Rosé's PoV:
A little girl and a little boy were playing in the meadow. The girl had a teddy bear in her left hand, the other holding the boy's hand. They were running, their laughter filling the air and soon their laughing could be heard in whole village. Suddenly...
„My teddy! It dropped into the hole!" the girl shouted and started crying.
„Don't cry, princess! I'll get it for you" the boy said and gave her a peck on her forehead.
Then he crawled inside and picked it up. He tried to crawl out of it, but couldn't, because the hole was too deep. Suddenly it started raining. The sun that shined a few moments ago was now hiding behind the grey clouds. The little girl was scared and worried, the boy was still in the deep hole. She reached for the little boy's hand...
...and I woke up. It was just a dream, a flashback from our childhood. That little boy was my childhood friend. He always stayed by my side until he took a train to Busan eight years ago and went to live there with his parents. He probably doesn't want to see me anymore. Or his parents don't want him to see me ever again.
„I should forget about him, this is all in the past." Then I went downstairs.
Jisoo was already awake and read a letter. I looked over her shoulder curiously, it was a letter from Hogwarts, the shopping list for the new school year. And next to her was another letter with a red heart on it. I quickly grabbed it and ran into my room. „Rosie, give it back to me! Open the door! You can't read my private stuff! Rosé, please open the door!" I heard Jisoo's voice through the door. I smiled and opened the envelope. Jackpot! It really was a letter from her boyfriend Jin. Suddenly I heard clacking noises at the door. Then the door flew open, my sister barged in and snatched it away from me. I was surprised. „Jisoo, how did you open the door without witchcraft? Tell me!" I whined and ran after her.
„I have my ways Chipmunk!" That girl! She is already 17 years old and is still acting like a 6-year-old. But she is the best elder sister I could ever dream of. When I'm sad she always is the first person to comfort me and when we're spending some time with each other as sisters, she never stops teasing me and making me laugh. And the most beautiful sister too! No wonder that she has a boyfriend who is almost as pretty as she is. Kim Seokjin is his name and he will be in 7th grade, Gryffindor. He is like a brother to me and takes good care of me. Jin really ressembles my sister, they really are a perfect couple.
I have never thought or wished for having a boyfriend. Who needs a boyfriend when you already have the best sister you could imagine? Well, I don't need one and I don't believe in fate. And love hurts, I experienced it myself once.
