Maya's POV:
I go into the hallway with Lucas because he wanted to talk.
"Will you...." He starts.
I look at him waiting for the rest.
"Well, would you..." He starts over.
I look at him.
"Would you like to go out sometime, like a actual date." He says, fastly.
My mind stops.
Cowboy just asked me out on a date.

"Umm..." I say. Looking at the ground now.
"Sorry, I shouldn't have asked" he says, looking at the ground as well.

After the dance I know my answer.
