"Why" he asked sadly
You looked down sadly, looking towards the concert ground.
Tear formed in your eyes
You looked back up
"My parent won't allow it" you sniffed
The phone suddenly buzzed from your back pocket. You reached and grabbed it pulling to eye sight
"Uh give me a sec" you said sadly looking at Smokescreen. You turned around and headed towards the TV
"Hi mom"
"It time to come home. We need to talk"
"Okay...I am in my way"
"Me and your father will be waiting"
"Okay"
It went silent. No 'I love you' or 'goodbye'
You turned back around and looked at smokescreen again. His eyes now a duller color and his joyful and happy expression was replaced with sadness, making your heart break.
"I Uh..have to go home now" you said
"I understand" he said and slowly turned around and headed towards the stairs. He transformed into his alt form. Opening his passenger door for you.
You hoisted you backpack up higher on your back and walked to the stairs. Heading to his open door. Jumping off the last step and slid into his passenger side. His doors closed and his buckle slid across your frame and buckled you in
"Smokescreen, I'm sorry, if it was up to me we would probably be a thing already, it's just, I don't know what their deal is" you sighed
"It's fine" he said. His voice monotone, no emotions. He was hurt.
He sped out of base. Heading out into the Jasper early night.

"We are here" he said. Waking you up. Tears stained your face.
He unbuckled the seat belt and opened the door.
You couldn't leave. You suddenly hugged his dash, placing your wet cheeks on his dash and began to cry even more.
"I'm so sorry" you cried
His engine hissed and he suddenly started to transform. Sitting in his hand he brought you to optic level.
"I know you are, it's not your fault."
He brought you closer to his face. His forehead suddenly touching yours. You kissed the top of his helm.
He brought you towards the ground in front of him.
You slowly walked to your house, turning around and looking at his face one more time. He looked at you sadly and transformed.
"(Y/N)! In the house! Now!" You father yelled
You squeaked and quickly ran to the house.
"I'm sorry father"
"No time for apologize, get in the house and sit at the table."
You nodded and quickly walked to the table. Your mom sitting down across from you and you dad entered the room sitting next to her.
"Honey" you mother spoke

"We don't want you dating a...robot. How will you think people will react about that? What about kids? We won't allow it, there is this guys though, he looked like someone you would like"

"He was tall and muscular. Probably a good father figure, he had beautiful blue green eyes and dark hair. He had a weird bite mark on his hand. But he is pretty handsome"
You sighed
"We only want what's best for you" she spoke sweetly
"Mom, I don't want to marry a guy you guys like. I want to marry one that's right for me, Smokescreen is perfect for me and I love him"
"No, I will not allow you to date a robot, he can't give you kids"
"I don't want kids"
"Of course you do"
"No mom you just want grandkids"

"What so wrong with dating a robot, huh? He saved me multiple times from, well a lot actually, he amazing his personality is so bubbly and I love to be around him. Why can't you accept that. I love him, not some random guy you want me to marry. It takes time to love someone." You suddenly yelled. You covered your mouth with your hands
"(Y/n) (M/n) (l/n)! Go upstairs right now. I don't want to see you for the rest of the night"
"Fine I don't want to see you either" you snapped. Tears falling from your eyes as you jumped out of your seat and ran upstairs

"Ratchet? Sorry to bother but when will the holoforms be done"
"Soon, give some time." He sighed
Smokescreen turned around towards his room
"I know you need this. She is your Sparkmate, I will let you know when it is done."
"Thank you"
Ratchet nodded.
Smokescreen walked slowly to his room, shutting the door softly behind him and walked to his berth and grabbed his datapad. The green light shined on his face. He sat down next on his berth and went to find pictures on his datapad.
He wanted to see your face again. He can't just let you go.

"Hey...uh smokescreen? Where are you"
"I'm on a scouting mission, Ratchet is coming to pick you up"
"Oh okay...when will you be done?"
"Soon hopefully"
"Okay I'll see you at base"
"Yea I'll see you there"
"Wait!"
"What"
"Be safe. I...love you"
There was a long pause
"I love you too"
It went static.
You sighed and placed your phone back into your pocket. Looking down the road for any sign of Ratchet. Ready to leave your house before your parent woke up.

Smokescreen waited anxiously at base. Walking in circle
"What would s/he think of me"
"Will this work
"I hope s/he doesn't get made"
The sound of a car rolling into base made his attention snap towards the entrance.
Ratchet drove in next to the stairs. You opened the door and jumped out. Ratchet transformed and then quickly walked to his computers
Smokescreen stared at you.
You walked up the stairs looking down. Not noticing the mech turned human waiting at the top.
You made to the last step and hit something. You looked up,
"Woah- uh sorry...wait...who are you?"
"Uhhh...I am...Spencer. Yea I'm Spencer!" He said happily
"Oh I'm (y/n) it's uh nice to meet you. You sound familiar"
"N-no I don't"
"Yea you do." You said and walked up closer to him. Getting a better look at his face
"Uhhh" he said taking a step back.
"Smokescreen?"
He cleared his throat
"How?" You backed you "How did you do it! Wow you-I- wait...this means, OH MY PRIMUS THAT MEAN I CAN MARRY SMOKESCREEN YOU'RE A GENIUS!" You hugged and squeezed him hard, you began to cry, a happy cry.
Smokescreen hugged you back.
"Well heck how else would I have been able to marry my Sparkmate" he said

"Mom, Dad...this is Spencer!" You said happily holding the side of his arm
"Spencer ay?"
He held out his hand
"Nice to meet you"
Your dad shook his hand.
"Strong grip." You dad said
"Very handsome as well. Your eyes are beautiful."
"T-thank you"
You mom and dad looked at each other and smiled then turned around. They started whispering
'Spencer' leaned down a bit
"What are they talking about?"
"How am I supposed to know"
Your parent turned around
"We need both of your help to design your wedding"
You smiled widely and looked up at smokescreen, standing on your tip toes and kissed him on the lips. Then walked over to your parent
