I get up and hug her. I've never actually hugged her. We're best friends but we never showed much affections.
"Well..... I wanted to tell you that....never mind," She says doubtfully.

What?! I'd been invited? To Richard's birthday party? And Ashley didn't tell me? I'm going to kill her.
