"Come on (Y/D/N)" You smile as you hold her tiny hand as you both walk through the electronic store.
"But mommy what if daddy doesn't like the tv I choose?" She asks and you sigh and just stop walking causing her to bump into your legs with a tiny giggle. You crouch down to her level and just hug her.
"If daddy...if..if he doesn't like it then oh well. It's your TV not his." You say and holds your fist up and she giggles and does the same thing and touches her pinkie to yours, still in a fist.
"It's just us against the world buttercup." You say and she nods.
You both continue to walk until you get to the tiny tvs for kids and you allow her to look around.
"Hi!" a voice says from behind you causing you to jump.
"Oh I'm sorry! I didn't mean to scare you." A man around your age says and you wave him off placing your hand over your heart.
"It's alright....Hoseok?"You say reading his name tag and he nods.
" Can I help you with anything?" He asks and your daughter runs up to him.
" Mister! Mister! " She shouts out of breath and he goes down to her level with a hum.
"There's a princess TV on the top shelf! I want it!" She shouts and you pat her head.
"(Y/D/N) you need to ask him if he can get it for you and say the magic word." You say and she pouts before looking back at him who was just smiling at her.
"May I please have the princess TV?" She asks and he awws.
"Of course kiddo!" He smiles and stands up straight and she takes his hand and runs off, pulling him with her. You walk after the two, keeping your eye on them as he grabs the small pink princess tv.
"Thank you Mr. Hobi" Your daughter smiles as he holds her TV.
"No problem sunshine."
"Nicknames now?" You ask teasingly.
"I-I sorry she wanted to-"
"It's okay Hoseok, I'm only teasing."
As you both walk to the front desk you both start talking. You didn't go into much detail but you both got to know each other.
From that day, when you would go to the store he would always be in a different department to help out and you both always just ended up going to the same place in the store. This allowed you both to know each other. Hoseok earned the nickname of sunshine from you both since he was always wearing yellow and he was always smiling.
"(Y/N)! (Y/D/N)!" You both hear and turn around to see Hoseok walking with two tags of fertilizer in his arms.
"Sunshine!" Your daughter giggles and runs up to him and he crouches down so she could hug him and he hugs her back tightly.
"Mommy said I get to pick out flowers today!" she smiles and let's him go.
"You're in great hands, I am in the garden department today covering a friend" He smiles and the three of you start to walk.
"Hey Hoseok." you say and he hums and looks at you.
"Thank you."
"For what?"
"Bringing happiness into her life again. She always covered it up but..ever since he dad left... She hasn't been feeling well. You were able to bring happiness back.. Not just her life..but mine as well." You say and he smiles.
"I'm so happy to hear that. You both can call me when ever you need something"
"Thank you Hobi and if it's not too much to ask...maybe we can hang out some time? When time allows it of course."
"I would love that." He smiles and you return the smile.
"Mr. Hobi do you and mommy like each other?" (Y/D/N) asks and you both look at each other.
"I think so."
