Stephanie's POV
Life is so crazy. Our mother died last year and Sarah took on a job. Dad is annoying and hits us a lot now when he decides to get drunk. Im down I know Sarah cares and loves us and I understand that but why so much were just siblings. I know she's gay and I get picked on because of that although I'm straight. Everything is just so complex now with out mom around. If turned to so much bad stuff that I wish i could quite. I cut. I don't listen. I don't beat all the time now. And I've noticed lilly doesn't bother with me much anymore, i feel bad shes so young and lost mom, she was mommys little princess.
"Anyone home?" I hear Sarah yell as she shuts the door.
"Yeah I'm here" I respond
"Saraaaaahhhh" lilly runs from her room to sarah yelling. Damn that gal can be loud.
"Hey sarah?" I ask
"Yeah Steph"
"Can we have a mom talk tonight and make what mom use to always make? Vegan pasta?" I request.
"Yes of course.. we can.. aint done this I believe" she sounds shocked that iv asked.
I think Sarah just wants things to be as normal possible for us. I miss mom, but I don't want her to replace mom fully.
