My friends laughed at what happened and they just said

But they weren't happy of how things turned out. Brianna did everything she could to ruin me.
She let everyone know I'm pregnant and spread rumours of who the father is and that I'm a whore and everything.
I don't really care at first but it's starting to get into my nerves. The people's judging faces are one but atleast it's the least. My part time job is at stake. If I lose it I need to find another. Another would be very hard to find regarding my state. I need to have money for my monthly check-up this weekend. My friends are ofcourse willing to help but I don't want to. It's just not right.
Last period and I got to my part time job. I was busy putting up the new books into the shelves when the manager called out for me.
"Good morning Grace" she said. She's a bit olderly with those glasses and uptight bun.
"Good morning" I replied before taking the sseat she offered.
"I called for you because of the rumours spreading. Is it true your pregnant?" She asked straightforwardly.
I nodded. " But I can still work for a couple of months." I said.
" Who's the father?"
"I..." I just couldn't tell her because if I do she'd just laugh at it and think I'm crazy and I'm hallucinating.
"Let me rephrase is the father taking his responsibilities for you?"
"I... N-no" I shook my head. I know that this woman in front of me is a little bit uptight and she made it clear on my firat day that she don't want employees with bad records. And what she asked wasn't about the father providing me with financial needs but about keeping record clean by marrying me which is next to impossibility.
"I'm sorry Grace but I think you need to find a new job. I know that you need this more than ever but I just can't hire you anymore it will affect my business."
"But I'm not what they all said. You know that."
"Ofcourse but the people don't. You're carrying a fatherless child and that won't simply happen here. I'm sorry. Here's you're final payment and I'll send you your working documents don't worry."
I nodded. I gotout of the office and grabbed my bag. Now what?
I have saved up just enough for the doctors appointment and this months expenses. All of my allowance would only include my school fees and projects and the payment for the rent.
I was walking blindly in the streets. Life's really getting tough on me.
I need to have a job.

Today's my first monthly check-up. Adie accompanied me but she had to run back to school for something but she would be back to pick me up.
Now I'm alone. I looked around waiting for my doctor. I saw a couple walk pass through me. The woman's about six months along and they are holding of what look likes a picture. The couple sitting next to me looks like its going to be their first too. They both looked thrilled and happy.
I couldn't help but somehow feel jealous. Niall should be the one with me right now. I should be sharing the doctors news and I should be sharing this anxiety with him.
I shook my head who am i kidding? Niall is never going to accompany to this.
The Doctor's secretary called me out to come in.
She run a few test to me and had a few questions which I answered.
"How's the morning sickness and the dizziness?"
"It's getting worse. There are times when I feel like I've thrown up everything including my stomach." I said.
"Don't worry its normal it's a good sign. The baby is fine however you need to take some vitamins and I recommend you to follow this diet and take this to lessen the vomiting and it will help your stomach not to build to much acid"
She gave me a chart of what I shouldeat or I shouldn't eat. It's not a problem though I can do it. The vitamins are rather a little bit expensive but I guess I can find my job. I thought of quitting school and just find a job but then if I quit I would waste the reamining months and take all the subjects I've taken this semester again which would be another waste of money.
"You're next appointment would be on the 27th." She said.
"Thank you." I said and got up and left.
Adie was just in time.
"How was it?"
"It was fine. The baby's fine but I need to take up some vitamins and the medicine she gave to help lessen the morning sickness."
"That's good to hear, Let's go?"
I nodded.
