*third-person pov*
y/n: it's getting late so I should probably head home
y/n sees 4 men walk into a dust shop, in suits
y/n: no normal person is wearing a suit to a dust shop at this time, I gotta check it out
y/n then sneaks closer to the dust shop and sees the robbery thats unfolding
y/n: I've got nothing better to do so might as well help
y/n then jumps just in time to see one of the men get thrown out of a window but a girl in a red dress, the guy wearing a white suit comes out of the door with his goons behind him
????: huh red, looks like you brought friends
y/n doesn't waste a second and immediately slashes after the guy wearing white but he takes a step back just in time to dodge
?????: how about we just calm down so my guards can kill you?
y/n: what are you expecting us to answer
????: I'm not sure but you can always hope
right after he says that he fires a shot from his cane towards y/n but y/n reacts in time and jumps out of the way. y/n then shoot fire out of his hand but the guy in the white dodges. then the red hooded girl comes out of nowhere after dealing with the other henchmen going at superhuman speed leaving red roses behind and tries to slash him but the guy in white dodges again and shoots a shot a red hitting her
????: while i'd love to stick around I'll be going now, see you around red and flame boy
he then throws a smoke bomb on the ground and disappears
y/n: WHERE DID HE GO????
red: LOOK AT THE LADDER
y/n what are we waiting for? an invitation?
red: I guess not
y/n and red runs over to the ladder and climbs to the top just in time to see the white-coated man hopping on a bullhead, y/n immediately shoots ice crystals at the bullhead
????: get to the front ill fly
he says then a woman wearing a red dress comes out
y/n: whos that *y/n wounders*
the lady makes a giant fireball and throws it at the two
y/n: OH NO *he says as the braces himself for the impact*
but nothing happens, y/n looks up and sees a familiar face...Glynda goodwitch. he looks over his head to see a shield. then Glynda starts hitting the bullhead repeatedly
lady in red dress: roman lets get out of here
roman: as you wish
the 3 can only stand and watch as the bullhead pulls away.
red: OMG ARE YOU A HUNTRESS CAN I GET YOUR AUTOGRAPH
while red is speaking y/n slowly tries to sneak away
Glynda: where do you think you're going, young man
y/n: *sigh* I'm guessing im in trouble....again

y/n: *louder sigh*

red is sitting in a room and y/n is standing in the corner while Glynda is lecturing red
Glynda: if it were up to me youd be sent home with a pat on the back
red looks happy
Glynda: and a slap on the wrist *smacks wand in front of ruby's hands making her recoil*
Glynda: but there someone whod like to speak to you *sighs*
ozpin the walks in the room with a plate of cookies
ozpin: ruby rose
he then puts his face closer to ruby's
ozpin: you've got silver eyes
ozpin then puts the plate of cookies in front of ruby and she eats them like she hasn't eaten anything for years
ozpin: do you know who I am?
ruby: *mumbles because of the cookies*
ruby: oh sorry, you're professor ozpin headmaster of beacon academy
ozpin: hello
ozpin: would you like to join my academy?
ruby: more than anything in the world
ozpin: well then it's settled, ruby rose welcome to beacon
y/n then tries to sneak out again
ozpin: don't think ive forgotten about you
y/n then freezes
y/n: cmon i was just tryna help
ozpin: it was dangerous

y/n was standing close to the window just letting his thoughts wander until he hears a girl speaking very loudly
???: my baby sister is coming to beacon with me *she says while pulling ruby into a death hug*
ruby: yang i cant breath *she says while panting*
yang: oh sorry im just excited that my baby sis is coming with me, omg you're gonna be the bees-knees
ruby: I don't wanna be the bees-knees id dont wanna be any type of knees, i wanna be a normal girl with normal knees
y/n doesn't have anything else to do so decides why not and goes over to talk to them
y/n: sup ruby
ruby: OH you're thr guy from the robbery
y/n: sure am
yang: its rude not to introduce me to your friends ruby
ruby: oh sorry yang this is ehhh i never caught your name
y/n: oh how rude of me, im y/n
after a couple of minutes of small talk they see beacon
ruby: wow thats so big, you can almost see home from here
yang: ruby beacon is our home now *she says as she smiles*

the group then hear what sounds like someone throwing up
y/n: i guess the view isn't for everyone

ruby: OMG YOU GOT VOMIT ON YOUR SHO YANG

ruby and yang run off screaming
y/n: this is gonna be an interesting year

all of the students quickly get of as the ship lands while y/n just slowly walks down the ramp, then vomit boy comes running out and throws up in a trash can, y/n walks over

???: yea yea just motion sickness
y/n: well alright im y/n, you?
jaune: jaune arc it rolls of the tongue, the ladies love it

jaune: yeah well my mom says it does
y/n: your mom is a liar
the two then hear a big explosion
y/n: lets check that out
the two take the short treck over there to see ruby in a crater with a person y/n seems to recognise yelling at her
y/n: whats going on over here
???: this imbecile here almost blew us off the clif
ruby: it was an accident
???: you could have killed us
y/n: just shut up ice queen
???: WHAT DID YOU CALL ME, DO YOU KNOW WHO I AM
y/n: no actually no clue

weiss: finally some recognition
???: a company famous for their suspicious dealings and inhumane working conditions

ruby y/n and jaune are trying not to laugh, but failing very badly. weiss then storms off in a fit of rage

after a little walking to the auditorium ozpin goes on stage to make his little speech
yang: that was weird
ruby: yea it just seemed like he wasn't there, what do you think y/n. wait wheres y/n
just as she says that y/n appears on stage
y/n: welcome to beacon students and my fellow classmates. youre probably wondering who i am and what im doing in stage well allow me to introduce myself, im y/n and im ozpins adopted son, so if you have any questions about beacon come to me with your questions
the entire room slowly begins to get empty as students head towards where they're gonna sleep for the night
