America's POV
I
woke up cuddled with Russia who was still asleep. Well we weren't exactly cuddling, he was spooning me but we're still cuddling in a way, right? I mean, it doesn't matter to me, all that matters to me is that I'm here with Russia and we're happy together.
I snuggles into my pillow, wondering when Russia was gonna wake up. Soon maybe, I think later though. Then I wondered what time it was. I looked at the clock to see the time. It was like, six o'clock.
I felt Russia pull me closer to him. I looked at his face, he was still asleep.
Wait a minute-
WE HAVE SCHOOL TODAY!
Just then Russia's alarm went off. "Aw fuck! I'm up, I'm up!" Russia said as he woke up. He reached over to his alarm clock. "Dammit..." He muttered as he tried to reach it without crushing me since he was on the side furthest from the clock. I chuckled and rolled on my stomach, being careful not to put pressure on it and turned off the alarm.
"Oh, thanks Meri." Russia said. I rolled over on my back. "No problem." I said, smiling. He sat up and grabbed his ushanka from the night stand. He put it on. "Well, my alarm went off so that means Author-chan fixed the fact that we haven't been going to school and we have to go to school today." Russia said as he adjusted his ushanka.
I sat up and yawned while stretching. "We gotta get going then." I said. Russia nodded in agreement. We both got off of the bed. Russia got some clothes and got dressed. I did too. Russia wore his usual striped shirt and jeans and I wore a black shirt that showed my shoulders with the words 'say hey if your gay' in white on it along with some jeans. Canada had actually got me that shirt as a gift a while back ago, I've always liked it.
We both walked downstairs to see Kazakhstan with Belarus getting ready. Kazakhstan looked at us. "Oh, good morning." He said, smiling. "Morning, Kaz." I said. "Why do you have to take me to school so early?" Belarus asked.
"Because the bus comes early and I have to take the bus to go to school." Kazakhstan said. "But can't you take the van?" She asked. "Well... Yes but it's better to take the bus. It saves gas." Kaz said. "Anyways, get your backpack, you gotta get to school." Kazakhstan told her as he stood up.
Belarus grabbed her backpack and put it on. "Wait, can't you fly to school?" She asked. "Quit asking questions, curiousity killed the cat, you know." Kaz said as he picked her up. "A kitty died!?" Belarus asked. "No, it's a metaphor. It's not what I really mean." He said as he chuckled at her.
I remembered as a child I was really curious about every little thing so my father was almost constantly telling me 'curiousity killed the cat', I always giggled about it of course because I was weird and thought stuff like that sounded funny. Kazakhstan walked out the door with Belarus in his arms.
Me and Russia smiled at each other for who knows why and grabbed our backpacks. We sat down and watched TV, knowing we had some time before the bus came. After a few minutes Kaz came back. He sat down beside us and watched TV as well. Then the bus pulled up. "It's here!" I said, standing up.
Russia stood up and picked me up, bridal style. Kazakhstan stood up as well and we all walked out the door. We got onto the porch when...
"WE'RE GONNA MISS THE BUS!!!" Ukraine ran down the stairs, out of breath. She tripped over the last few steps and fell face first onto the floor. Canada, who was at the top of the stairs, looked down at her in worry. He fast walked down the stairs. "Are you okay???" He asked as he helped her up. "Yeah but... THE BUS SKSKSK!!!" She shouted as she dragged Canada over to their backpacks. She grabbed both their backpacks and dragged Canada out the door.
She was still doing her dare so she was dressed like a vsco girl. "LETS GO!!!" She shouted as she ran to the bus, still dragging Canada. "Um... Ukraine maybe be a bit more gentle!" Canada said. We all chuckled and walked to the bus. Russia was still carrying me.
As we got into the bus some countries murmured to each other.
"They are sooo gaaayyy..."
"Ew... Look at them..."
"He's fat..."
"Such a disgrace to this world..."
"Why would someone love the same gender? It's so unnatural..."
My eyes began to water. I don't wanna cry here... Everyone will think I'm a crybaby...
"Hey... Don't listen to them..." Russia said. I looked up at him and smiled. He went to go find a seat for us.
"Hey! Russia, America! My favorite ship! Come sit beside me!" A squeaky voice that anyone would recognize said. I looked towards the shout to see, the one and only, Japan. She was standing up and waving at us. She was slightly jumping as if she was trying to get the whole bus to look at her.
I smiled. "Let's sit with her." I said to Russia. He nodded and walked over to Japan. She was sitting in a seat near the back. It was only a seat for two people but I can sit in Russia's lap. Russia sat in the seat beside her and set me in his lap. "So, how's my favorite couple doing?" Japan asked, putting down the arm rest that was inbetween the two seats and setting her arms on it, resting her head in her paws.
"Good, Belarus just got out of the hospital." Russia said. Japan put a paw down and gasped at that. Her ears went down and her tail drooped. "What happened?" She asked. "She got hit by a car and went into a coma." I told her.
She sat up completely at that. "Oh, the poor baby!" She said. "How's she doing?" She asked rather quickly. "She's doing good, almost the same as ever." I said. "Good, good. Anyways, anything else I should know?" Japan asked. "Well... Hmm... Maybe... Nope." I said, teasing her with a smirk as if I needed to tell her something. She always started to freak out if she felt like she wasn't being told something.
"Aw, c'mon! Tell me! Tell me! Tell me!" She said. "I knowyou have secrets!" She said as she got right in my face. I gently pushed her away. "Well, we do have secrets but we'd rather not tell anyone..." I said. "You know there's no point in keeping a secret from me! I'll figure it out one way or another!" She said.
"Okay, keep it down will ya?" I asked. "Oh... Sorry!" Japan said. "The secret is... And you have to promise not to tell a single soul..." I said, leaning in. "I won't..." She said, leaning in as well. "America, I know what your about to tell her, are you sure this is a smart idea?" Russia asked, stopping me before I did anything he thought was dumb.
"I'm sure." I said, looking at him. "Okay then but if the whole school ends up knowing I'm going to keep in mind it was a 'smart idea'." Russia said. "Tell me..." Japan said. I looked back at Japan. "The secret is..." I looked around to make sure no one was listening and took Japan by her ear.
"I'm pregnant..." I just barely whispered. She squealed. "Oh... Uh... Sorry!" She said. "Don't be so loud!" I said. After that we just talked until the bus got to school.
Russia stayed beside me as much as he could but at one point, he had to leave me to go to a different class, which we didn't have together. After my class was over I knew Russia would meet me in the hall somewhere to see if we had the same class next or to check up on me.
I looked around the hall looking for Russia. I didn't see him anywhere so I assumed he hadn't made it here yet. I decided to wait on him when...
"Hey! Watch where your going, cat eared freak!" I heard a voice shout. I knew exactly who it was and who was being picked on. I turned towards the shout to see North Korea with Japan pinned against the wall.
"I'm sorry! I wasn't watching where I was going and-" Japan started. "Shut up I don't wanna hear it!" North shouted, smacking Japan. A few countries watched from a safe distance looking scared for what was going to happen next.
"And this is for being with my brother!" North shouted, raising his fist. Japan closed her eyes, accepting her fate. I quickly ran over and grabbed his fist. "You should know better than putting hands on a girl!" I yelled. "What are you gonna do about it, faggot!?" He asked, pushing me away.
He turned to me, keeping Japan pinned to the wall by her neck with one hand. "Let her go!" I shouted. Japan looked at me with a worried look. She was probably too scared to talk so she used sign language to sign 'don't do this America, I'll be fine, trust me'
I shook my head no at her. "Your not going to touch her again, hear me?" I asked. North just laughed at me. "Why would I listen to a faggot like you?" He asked. Then he looked up and seemed to get a little scared, still keeping the mean look on his face. I looked behind me to see Russia.
Russia walked over to North and towered over him. "And what is going on here?" He asked. "None of your business!" NK shouted. "Oh I think it is my business if my boyfriend is involved which he clearly is..." Russia said, slightly turning his head at me for a small second.
Russia grabbed onto NK's shirt collar which made NK let go of Japan to grab onto Russia's wrist. "Hey! LET GO OF ME, IDIOT!" NK shouted as he was lifted into the air by Russia.
"So, what is going on here?" Russia asked, ignoring NK's shouts. North kicked Russia in the face, causing Russia to drop him. "That should teach you not to mess with me!" North said, standing up.
Russia put his hand on his face where North had kicked him before basically growling and giving North a death stare. "You think I'm scared of you?" North asked. Russia just silently walked over to him.
Russia kicked him in the nuts and he fell to the ground. "FUCK!!!" He shouted. Russia glared at him and kicked him in the stomach causing him to fall over completely. Russia kicked him in the ribs a few times before walking over to me. "Did he hurt you?" Russia asked, putting his hand on my cheek.
"No... I just saw him hurting Japan and I had to save her..." I said. "I know... You were just looking out for your friends..." Russia said before pulling me into a kiss. Then the speakers came on. "Russia, America and North Korea, to the office please, you know why." The speakers said.
"Oh crap... Security cameras..." Russia said. "C'mon lets go." Russia added before picking me up and walking to the office. We all sat in chairs outside the office to wait for principal EU.
After a few moments Mr. EU stepped out of his office. "You may come in now." He said. We all stood up and walked inside. I sat in Russia's lap while North sat in a chair beside the one we were in.
"I'd like to hear all sides of the story, North, you start." Mr. EU said. "Thank you Mr. EU, anyways, I was in the halls minding my own business when America came along and started yelling at me and then Russia came and beat me up because America had lied to him about how I had beat him up and my fighting back was all self defense." North lied. "That's not tr-" I was cut off by Mr. EU.
"You'll get your turn in a moment, Mr. Washington, Russia, let me hear your side of the story." Mr. EU said. Mr. Washington my ass, why did he call me by my last name? "The story North tells isn't true, here's what happened. I was walking in the hall, looking for my boyfriend, America, and I saw him yelling at North because he had Japan pinned to the wall by her throat and had been hitting her and so I asked him what was going on and he said it was none of my business, so I said well if my boyfriend is involved in it then it is my business, so he got mad and started to call me an idiot so I lifted him up by his shirt collar and asked him what was going on so he kicked me in the face and I started to fight with him, therefore I started the fight, I'm sorry principal..." Russia said.
"Okay, your turn America." Mr. EU said. "Thank you, anyways, what happened was I was looking for my boyfriend when I heard North shout, hey watch it you cat eared freak and I knew what was happening, I looked at him to see him pinning Japan to the wall by her throat and hitting her so I ran over, stopped him from hitting her again and saying, you should know better than putting hands on a girl! He pushed me away and said what are you gonna do about it, faggot!? So I said let her go! And we started to argue, then, Russia came and bassically Russia already said what happened next." I said.
"Okay, thank you for your information, and thank you for a lie, North Korea, I'll be calling your parents." Mr. EU said. (My phone was at 69% when I wrote this- sorry had to point that out because what a beautiful percent to be at, phone-)
When they got home because I'm lazy
Russia brought me inside the house. He was holding me bridal style. He brought me upstairs and layed me on the bed before laying down beside me. We cuddled with each other before falling asleep.
