As Nathan and I arrived to Two whales, I walked to the booth second to last. My favourite booth. As we sat down across from each other me facing the door because this is the time where Max and Chloe would arrive and Nathan always liked to sit on the end facing away from the door.
"So... I heard you did business with.." I leaned in whispering,
"Mr Jefferson." I said smirking as Nathan's eyes widened, he quickly grasped my hand,
"Please don't tell anyone, and how did you find out who else knows." He frantically yelled as I smirked at his discomfort.
"I enjoy seeing you distressed it makes me feel great." I said as he blushed calming down.
"Your secret is safe with me." I told him as I caressed his cheek, seeing a slight bruise on it, he winced as I pressed down on it,
"What happened?" I asked as I prodded it making his squirm.
"It's nothing." He told me, as I leaned in to kiss it whispering in his ear,
"I'll ask once more. What happened?" I growled as I showed authority, as I kissed it lightly taking in his scent quietly.
"Just got in a fist fight with Warren..." He mumbled in defeat, as I sighed my lips connecting with his bruise as my thumb rubbed up and down on the back of his neck,
"It's okay..." I reassured as I smiled our food arrived. I dug in talking to Nathan as well making sure he felt loved.
"Can... you not tell anyone abou-." He was cut off by me smiling,
"It's fine." I told him looking into his glossy eyes, I was unsure of what he felt either, sadness, worry, nervousness, love? Even if it is one of the above he seemed lost. As I paid for us I stood up smiling taking a photo of the scenery outside, I felt the presence of Max and Chloe,
"Max.. Chloe... off on your adventures?" I asked smirking, Nathan stood proudly next to me scowling,
"Max does she kn-?" Chloe asked she didn't finish her sentence as she looked at me dumbfounded,
"Don't look at me like that you look dumb." I told her, I looked at Max and looked at her in the eyes,
"Don't fuck it up this time." I growled at her as I took Nathan's hand walking off.
"Dorms ?" I asked as I drove .
"Maybe weed ." I then said to myself as Nathan watched like a hawk ,
" Nah we have enough ... Junkyard ?" I asked . Cutting off Nathan .
" yeah ..." I murmured as I did a u turn in the middle of the road driving off to the junkyard . I parked smiling to Nathan ,
"Come on baby , let's go see what's Chloe and Max are up to ." I told him as I walked with him following me .
" Price . Caulfield . Guns aren't safe you know ." I teased as I walked over ,
"No like really you guys can get really hurt . If you don't use someone's powers that is..." I said smirking as I heard some shuffling I saw Frank .
"Well seems like you have your hands full... I'll catch up later?" I teased as I took Nathan's hand leading him away.
"Stop fucking dragging me!" He yelled as I looked at him dumbfounded,
"What's wrong baby?" I said as I went to embrace him, I was pushed back,
"You're ... you're just using me!" He yelled at me, my eyes widen to soon fall half lidded,
"Fine. Think that." I said as I walked away, I soon reached my car as I drove off.
Why the fuck would he think that? I did everything good for him. Shit how am I supposed to get him back. Fucking hell I'll think about it later, now I can think about Caulfield and Price, it'll be a shame if Price just found her way next to Rachel's corpse. Wouldn't it?
