~it's Monday of next week and it's still awkward between them. Stan is only talking to Richie, Mike is only talking to Eddie and Ben, and Bill and Bev are talking to each other~
(Ben) "hey Eddie" he sees him sitting at a lunch table waiting for Mike
(Eddie) "oh hey Ben"
(Ben) "can I sit?" Eddie's face looks confused
(Eddie) "uh...sure. I just thought you would sit next to Bill and Bev." Ben sits down
(Ben) "well..yeah but didn't you use to sit next to Richie?" Eddie looks mad at the fact that he said he mentioned him
(Eddie) "yeah. but that was before he stop talking to me and now he only talks to Stan" Mike walks up and sits down
(Mike) "well, fancy seeing you here Ben"
(Ben) "you as well, pal. I just miss when we used to all sit as group... now we're all apart. I just really want to get everyone together as a group again"
(Mike) "that's great and all..but you have to know that we're not 12 anymore, and we're not about to get on a bike and ride to someone's house singing kumbaya"
(Ben) "I'm not saying that we need to hop on a bike and forget this whole ordeal...I just want us to be friends again.."
(Eddie) "I'm in as long as people are going to talk to each other and not just one person" Eddie looks sad when he says this
(Ben) "yes eddie, everyone will talk"
(Eddie) "Mike, come on let's go"
(Mike) "whatever I'll go" mike rolls his eyes.
They all stand up and walk to the other table where Bev, Stan, Bill and Richie are all sitting down. Mike sits next to Bill and Eddie sits next to Ben.
(Bev) "hi guys"
(Eddie) "hey Bev"
(Bev) "I'm glad we're all together again" she gave a small smile
(Ben) "me too. sooo guys...this is are last week of school, and I wanted to know if y'all would wanna go to Six Flags as group for the weekend. We can stay for two days. It would be so much fun!!"
(Richie) "that's a good idea and all...but we're going to need a lot of money for 1: to get there 2: to get inside
and 3:somewhere to stay"
(Ben) "Listen, I have the money for the hotel. All you guys would need to pay is for your ticket, and we can all just split the cost of gas to get there"
(Stan) "I mean..it would be fun I'll go"
(Bill) "I'm in t-too!!"
(Eddie) "I'll go, but can we take Stan's car? no offense Ben, his is just bigger. it's nice for road trips."
(Stan) "sure"
(Ben) "none taken"
(Bev) "Richie, Mike, what about you guys? please come"
(Richie) "I'll go but I'm not driving"
(Ben) "Mike???"
(Mike) "I'm sorry guys..I'm not sure if I can come"
(Bill) "pleaseeee me and Stan will be t-there!!"
(Mike) "okay I'll come.. I guess"
(Bev) "yay I'm so excited!!"
(Ben) "We'll leave Friday so we can get there Saturday morning"
(Stan) "okay"
(Eddie) "I think the bell is about to ring, we should get going"
(Bill) "okay good luck today everyone let's c-cross our fingers and h-hope we pass the exams!!"
~the bell rings~
~they all start to walk away. Eddie sees Richie walk to English. this is their same class together so they're waiting outside the closed door for the teacher to come~
(Eddie) "Richie?"
(Richie) "oh hey Ed's" he looks in the other direction
(Eddie) "did I do something to you? or do you just not like me..?"Richie turns around he looks sad
(Richie) "no... of course not, cutie. It's just that you really need to study so you can pass all of your tests, and I didn't want any of my 'bad brain cells' to rub off on you"
(Eddie) "eww haha don't say cutie.. and you should have told me because though you didn't were mad at me... I've been really upset because you haven't said anything to me"
(Richie) "aww I'm sorry, eds. I just thought it would be better if I just ignore you completely. I'm sorry, Eddie" Richie gives Eddie a hug, and Eddie puts his head on Richie's shoulder. Their teacher comes by and opens the door. Eddie lets go, and so does Richie .
(Richie) "good luck for this test, Ed's" they both walk in
(Eddie) "thanks but I think I have this one down. I'm just worried for tomorrow's exam...it's math"
(Richie) "really? well, if you want, I can help you study. I've already taken it"
(Eddie) "well..I mean... are you good at math?"
(Richie) "did you just roast me?? and considering that Ive had an A in the class for the whole year, I think I know my math"
(Eddie) "Sorry I didn't mean it in that way...I just didn't know it was your strongest subject. But I could really use your help if you still want to help me"
(Richie) "of course, eds. we can study after school tonight"
(Eddie) "ok. can I come to your house though?.."
(Richie) "sure dose your mom not like me or something"
(Eddie) "no she just weird about things"
(Richie) "ok see you later then" Richie goes and sits in the back and Eddie walks to the front to sit
~it's the end of the day and Richie and Eddie are going to study tonight~
(Richie) "hey you ready" Richie walks over to Eddie's locker
(Eddie) "yeah" they both walk outside and get inside Richie car
(Richie) "well I think I failed that English test" Richie looks at Eddie
(Eddie) "don't say that. I'm sure you did fine"
(Richie) "thanks"
(Eddie) "I can't wait for summer"
(Richie) "why"
(Eddie) "because we get to hang out more"
(Richie) "aww that's so sweet Ed's"
(Eddie) "DON'T call ME Ed's"
(Richie) " okey dokey Eddie spaghetti"
(Eddie) "STOP"
~Richie pulls up to his house and they both get out and go inside~
(Eddie) "hey so how's the math test? is it really hard"
(Richie) "not to me. it's just like the study guide so if you did good on that you'll do fine"
(Eddie) "well I did bad, so I'm going to need help" Eddie scoots closer to Richie
(Richie) "okay" Richie starts to help explain the math and Eddie starts to figure out because Richie has stupid little ways to help him remember how to solve the problems
(Richie) "okay well I think you have it all down. you should do great Ed's" Eddie smiles at Richie
(Eddie) "well thanks to you"
(Richie) "it's wasn't just me. if you weren't so smart, you wouldn't have gotten any of that so quickly"
Eddie runs to Richie and hugs him tightly. Richie falls over and so does Eddie. they both are laughing on the ground and they roll over
(Richie) "you know...you didn't have to jump me to get my attention. all you had to was ask"
(Eddie) "haha..shut up" Eddie tries to stand up and Richie extends his hand out for Eddie to grab. Eddie grabs Richie's hand and Richie pulls him back down to the ground and pulls Eddie closer
(Richie) "oh, so you're going to jump me and then run away?" there both laying on the ground next to each other
(Eddie) "omg jerk" Eddie playfully hits Richie on the shoulder and Richie laughs with him.
Eddie's phone starts to ring. Eddie gets up and sees that it's his mom. He answer the phone
(Eddie) "hey mommy. ok. I'll be right there. yes Ma'am" Eddie Hangs up the phone, looking sad.
(Richie) "what's wrong?"
(Eddie) "oh nothing, it's just my mom's here. I have to go"
(Richie) "oh okay... bye, see you later Ed's" Eddie is walking away
(Eddie) "bye rich. and don't call me Ed's." He smiled at the Toizer boy, waving.
