For the last 7 months Xander has been taking his rehab serious and slow just to ensure that he's 100% healthy. At the same time he was drafted to RAW and Lexi stayed in Smackdown.
Additionally, Xander and Lexi's relationship has blossomed and they revealed that they were together on Xander's birthday.
Lexi posted 2 pictures one was Xander hugging her from behind and kissing her. The other is a picture from the first time they met. It had Xander giving Lexi a piggyback ride.

Xander: Hey Unc!
Bob: What's up?
Xander: Hey can I talk to you privately? Don't want the ladies to walk-in on the conversation.

The two walk into the spare room/Xander's old room.
20 minutes later...
Alexa, Angela, Ness, and Gramdma Kay walk into the house after their lunch at Olive Garden.
Alexa: Seriously? He did that?
Grandma Kay: Yup!
Angela: Can't believe he beat up 3 people at once.
Ness: My cousin was a hardass in high school.
Alexa: Why?
By that point the men were finished with their talk and caught the backend of the conversation.
Xander: That's because they were the same three that bullied me in middle school and I got tired of it.
Alexa: Aweee babe I'm sorry they did that.
She walks over gives him a peck on the lips and hugs him.
Xander: It's fine princess. They didn't bother me afterwards.
Ness: I mean you sent one to the hospital, the other needed staples for his head, and the last one pissed and shitted his pants.
Bob and Angela were laughing their asses off at the last one
Bob: Seriously?!?
Xander: Yeah, felt a little bad for him.
Angela: Enough chatter of fights. Who wants to watch Christmas movies?
Alexa/Ness: MEE!!!
Larry-Steve: *snorts*
Xander: Awee come here you lovable pig!!!
Xander proceeded to rub said pig who in turn laid down and squealed with delight. The women loved the cute sight and Bob smiled at it.
Alexa: Alright that's enough, we gotta watch the movies!
Xander: You're just jealous that it's not you!
Alexa: Shh...Shut up!
Xander then lifts her up and carries her to the couches. All the way there the two were just laughing and giggling like a pair of children.
Bob: Like old times huh?
Angela: Wished they were here to see this.
Grandma Kay: Don't worry. They're watching them with us and they're probably laughing too.
Bob: Hey what's for dinner anyways?
Xander: I have the prime rib cooking right now.
Alexa: Roasted chicken is in the works as well right?
Xander: Yes ma'am and the cheesecakes are done.
Ness: YESSSS!!
Xander: And I cooked Crispy pata for Lola.
Grandma Kay: Aw thank you!
Xander: No problem! Now Nightmare before Christmas or Santa Paws?
Alexa: Nightmare before Christmas!
Xander: Cool!
Everyone watched movies until dinner time.
After dinner...
Everyone was chilling in the livingroom talking. Xander was cuddling with Lexi and petting a happy Larry-Steve whose head was laying on his lap.
Xander: Aren't you a good piggy.
Angela: I don't know who's happier you or Larry-Steve.
Ness: Him, he was always draw to animals. Hell, he even befriended a wolf in a wolf sanctuary back in SoCal.
Alexa: You befriended a wolf?
Xander: Yeah,...got to name him too since he was a new born.
Ness: Named him Balto since the wolf reminded him of that famous Husky from Alaska that got a movie.
Alexa: Seriously?
Xander: Yeah, I'd visit the sanctuary from time to time. Oh! Plus a fox!
Bob: Wow, that's pretty cool.
The family sat on the couches talking for until they all went to bed.
Christmas Day...
Xander was woken up by soft pecks on his lips.
Xander: Mhmm, good morning. That was a good wake up call.
Alexa: Good morning! You know what day it is right?!?
Outside the room.
Ness: IT'S CHRISTMAS!!!!!
Xander: Well that answers your question.
Alexa: Get up! We have to open presents!!
Xander: I'm up! I'm up! Just don't shove me down the stairs like you did when we were 7.
Alexa: Hey! It was your fault for being slow!
Xander: Slow huh?
Alexa saw the look on his face.
Alexa: Xandie, babe, don't you dare.
Xander then lunged at her and placed her over his shoulder. He then ran downstairs screaming "Christmas" while Lexi was laughing.
Everyone was sitting in the livingroom one by one opening gifts until it was the just Xander and Lexi.
Xander opens his gift from Lexi first. When he opened he got a picture album and proceeded to open it.
Xander: Oh my...is this an album of pictures of us growing up?
Alexa: Yup, mom and grandma Kay helped duplicate the originals.
Xander: Thank you princess.
He goes and gives her a kiss.
Xander: Now your turn!
He gives his present to her and she opens it up to see two jackets.
Alexa: Oh my...
Xander: Thought I would be nice to give you an adult version of the Buzz jacket and a matching Woody one.
Alexa: I love it. Thank you!
It was her turn to give him a kiss for the present.
Xander: Hey, why don't we recreate our favorite Christmas photo?
Alexa: We need a mistletoe.
Ness: I got it!
Ness set up her phone to show a picture of a mistletoe and had it set behind them on a chair where it would be in between them.
Xander: Alright! Let's get this photo done!
Ness and Angela took the pictures for the two.
The two sat the same way they did 21 years ago and this time the kiss was more natural and not awkward.
Alexa: I love it!
Xander: At least this time I didn't have a dumb look on my face.
Alexa: But I loved that!
Xander: Uh huh and I love the look you had in the halloween photo. Ms. Chocolate smear.
Alexa: I forgot about that!
Bedtime...
Alexa: Hey, you think your parents would've been ok with us dating?
Xander: Considering our moms plotted that mistletoe picture, I think they're more than on with us being together.
Alexa: Can't believe they did that to us, but it was a great memory.
Xander: I agree. You know I love you right?
Alexa: And you know I love you too right?
Xander: Yeah.
Alexa kisses him
Alexa: Good, now let's go to sleep. It's been a long day.
Xander: Hmm, maybe we should have some fun first?
He kisses her...
Alexa: Oh someone's bold tonight.
Xander: It is Christmas season.
Xander kisses her neck...
Alexa: Mhmmmm I agree...
