"Ang tagal naman nila." Wala sa sariling sambit ko habang nakatingin sa labas ng bintana ng kwarto ni Alastair.
"Sandali lang nawala na miss mo na agad? Grabe, ano na bang status niyong dalawa?" Rinig kong tanong ni Martina.
"We're already in a relationship, ang bilis diba?"
"Sabi nila, kung gaano raw kabilis nabuo ang isang bagay, ganun din daw Ito kadaling mawasak. At sana hindi yun totoo kasi sa nakikita ko, mahal niyo naman ang isa't-isa."
"Narinig ko na rin yan pero hindi ako naniniwala. Yes maybe we're too fast but it doesn't mean that we're just carried away by any situation or emotion."
"Yes I know, pero alam mo ba kung bakit may mga nakapagsabi nun?" Nilingon ko siya, she's sitting beside Alastair's hospital bed.
"Bakit?"
"Kasi naranasan na nila. Pero wag kang mag-alala, mayron din namang ganun ang kaso pero nagkatuluyan pa rin." Malaki ang ngiting sabi niya at napatingin kay Alas na may oxygen at dextrose. He looks like he is just sleeping at night but I know how hard it is for Martina.
After all, seeing your beloved lying in bed and unconscious is a torture.
"How do you feel? " di napigilang tanong ko.
"Ano ba dapat ang maramdaman ko? Honestly speaking, I want to cry, I want to be mad, to blame someone to at least lessen my hatred. But what can I do? I know Alastair won't like it." Nagpahid siya ng pisngi nang may luhang nakatakas sa mata niya.
"That's right, don't worry, he'll wake up soon." Sabi ko na lang para pagaanin ang nararamdaman niya.
"Pero bakit ang tagal? Magtatatlong linggo na siyang tulog eh. Namimiss ko na ang boses niya."

"We're back! Martina, how's my brother?" Bungad ni Zen.
"He's fine, the doctor said his body is responding, pero yun lang." Sagot ni Martina.
Naupo naman si Blake si sofa at si Ceixarder, napakunot ang nuo ko nang makitang di pa rin siya na kakapasok. He's just there, standing at the door while leaning against it, his face is emotionless again and he looked sad.
It ako na lang ang lumapit sa kanya.
"Hey, are you okay? Are you tired, hungry, thirsty?"
"I need a hug. Please?" He pleaded. And knowing him, my Ceixarder doesn't plead. Ano kaya ang nangyari?
"Come closer, I'll give you a hug." Ibinuka ko ang mga braso ko para yakapin siya at agad naman siyang lumapit at niyakap ako ng mahigpit, at isiniksik ang mukha sa leeg ko, then I heard him sob.
What the? Is he crying? Something bad must have happened! Di siya umiiyak at ngayon?
Niyakap ko rin siya ng mahigpit at hinagod ang buhok niyang medyo may kahabaan. Hinayaan ko lang siyang umiyak ng tahimik at marahan hanggang sa kumalma siya.
And I feel like, my heart was ripped apart. I know him, he's tough and unbreakable but now. He's crying in my shoulder. I should pity him but I feel the opposite. Also, I'm sure he doesn't want to be pitied.
"Okay ka na? Kumakalma ka na ba?" Tanong ko nang ang mainit na hininga na lang niya ang nararamdaman ko.
"Yes I'm okay now. I'm sorry you have to witnessed how weak I am. "
"Weak? But I see the opposite, for me you're the toughest one here. " patuloy lang ako sa paghagod sa buhok niya habang magkayakap kami.
"Really?"

Tumahimik siya at walang imik. Kahit noong kumalas siya sa'kin ay nginitian niya lang ako at hinila pa pasok. Mukhang wala ring nakapansin na umiyak siya kanina dahil parehong busy ang dalawa at tulog naman si Blake habang naka upo sa sofa.
"Magpapakuha na lang ako ng hapunan kay Rox at dito na tayo lahat kumain. Sandali lang ako." Paalam ni Martina at nagmamadaling umalis. Si Zen naman ngayon ang nag bantay muna sa kapatid niya.
At halatang malungkot siya habang nakatingin sa kapatid niyang walang Malay.
Di lang yun, para siyang wala sa sarili gaya ni Ceixarder na nakatingin na naman sa kawalan.
Naka upo kami ngayon sa tapat ni Blake at nakasandal lang siya sa'kin pero diritso ang tingin niya na wala namang tinatanaw.
At di ko alam ang gagawin dahil hindi ako sanay na hindi nagsasalita ang mga tao sa paligid ko, hindi ko rin alam paano mag bigay ng payo. Ako kasi ang palaging pinapayuhan. Now I remembered Spring, I wish I am her, para alam ko kung ano ang sasabihin para gumaan ang loob niya.

Tumigil ako kasabay ng pagmulat at nahugot ko ang hininga nang makita siyang nakatitig sa'kin. Nakaawang ang labi niya at bakas ang paghanga sa mukha.

"Gusto mo bang magpahangin tayo sa rooftop?" Aya ko sa kanya, tumango naman siya kaya hinila ko na siya palabas ng hindi nagpapaalam.
Nang makarating kami sa rooftop, palubog na ang araw at sumalubong sa'min ang malamig na hangin. Naupo kami sa pahabang upuan at tahimik na pinanuod ang magandang paglubog ng araw.
"Just like the setting sun, this day will also end, and though this day was tough, you will still find it beautiful like the sunset." Basag ko sa katahimikan at tinignan siya. He now looks cool and calm. Parang natauhan na siya at napabuntong hininga.
Nagkatinginan kami at naiiling na ngumiti siya sa'kin. Para bang nahihiya siya dahil nakita ko siyang umiyak kanina.
"You okay?"
"Yeah, sorry about earlier. It's just that, the pain in my chest is too much, what I've found out today shocked me to my very core. I can't accept it, never ever."
Bakas ang galit na pinipigilan niya sa kanyang boses at tumalim ang mga mata niya. Pero agad din yung nawala nang magtama ang nga mata namin.
"Sorry again. And thank you for understanding me, and for bringing me here. It's a huge help. Thank you." Maamong saad niya at dahan-dahan na hinalikan ako sa nuo.
Samantalang ako ay hindi makagalaw, bakit? Simply because he said 'thank you' which is he didn't usually say.

"Okay lang naman na maging mahina minsan Ceix, di mo kailangan mag panggap na palaging malakas. Nandito naman ako eh, sasamahan kitang mag mokmok."

I need to be tougher for you and for the people who depend on me. And as long as you're here beside me, I'll never falter." Puno ng emosyon na sabi niya at hinaplos ang pisngi ko.
Nakikita kong malungkot pa rin siya at wala man lang akong magawa. Almost half of my life, I spent it to nonsense thing because I'm finding myself, my worth and I'm busy finding out things. But now I think I've found all those missing pieces of my life.
"I'm with you, palagi mo yang tatandaan. Wherever you'll go, always remember that I'm with you, Ceixarder."

Nakangiting sambit niya habang titig na titig sa'kin.

Pangako niya sa mababang boses pero puno ng senseridad. At unti-unting pumikit ang mga mata niya. I know what's next and I was right.

I feel so exhausted, so drained, and so ireful. What we've found out earlier in the invisible tower is too much. I can't fully absorb it.
The tower that I was so amazed I thought owned by Olivia is actually made and owned by the famous scientist and inventor, Ceixarder's father, professor Alton Wisley Rosevelm. He died when Ceixarder was at the age of three, I knew it because we're childhood friends.
And what we've seen earlier is unacceptable, nerve wrecking and can lost someone's sanity.
Alam kong yun ang bumabagabag sa kanya mula pa kanina. Doon pa lang ay nawala na siya sa sarili.
Naiimagine ko pa sa isip ko lahat ng nasaksihan namin kanina.
"In the name of my father, Alton Wisley Rosevelm, stop whatever you are doing." Ma-atoridad na saad ni Ceix na nagpatigil sa mga scientists sa kani-kanilang ginagawa. Lahat sila nakasuot ng puting roba na abot sa ibaba ng tuhod nila. May katandaan na ang iba at ang iba ay di pa gaano, magulo sila tignan at parang may nililigpit at nagmamadali.
"Anong ginagawa niyo dito? Diba bawal kayo dito? Yan ay paglabag sa batas ng Head Mistress!" Galit na asik ng isang lalaking may katandaan, malamang na kasing edad lang siya ni Olivia base sa mga white hairs niya.
"But the Head Mistress herself was the one who disobeyed the rule first. She ordered to kill us." Balik na utas ni Ceixarder sa boses na seryusong-seryuso at puno ng poot.
"Kahit na, wala kayong karapatan na tumapak dito! This place is only exclusive to the people who are authorized--"
"And I am not?"
"Definitely not kid--"
"Did you already forgot who am I, Dr. Cristobal? Did you also forgot who really was the owner of this floating tower? Should I make you remember him?"
Panghahamon ni Ceixarder. Agad na sumama ang mukha ng matanda gayun din ang iba pero may isang sumingit sa usapan.
"Hayaan na natin siya Cristobal, lumabag si Olivia sa batas ng batang 'yan. Tumigil ka na."
"Manahimik ka Thomas! Wala akong pakialam dun! Bawal pa rin sila dito. Dapat ay nerespeto nila tayo--"
"You dont deserve respect by any chance. I punished Olivia for breaking the rule and for trying to kill us, and I have the right to step inside this tower. After all, this is my father's Tower. The Head Mistress just stole it away from me."
Tama naman si Ceixarder dun pero di nakinig ang lalaki. Pasimpli ko silang binilang at namangha ako sa bilang nila. They're almost twenty. Sila ba ang nag-eexperimento dito at nagtatapos ng gamot?
"Wala akong pakialam dun! Basta umalis na kayo at may ginagawa kami, kung hindi ay masasaktan kayo." Banta ng lalaki na si Dr. Cristobal pero wala kaming pakialam.
This place is huge enough to do many experiments altogether. Kompleto rin sa kagamitan at high tech ang mga gamit. Maliwanag at malawak, malaya silang lahat na gawin ang gusto nila.
This is haven!
"Wala rin akong pakialam sa'yo Dr. Cristobal. Babawiin ko na ang Tower na'to na matagal na pinagnasaan ni Olivia. And whoever get in my way will be swayed like trash. "
"If that so. Seize them!" Biglang utos ni Cristobal sa mga scientists na kasama niya. Agad namang sumunod ang mga gago pero may ibang nag-aalinlangan.
But before they could touch Ceixarder, my friend immediately move in a blast and attacked them one by one. And my mouth formed into an 'O'. I'm amazed, really.
Ceixarder fight like a pro assassin, his movements are fast, I can't even saw it, but still, it's strong enough to make his opponents fell on their knees.
"Zen, take care of them. I'll just catch another psycho barehanded." Utos niya habang nakatingin kay Cristobal na paalis at patungo sa isang malaking circular glass, may dalawang kama sa loob nun at parang may nakahiga, marami ring nakakabit doon.
"Sure Brain. Ako na ang bahala dito, susunod agad ako." Sagot ko at ako na ang nakipaglaban sa mga pipitchugin na scientists. I just throw weak punches and kicks but I guess they're too old for that.
Nang mawalan na silang lahat ng malay maliban sa isang scientist na may katandaan na rin na tumango lang sa'kin.
"Go after that kid. He will see something that will surely break him. Don't worry, I'm on your side."
Tumango ako sa kanya, mukha naman siyang maasahan kahit na dapat hindi ko siya pagkatiwalaan. He might be tricking us.
Nagmadali ako at saktong naabutan kong nagkakasagutan si Ceixarder at Cristobal.
"Stay out kid, hindi mo magugustuhan ang makikita mo dito sa loob."
"And you really think I care about it? Obviously I don't. I know you, you're just like Olivia. A psycho, well, who would dare to follow her if it wasn't her fellow?"
"Wag kang umaktong kalmado. I know you're boiling with rage. I would know that glint of anger in your eyes. Pero hindi mo dapat kami pinipigilan. Kayo rin ang makikinabang kapag nabuo na namin ang cure. It will heal every sick humankind, every diseases that our government can't cure, it will give us money, name and fame! Titingalain tayo ng lahat! Come on Ceixarder! We will be like Gods! Ayaw mo ba nun? Makukuha mo ang lahat ng gustihin mo, lahat lahat! At walang mang-aapi sa'yo, satin!"
Dr. Cristobal exclaimed cheerfully. And fuck, he's disgusting. He talks like crazy. Masyadong wild ang imagination niya at napaka-advance.
Ceixarder laughed emotionlessly, obviously disgusted on what the old man said.
"You think, act and talk like crazy. Your fucking offer is psychotic and full of insanity. You're so disgusting old man, you think you can fool everyone? You think it's just like that? You think the world would be in a better hand with that? You're fucking hallucinating! "
I can feel all devilish emotions in Ceixarder's voice. The loathsome, nausea, and horrendous, it's all visible.
"If that's what you think kid. But you can't stop us, we will make a better world out of the worst! We will be praised like Gods and King of Kings!" Cristobal exclaimed crazily.
Ceixarder approached the circular glass, but it is locked making Cristobal laughed loudly.
"You think you can enter here?! No kid! Only authorized personnel can enter——"
The old man stop mid-air and shocked is written on his rotten face as he watched Ceixarder topping something on the glass wall and the system recognizes him as an authorized personnel.
Ang glass wall na malapad at abot hanggang puting kesame ay bumukas. What the hell? How did that happen?
"How c-come...? " di makapaniwala na sambit ni Cristobal.
"Did you forgot who I am doctor? Then let me introduce myself again for the nth time, I am Ceixarder Oersted Rosevelm, we met again after a decade."
Pakilala ni Ceix habang papasok na. Automatic na sumara ang pinto ng circular glass. So, magkakilala pala sila? Matagal na?
"I remember you, perfectly. Looks like your father also put you as one of the authorized personnels huh? I thought it was just Watson, Olivia and me."
"Fucking right doctor and I remember you entered our house that time, and you're with Olivia. You two killed my father and teacher." Galit na galit na wika ni Ceixarder at nang nagtangka siyang lumapit kay Cristobal ay may inilabas itong plastic gun.

"Come closer and I will shot you! This liquid will melt you and you'll die!" Tarantang sigaw ni Cristobal lalo na nang nilabas ni Ceixarder ang kutsilyo na madalas niyang ginagamit kapag may pinapatay siya.
Kita ang takot at pamumulta ni Cristobal habang umaatras at tinutok ang baril kay Ceixarder pero di naman natakot si Ceix. What do he expect? Ceixarder isn't just a display, he is the brain.
"Don't come close!"
"Afraid? Don't worry, I will make it fast for you not to feel the pain."
"Stop! Or I will ruin these bodies!"
Ceixarder halted and lazily look at the two beds we forgot to notice, but I don't know what are those? Dead bodies? Or whatever it is, I don't care.
But what gets my attention is when Ceixarder's mouth flung open and he blinked enumerable times, he stilled, even drop the knife on the floor and shocked, extreme anger, and sadness appeared in his face.

"Shit! Ceixarder! Come back to your senses!"
Sigaw ko ulit pero tuluyan na siyang nilamon ng kung ano man at wala na siyang pinakikinggan. Panay naman ang malakas na tawa ni Cristobal na parang wala lang ang nakikita ni Ceix.
Shit! Ano ba kasi yun? Bakit bigla na lang siyang nawala sa sarili?
Umikot ako sa kabilang panig ng bilog na kristal kung saan nakapaloob sila at nang makita ko kung sino ba yung nasa kama.
"Ceixarder, look at me--"
Literally, my jaw dropped and my eyes widened in shock, anger and I felt like vomiting.
I can't absorb it, di ko kaya ang nakikita ko ngayon. Now I know why Ceixarder just dropped down on his knees.
Wala sa sarili akong napapikit at napaiwas ng tingin.
I can't look at them, nakakabaliw na'to.
"Ceixarder... I'll tell you what kind of humiliation we did to them...we preserved them for our experiments, for our own achievements, and we get their brains and studied it. Dahil sa pag-aalala ko kay Ceixarder, tinignan ko ulit siya pero Iba ang nahagip ng mata ko; Ang bangkay nina Dr. Alton Rosevelm at Dr. Zacharias Wright, their bodies were preserved. Yes. But at the top of their heads, are a hole...and their brain...it looks decayed and messy. That whoever would saw it will surely vomit.
Para silang pinaglalaruan at hinalungkat ang kanilang mga utak, bukas ang ibabaw na bahagi ng ulo at may kung anong bagay na naka-kabit doon.
"D-Dad....M-Mast..er....I..I...I..."
Ceixarder can't even make a phrase. His eyes and face were wet with tears as he dropped on his knees, like a weak little boy.
Sobrang galit ang naramdaman ko at hindi ko na pigilan na sumugod at pinaghahampas ang glass para bumukas pero hanggang sa dumugo na lang ang kamao ko ay wala man lang nangyari.
"The glass is too hard, too concrete. We can't open that unless we're authorized."
May kamay na humawak sa balikat ko. Pero ang atensyon ko ay nasa kay Ceixarder na nakatunganga lang sa ama at guro niya habang nakatutok sa ulo niya ang baril ni Cristobal.
Para akong nanigas sa kinatatayuan ko. Panay ang sigaw ko kay Ceixarder pero wala lang siyang pakialam. Papatayin na siya pero natunganga lang siya? Ang gago naman niya.
"Ceix! Ano ba! Kumilos ka naman!"
"Goodbye kid. See you again——"
I thought it's really the end of Ceixarder, Cristobal pulled the trigger and my breathing literally stopped but before the liquid could reach him, he made a blast. He moves fastest and beat Cristobal to no end.
He's like a monster, a lost soul beating a fellow. He's shouting, screaming and yelling while beating Cristobal up to death. Until the old man is unmoving but he still kick him and for the call, he grabbed the gun and without hesitation, he pulled the trigger and the body immediately melted with some green smoke in the air.
"Dad...Master....I'm sorry, I'm too late..."
"Alastair! Oh my god! Gising ka na!"
I was pulled out from my recollection when I heard Martina screamed. Napabalikwas ako at napakurap-kurap, wala sa sariling napa tingin ako sa kapatid kong mahinang ngumiti at kinakausp ni Martina.
"Bakit ba ang ingay? Natutulog pa ako dito eh-whoah! Alastair, my manly man!"
Gulat ring ani ni Blake na mukhang kakagising lang. Magulo pa ang buhok niya at halatang inaantok pa.
"Alas...bro, buti naman gising ka na." Yun lang ang nasabi ko dahil hindi ko pa rin maipaliwanag ang saya ko.
My brother is finally awake. Finally.
"Hey...k-kuya. Blake, how's life?" Pilit na tanong niya na nanghihina pa.
"Okay lang kami. Ikaw ang dapat na kamustahin namin, anong nararamdaman mo? Piling mo ba magtatagal ka pa?"
"Blake!" Halos sabay naming sigaw ni Martina.
Pinukol ko ng masamang tingin si Blake na naka ngisi. Masamang-masama kaysa sa dati.
"Relax, nagbibiro lang eh. Masyado kasi kayong seryuso."
"Kasi naman eh, kaka- gising nga lang niya tapos yun agad? Ako talaga papatay sa'yong gago ka!"
"Okay okay. Sorry na po. Ang protective naman ng girlfriend mo Alastair. Di ka ba nasasakal diyan?"
"Hindi naman. Mahal ko e' kaya okay lang."
I rolled my eyes at my brother, so mushy and I hate it. Naiiling na lumayo ako sa kanila sakto namang pumasok sina Ceixarder at Winter na magkahawak kamay.
Another couple.. And mushy. I wonder if Blake has a girlfriend too?

Sometimes, we find answers unexpectedly. We meet people we didn't even thought of meeting at the first place. We can also make mistakes that we always wish we can undo, but to no avail. But what matters the most is, when we learned something from it, from our mistakes and shortcomings.
That's a very good quote, but that's all I can do.
The moment Ceixarder told me about his father and his teacher, I felt a sudden emotion which is I know called anger and deplorableness. Kung ano man yun ay hindi katanggap-tanggap. Patay na yung tao e pero kailangan pang i-preserved ang mga katawan nila ng isa't kalahating decada para lang sa pag-aaral. Para naring binababoy ang mga katawan nila Dr. Zacharias at professor Alton, di na nila sila nirespeto.
Kaya ganun na lang ka-wala sa sarili di Ceixarder noong isang araw. Pero ngayon-ngayon lang, bumalik na agad siya sa dating siya. Yung matapang, seryuso, walang kinakatakutan at walang emosyong Ceixarder na nakilala ko noong una.

Pagpatuloy ni Ceixarder sa kanyang monologue habang nakatayo sa stage at nakaharap sa lectern na may mga wireless microphone.

Panghuli na niya yun at nagpaalam na. First time ata niyang magsalita sa harap ng nakararami kaya nang maka balik siya ay agad niyang inabot ang kamay ko at mahigpit iyong hinawakan. Sa pag-aalalang baka may makakita sa ginawa niya ay agad kong inagaw ang kamay ko pero mas hinigpitan niya ang paghawak dun.
Tinignan ko siya pero umiling lang siya.
"I understand baby, but please don't let go of my hand. Never, ever." May diing sabi niya kaya hinayaan ko na lang.
Ayukong magalit siya pero alam ko namang hindi makitid ang utak niya. Alam niyang nag-aalala ako na baka hindi maganda ang magiging reaksyong ng mga tao dito. Lalo pa't isa lang akong newbie, though hindi ko alam kung newbie pa ba ako dahil halos dalawang buwan na rin naman ako rito.

"Nagrereklamo ka ba Blake?" May banta sa boses na tanong ni Ceixarder. Di ko talaga bet ang name niya.
"Hindi po Mr. Vice-president. Nagsasabi lang. Wala bang break kahit isang araw lang? " Blake sarcastically said kaya agad siyang sinamaan ng tingin Ceix.
"So nagrereklamo ka nga."
"I'm just asking. What's wrong with that?"
"There was so wrong with that Blake. As the Student Council President, it's not just your responsibility to make sure of the students' safety, it's also your mission, vision even. There's nothing wrong of feeling tired sometimes, that's natural. But don't you ever dare think of giving up. Everyone needs you, remember that every time you feel like giving up." Pangaral pa ni Ceixarder na akala mo ay isang gurong may isang aklat na karanasan. But he has a point, my baby has a point.
"OpO, sIr, DiNa Po AkO mAgReReKlAmO." Parang batang saad ni Blake at nag-pout.
Agad akong tumawa dahil ang kyut niya lang tignan. Ngayon ko lang rin napansin na mas gwapo pala siya kung para siyang isip bata.
"Yeah right. We dedicate all of these to them and to the people who trust us, so don't feel like it's a burden you should throw away. Be the man, be the best even." Dagdag pa ni Ceixarder na nagpangiwi na kay Blake.
"I concede. Oo na nga eh kailangan pa talagang dagdagan ang sermon niyo father? Di pa ba tapos ang mesa?"
"Oh fuck you Blake." Asar na sambit ni Ceix pero tumatawang nagpatuloy pa si Blake.
"Language father! Masama ang magmura lalo pa't nasa kalagitnaan tayo ng mesa at nagsesermon pa kayo."
"Blake fuck you 1 billion times!"
"Aw! You're so insatiable sweetie. My pussy will get swollen if you'll fuck me a billion times!"
Humulagpos ako sa tawa dahil sa sinabi ni Blake at talagang nakiligkis siya ng braso kay Ceixarder pero agad din siyang napamura nang suntukin siya sa tagiliran ni Ceix.
"PutangIna mo Blake, nakakadiri yun pakinggan! Tumigil ka! Fuck you for the nth time!"
"Aw! ~~~~sweetie, I can't take it anymore. M-M-Masakit..n..a..."
"Blake! Get lost! Go to hell! Fuck yourself, you're fucking disgusting! You're mouth is fucking disgusting!"
Tawang-tawa kami ni Blake nang magwala na talaga si Ceix at namumula sa inis dahil sa pinagsasabi ni Blake. He even tried to kick and punch Blake but the latter is just laughing. Tawang-tawa si Blake habang umiiwas sa mga atake ni Ceix. Di rin naman siya matama-tamaan ni Ceixarder dahil nakahawak pa rin siya sa kamay ko at ayaw niyang bumitaw.
No choice, he just stopped attacking Blake and pulled me, then I realized that we're both running and leaving our companion behind, laughing with all his lungs.
"Shit! Gusto ko siyang bugbugin. Minsan talaga kadiri ang isang yun?"
"Hmmm. Pero napagtiisan mo naman. For five years ha, pinagtiisan mo siya."
He looked at me flatly, from head to toe then he shook his head making me laugh out loud again.
"You're with him?"
"I'm with you, remember?"
"Then why are you laughing at me?! Baby! Di mo na ba ako love?!" Parang bata na asik niya at mas lalo tuloy siyang naging kaakit-akit sa paningin ko. Lalo pa't ang gulo na naman ng buhok niya.
"Syempre love na love kita. You're my everything for Pete's sake!"
He grinned," Then kiss me if that's true. French kiss me baby."
Nangingiting pinandilatan ko siya ng mata at sakto namang narating na namin ang Council's Office. And when we open the door, the worst case scenario welcomed us.
Napanganga ako sa naabutan namin.
It's Martina, in the long sofa, straddling Alastair and they are kissing like there's no tomorrow. Nasa loob pa ng damit ni Martina ang isang kamay ni Alas at ang isa ay nakayapos sa katawan ng shota niya.
"Shit! What are you two doing?!"
Biglang mura ni Ceixarder at tinakpan ang mga mata ko. Narinig ko naman ang walang patid na pagmumura ng dalawa at parang bang nagkakanda-uga sila dahil may mga ingay akong naririnig.
Then Blake's voice filled the room.
"I feel so sleepy, pwede ba munang--fuck! Shit! Motherfucker! What are you two doing?! You're tainting this room's innocence!"
And for the nth time, I heard non-stop cusses from the both parties and all I could do is to grimaced and struggle to take Ceixarder's hand off my eyes. Until Zen's hoarse voice filled our ears and make us stop.
"Ceixarder!" Hinihingal siya at di halos makapagsalita sa hingal na para bang mawawalan siya ng hininga. May galos pa siya sa mga braso at dumudugo ang isang paa niya.
He got shot! Damn it!
Lahat kami naging seryuso at agad akong kinabahan.
"Zen."
"The Head Mistress.... W-We were attacked... by the Mafias."
My head stopped spinning, literally stopped from working as I saw how everyone stilled and the fear consumed us.
M-Mafia...?
