I'm finally home after being at the salon all day and honestly I'm glad to be home with my babies. I parked in the garage and I didn't see Dave's Range Rover I grabbed my things and got out. I walked up to the door and unlocked it going inside I closed and locked the door behind me. I made my way upstairs to me and Dave room to shower and change. When Dave and the girls get back we gotta have a talk.
After I showered and changed into some lounge clothes I made my way back downstairs hearing the garage door open and seeing Kairi.
"Mama."
"Hey pretty girl."
Kairi ran to me I bent down and scooped her up.
"I missed you."
"Aww baby I missed you too."
"Can me and Bella get some loving too," Dave said as he walked in holding Kaia.
"Of course."
I walked over to them and kissed them both.
"How long have you been home?"
"Uh a good forty-five minutes."
"Oh okay."
Dave finally closed and locked the door. We walked into the living room and I sat Kairi on her feet and she walked over to Dave who was placing Kaia in her swing.
"Babe we have to talk," we said at the same time.
Once Kaia was in her swing Kairi started playing with her Dave walked over to the couch and sat next to me.
"You go first."
"I want to host a domestic violence seminar to talk to the females who survived and left their relationship and talk to the ones who are in one and in need of getting out."
I then went on and gave Dave the run down about what happened at the salon."
"Yeah go for it baby you got my support a 100%."
"Okay your turn."
"I want to start my own teens safe haven this have been on my mind heavy since New York and I've been talking with Darrius about it."
"A teen safe haven?"
"Yeah it's like a group home for teens who are basically homeless and don't have their parents and their families wants nothing to do with them."
"How are you going to run the safe haven when you're a rapper who will be going on tour?"
"I'm retiring."
"What?"
"I'm leaving the rap industry lemme explain why Kai is starting school soon and I don't want to miss any of Bella's milestones you can't keep dropping everything to go on tour with me and then kids your businesses is thriving and I think it's the best decision for me family is first."
"Okay baby so how do you want to retire?"
"Survival is going to be releasing soon so I want to have a big release party then I'm going to make the announcement at the party."
"Okay."
The doorbell rung Dave stood up and got the door I looked over at Kairi and Kaia seeing Kaia not in her swing but next to Kairi on the floor sleep. I snapped a picture of them and posted it on Instagram. Dave walked in with Erica.
"Ima go lay them down."
Dave picked up Kairi then he picked up Kaia and walked out of the room.
"Wassup E."
"I have a date tonight."
"Aww yay E I'm happy for you."
"I'm nervous though this is my first date in along time."
"Everything is going to be fine."
"Can you slay my hair for me please?"
"Girl you don't even have to ask come on."
We stood up and walked out of the living room going down the hall and down the steps to my at home salon that Dave did for me a few months ago.
"Woah Dave did all of this?"
"Girl yes he surprised me with it though I came home from work and he lead me down here and let's just say I cried my eyes out and gave Dave the best night of his life."
"I hear you."
"Anything particular you want done?"
"Nope."
"Alright girl have a seat and lemme detangle this hair."
Erica sat down.
"I also brought a few outfits that I'm going try on and I want you to help me pick the best one."
"Of course."
"Erica how old are you?"
"25."
"But Darrius is 14 almost 15."
"Ik I was raped at 11 by my dad best friend and after it happened I ran straight to my parents and told them what happened my mom didn't believe me but my dad did my dad went to his best friend house and beat the shit out of him then when he came back him and my mom got into it and come to find out my mama was fucking his best friend."
"Damn."
"So I became pregnant and was immediately home schooled and after a year I went back to public school and my dad took care of Darrius."
"So Darrius dad isn't his dad?"
"Nope I haven't told Darrius how he was created but I know that I'm going to."
"Tell him tomorrow today is all about your date."
"Okay."
"So what happened between your parents?"
"My parents got a divorce and my mama moved out and moved in with my dad's best friend haven't heard from her since she moved."
"Damn."
"I don't care though I have my dad and his wife who I see as my mom she's been there for me since she came into me and my dad's life at the age of 13."

I finished detangling Erica's hair then I lead her over to my sink.
2 hours later
"Hazel you sure this outfit is fine?"
"Yes."
"I feel like I'm showing too much."
"No E you're showing just enough your body is gorgeous after three kids it's okay to show it off a little."
Erica nodded and I snapped a picture of Erica and showed her.
"Thanks so much Haze."
"No problem."
"Is it okay for my date to pick me up here?"
"Yeah sure."
We walked back inside we heard voices then we seen Dave and another guy talking they both looked up at us.
"Woah."
"E you look pretty."
"Thanks Dave."
"Hey Haze."
"Hey Lik. What are you doing here?"
"Came to chop it up with Dave and see the kiddos."
"Oh okay."
"Erica you look breathtaking."
I watched as Erica blush and smile.
"Thank you Malik."
"What a minute you two know each other?"
"Yeah actually we do Malik is the one that asked me on a date."
"Oh okay."
"You ready Erica?"
"Yeah I'm not too dressed up am I?"
"Nah love you're not if I would've known you was here I could've brought your roses in."
"Okay."
Erica turned towards me and we hugged.
"Thanks again Haze you're an angel."
"No problem E and call me after the date and tell me how it went."
"I will."
"And Malik take good care of my girl."
"Trust me I am Haze."
"Bye you two."
They said they're goodbyes and walked towards the front door Kaia cries were heard through the baby monitor and I made my way upstairs while Dave went to close and lock the door.
