Starting off on the day after Halloween as everyone were already dressed in normal clothes and as they are in hanging out at Nascita
Akira: "Hey guys I can now mimic anyone's voice."
Everyone else: "Really?"
Akira: "Yeah name me someone to mimic."
Akeno: "Try Rias."
Akira: "Hold on." He then takes a few cough as he then mimics Rias' voice "So who do you want me to mimic?" Then everyone was surprised and impressed
Ryu: "Try Koneko."
Akira: He clears his voice again and as he does his impersonation of Koneko "Yo what up." Then they clapped and then looks at Ravel "Grilled chicken."
Ravel: "What was that?!"
Akira: "You heard me." Then everybody laughed including Ravel because she knows it was just a joke as he then speaks in his own voice
Saji: "Ok try me."
Akira: "Well ok." He clears his voice as he does his impersonation of Saji "Son-" Then he returns to his normal voice "And there you have it."
Saji: "Eh?! That was like only about a second of dialogue."
Akira: "You said to impersonate your voice and I did."
Saji: "Fair point."
Akira: "Ok here's the deal. I have some good news and bad news."
Ryu: "Deliverer the bad news."
Akira: "The bad news is that the Hokuto trio are...let's just put it mildly and say they aren't doing well."
Saji: "I can't believe it."
Akira: "Also Killbus might kill us."
Ryu: "Nothing new."
Hygami: "And the good news?"
Akira: "Secret project."
Everybody else: "Are you kidding me?!"
Akira: "Sorry but it's a secret that'll help us soon."
Timeskip
As everyone were just talking they notice that an emergency broadcast was set as everyone were scared to find it's Destroyer on stage
Destroyer: "Kamen Riders you shall hear us well you shall fear us as we will start the war. I rather see you all dead because honestly it'll be amusing to see you all try. Sayonara." Then the emergency broadcast ended
Ryu: "Don't you think we should end them?"
Everybody else: In a sarcastic voice "YOU DON'T SAY?!"
Ryu: "Alright alright but first we should make a plan." Then he notice that Akira was already gone "Wait where did he-"
Meanwhile
Akira: "GAH NOTHING IS WORKING!!!" He was creating some items but they result in being destroyed within 5 seconds
Back with the others
This was when the others were trying to find him until that was when Destroyer and Felix were standing there waiting for them
Destroyer: "Finally it took you long enough."
Ryu: "Destroyer..." Then Azazel appears "Huh? Azazel what are you doing here?"
Azazel: "Oh you know the usual just walking around-"
Felix: "Hey shut up." Then he pulls out his driver and then inserts the hazard trigger on his driver
Hazard on!
Then he inserts the two tank bottles
Tank and tank!
Then he twist the crank
Gata Gata Gotton! Zuttan Zutan! Are you ready!
Felix: "Henshin."
Uncontrol switch! Black hazard! Yabei!
Then the others pulled out their drivers and then transforms as then both Kaiseis appear in thier kaiser forms and goes on the offense
Azazel: "If he's not gonna show up then I guess we'll have to step forth." Then he takes out his driver and puts it on and twist the crocodile crack bottle and insert it onto his driver
Danger! Crocodile!
Then he pulls the wrench
Azazel: "Henshin."
Wareru! Kuwareru! Kudakechiru! Crocodile in Rogue! Oraa!
Then they all fought each other to which Felix and Kaiseis were stronger than them as destroyer stands there watching it
Ryu: "Hey Destroyer why don't you fight me?!"
Destroyer: "You have no idea on how strong I am." This was when things were getting boring for Felix
Felix: "Hey Destroyer may I?"
Destoyer: "Hold on because it's time to show them in a few minutes." He understood and continues fighting
Evolto: He appears as Evolto phase one form "Come." Then he and Ryu worked together to fight Felix until Killbus appears already transformed and started to fight
Killbus: "Yo guys." Then they continue fighting until Akira shows up as he transforms into Springer V2 as they all fight together
Destroyer: "Now Felix."
Felix: "Finally." Then he pulls out the white panel as Destroyer pulls out a similar version of the fullfull bottle
Akira: "Huh?"
Destoyer: "Now shall I conduct the experiment on my test subject." Then he shakes it as it became red
Rabbit!
Then he insert it onto his gun
Rabbit and Rabbit!
Destroyer: "Chaotic upgrade." Then Felix then does the crazy part where he shoves the panel onto his chest as he is in pain
Felix: "GAH!!!!"
Gata Gata Gotton! Zuttan Zutan! Are you ready!
Then appears black smoke covering the two
Kiken'na supīdosutā! RabbitRabbit! Yabei! Haei! (The dangerous speedster! RabbitRabbit! Oh no! So fast!)
Then the smokes disappears as forms two differnt riders
Team build: "What the?!"
Felix: "Build...Kamen Rider Phantom Build."
Saji: "It doesn't matter what you are we'll still defeat you." Then he charges at Felix but Felix shot missiles at them which worked effectively and then tank treads appear and then defeats Saji while Killbus uses his finisher and defeats Evolto and Ryu, Azazel, Hygami, and Itsuki both got owned by Kaiseis and finally left between Ravel and Akira having to fight which he then moved fast as he grabs Ravel and then threw her in the air to which she summons her wings to fly which was good for her but however she didn't notice missiles that then shot her as her armor disappears as she was falling to the ground
Felix: "Now time to kill the stupid grilled bird." Then he creates treads that were about to damage her but Akira for some reason he was able to move fast enough to grab her and dodge the missiles "ARE YOU FREAKIN KIDDING ME?!"
Akira: "I don't get it...why do I care for her. She's more of a friends."
Destroyer: "Doesn't matter but guess what i'll be the one to attack you." Then the two went at each other which they were equal as they then do their finisher
Doublet Steam Break! RabbitRabbit! Yabei!
Scrap Hopping Finish!
Then the two performs a rider kick which they both were equal as they both were on the ground
Destroyer: "I still need to go further on my research." Then he pulls out the Fullfull bottle as he shakes it to blue
Tank!
Then he insert the bottle onto his gun
Tank and tank!
Destroyer: "Chaotic upgrade!" Then he press the trigger as blue smoke appears around him
Fumetsu no mashin! TankTank! Yabei! Tuei! (The indestructible machine! TankTank! Oh no! So strong!)
Akira: "I won't let you!" Then he charges at him to which his punches barley did anything "Huh?" Then Destroyer punches him aside as he then uses the treads to deal so much damage to Akira causing his armor to disappear "No..." Then before he could shoot him down Ryu, Itsuki, and Hygami then tackles Destroyer as they then used the opportunity to used nebulasteam gun to make Team Build to disappear
Felix: "DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT DAM IT!" Then he shot out misses as he destroys buildings as people were running away in fear from hearing the explosions
Later
As team build were already damaged except for Ravel who she regenerated her wounds
Akira: "Gah..."
Ryu: "Man..."
Hygami: "We are getting weaker."
Akira: "I think we should train again until we are stronger."
