3rd POV
Everyone smiled as they looked over at Godzilla, the one who beat Ghidorah and saved the world from it becoming a kingdom to the three headed golden dragon. Godzilla however was not celebrating, it just looked around the city more.

Godzilla's eyes began to water, they closed tightly as it then roared out. It slammed its tail into the ground as its eyes became tighter. Godzilla roared out again, in a more pained sound. Godzilla's dorsal plates began to light up as it unleashed a massive blast into the sky.
Raven: Y/N.....
Godzilla's eyes turned completely black as tears still flowed.
Godzilla POV
Aria: Y/N.....it's ok.....
Danielle: you had no choice Daddy, you didn't break your promise....even then...it wasn't your fault.
Aria: you don't have to even keep the promise anymore my love. You are powerful, you saved all of Remnant with it. You deserve to be happy after what you have done.
Danielle: be happy Daddy.
3rd POV
Godzilla let out another roar in agony, thinking about Aria and Danielle.
Godzilla began shrinking down, skin becoming less hardened from the scales. Within seconds Y/N was back as he went to his hands and knees, gripping the dirt that was beneath the broken street.
Everyone got out of the building and ran over to where Y/N was, he hasn't moved at all.
Raven: Y/N?
Y/N: I.....I did it.....I got revenge.....I killed Ghidorah!
Raven: how are you feeling?
Y/N: I feel.....terrrible.
Raven placed her hand on Y/N's back as he began to tear up, he hoped to feel better after getting revenge, he broke his promise to kill Ghidorah. His vision told him he was no longer has to keep the promise, but Y/N...he doesn't want to do it anymore, he doesn't want to become a beast of destruction.
He will never become Godzilla again.
