you keep offering love, love, and love to others while at the same time you give yourself none. you keep on noticing and giving what they need and what they do not need while forgetting about your own. you keep on comforting and whispering to their lowest low while you yourself is drowning slow—so low.
and suddenly, you are laying on the bottom of your mind's blackness.
blind to every helping hands that wish to pull you up; deaf to every scream of your own syllable of a name to make you stare; numb to every warmth offered to blanket you within the coldest cold.
maybe you are being too hard on yourself and it is time to stop.
