank my iced tea,
"Yes i did thank you, you shouldn't have"
" it's the least I could do Diana" he said smiling, I smiled back at him staring at his beautiful eyes.
"Ok I guess its time to go meet jacob" he said as he got up holding Amelia,
"Yeah let's go" I said.
The car ride was silent but not the awkward silence it was peaceful with the radio playing in the background.
We reached this beautiful house,
I stared in awe as we parked the car and got out, Elijah unbuckled Amelia and I took her from him while he too the bags, we walked toward the front door but before Elijah could knock the door open and there stood a very handsome guy with a full blown smile that made me smile too,
He looked my way and brought out his hand for a hand shake,
" hi there I'm Jacob, this ugly boy best friend" he said coolly pointing at Elijah, I cracked up a bit at what he said, I looked over at Elijah and saw him folding his arm while glaring at him,
"I'm still asking myself how we became that you know" he said still glaring at him, I laughed at their silliness, I grabbed his hand and shook it,
"Hi I'm Diana nice to meet you" I said politely with a smile still on my face,
"And who is this precious baby in your arms?" He asked shaking my baby's little hand as she stared at him making baby noises,
"Oh she's my baby her name is Amelia" I said kissing her chubby cheeks,
"She's beautiful" he said admiring her,
" so are you going to invite us in or you're going to stand there like a dumb ass?" Elijah said and soon was hit in the back of the head from a woman that I guess is Jacob's wife,
"Mind your language when your in my house and in the presence of children!" She said then pushed Jacob out of the way,

" hi girl don't mind this not as much grown adults, come in! your welcome to my house!" She said gently grabbing my shoulders and guided me inside leaving the guys at the front door who followed us like children that were scolded for stealing candy, all the situation made me laugh so much I started tearing up, the were so funny around each other.
We were now seated in the dining table just chatting as Jacob placed his son on his high chair while I breastfed Amelia, obviously covering my exposed skin with a small towel,
"So Diana how old are you?" Asked Sharon as she leaned closer to the table curiously,
"I'm 22 what about you?" I asked too,
"We're pretty close I'm 23" she said giggling,
"Oh that's nice! You look younger" I told her,
" oh girl thank you, I feel old with this two all up in my hair all the time, family is a big responsibility but I took the chance I had, I had no reason to wait to start a family, my parents didn't take it much well, there weren't enthusiastic about it, they said I was too young and I was going too fast but i didn't care what they said, I just did what my mind and heart told me to do" she said shrugging it off as if it wasn't something serious, I think I really like her, she's so care free and open minded, in this few minutes of me knowing her, I admire her energy.
" wow that's a lot to take in, of course you're young but you have everything figured out so I guess you have everything under control, hope everything goes well for you!" I said giggling with her,
"aww girl you're so sweet, thank you I wish you the same and I just know we'll be great friends" she said lovenly, I smiled at her happy I made her my friend.
" ok everyone let's pray and start eating, I'm hungry!" Said jacob bringing the food placing on the table.
I sat in the living room chatting with Sharon after finishing dinner, she's really a wonderful and amazing girl, she's so funny and loving. The guys were cleaning the kitchen while we waited for them to finish.
"By the way I expect you to come visit me and have girls time ok?" She said excitedly,
" for sure I'm up to it" I said smiling too,
"Good I wouldn't take no for an answer" she said.
The guys came out of the kitchen looking tired, I pitied them cause there was a lot of work to do, I got up because I knew we were about to leave, Sharon got up as well giving me a tight hug,
"Thank you for coming girl, you're the type of girl I would hang out with for sure, I like you!" She said before letting me go,
"Thanks you too, just call me if you need me" I said giggling,
"Say no more girl!" She said standing by jacob, I walked up to Jacob giving him a hug too,
"Thanks jacob for the dinner and everything it was amazing" I told him before letting go,
"Aww she gon make me cry now" he said wiping fake tears away,I laughed going to Elijah who was standing by the front door that was opened,
"You're welcome anytime in our house Diana, come visit us sometime again" he said,
" I will thanks again"i said,
"Ok it's time to go home, Amelia is going to give her mother headache the next morning if she doesn't have enough sleep and tomorrow I have to take my cast off, it's getting healed and my skin needs to breath, now if you'll excuse us we'll be on our leave" said Elijah giving a bro hug to Jacob and kissing Sharon on her cheek,
" yeah sure goodnight" they both said waving at us goodbye as we got in the car and left. I glanced at Elijah,
"Hey Elijah thank you for today, your friends are amazing" I said smiling,
" your welcome, anything for you" he smiled tiredly at me.
