Three Hours Later
Kara's Point of View
Barry's idea was both brilliant and extremely dangerous. It would work, but Nia had to be one hundred percent ok with the plan. Barry was at Headquarters with the kids. I flew to Nia's apartment. I knocked on the door. Nia opened it.
"Hey Kara.", Nia said slowly. She looked tired. "What's up?"
"Barry thinks he has a way to find Midnight."
"Really? How?"
"Well, that's why I came here. If you go to sleep, Cisco can use his powers to multiply yours, causing an affect that will show you Midnight's kill, but in the future. We would just ask Cisco to vibe something from the crime scene, but for some reason you have a strong connection with Midnight. But we will only do this if you are ok with it."
"Kara." Nia grabbed her jacket and shut her door. "I have not slept properly in weeks. I'll do whatever I have to." I smiled. "But can we pick up Winn? I'm always calmer around him."
"No problem."
We flew to Winn's apartment and picked him up. We then got to Headquarters. Cisco, Gypsy, and Barry were talking. John was asleep in Barry's arms, while Nora and Alura were watching tv in the other room. I walked over to Barry. Barry smiled at me. We kissed and then I kissed John's forehead. We then went over the plan. Nia was laying down in the med bay and Cisco and Gypsy were sitting on either side of her. Cisco and Gypsy put their glasses on. Nia closed her eyes as Cisco and Gypsy touched her. They all took in a deep breath before staying silent. It was like that for minutes, before Cisco and Gypsy took their glasses off and Nia sat up panting. Winn rushed to Nia's side.
"What happened?", Barry asked.
"We saw where Midnight will be.", Nia said shacking. "And who she kills."
"Well we won't let her kill anyone tonight.", I said.
"No. You don't understand. She kills Clark."
I just stood their in shock.
"Gideon.", Barry said.
"Yes Barry.", Gideon said.
"Contact Clark and Lois. Let them know we are coming over. Also, contact Alex and let the DEO know we will be meeting up as well."
We started getting ready to leave.
"Nia, Winn, and I will stay here and watch the kids.", Gypsy said.
"Thank you.", Barry replied.
Cisco then opened a breach to Clark's house. Barry, myself, and Cisco went through. When we got there, we saw Oliver talking with Lois and Clark, and Logan was watching Carly play with Mia. Oliver, Lois, and Clark then noticed us.
"Hey guys.", Lois said. "What are you doing here?"
"Is something going on?", Oliver asked.
Barry and I exchanged looks.
"We should probably take this conversation inside.", Barry said.
We all went inside. We then explained to them what we saw.
"So Midnight is going to kill me tonight?", Clark asked.
"We won't let that happen Clark.", I said.
"Then what should we do?"
"Maybe we can use this to our advantage.", Cisco said. "We know where and when this will take place. We can be ready for her and take her down before she can even get close to Clark."
"Great idea.", Oliver said. "I'm just going to drop Mia off at home with William and then I'll meet you guys at Headquarters."
Oliver and Mia then left. Cisco vibe the rest of us, including Lois and Carly and Logan, to Headquarters. We had never gone up against Midnight before, so we decided to call in some other team members for backup. It was Barry, myself, Clark, Cisco, Gypsy, Nia, Winn, Oliver, Felicity, Alex, Sara, Kendra, Carter, and Rene. After discussing our plan, Cisco and Gypsy vibe us to the location. Winn and Felicity and Lois stayed behind with the kids. We watched as Clark walked into the alley as the clock struck midnight. A blue and black portal opened and a woman stepped through. Nia tensed.
"Kal-el.", Midnight hissed.
"I'm guessing your Midnight.", Clark said casually.
"Yes." Midnight then glared at Clark. "And I'm guessing your the nephew of the woman who locked me up!" I tensed as well, realizing who she was talking about. She was talking about my mother. Midnight had been locked up on Fort Rozz. "And for that, you must die!"
Midnight blasted at Clark, but Clark dogged the blast easily. We all then came down in front of Clark. Midnight looked confused, but soon locked eyes with me.
"Kara Zorel.", Midnight said, her eyes going completely black. "Your mother ruined my life!"
"Not like I haven't heard that before.", I said sarcastically. "But just because you hate my mother, that doesn't mean you have to hurt me or my cousin."
"Oh. I think it does."
Barry put a protective arm around me, before Midnight smirked. Blue and black orb surrounded Midnight and as she screamed, it blasted all of us back. As the orbs continued to blast us, Sara tried to stand up. Sara used her canary cry to blast Midnight back, but her efforts were unsuccessful. We all tried to blast our powers and guns at Midnight, but her orbs were protecting her from every blast. Alex, Sara, and Rene ran up towards Midnight and started fighting her with their staffs and weapons. Midnight blasted them back, knocking them out against the wall. Gypsy and Cisco tried to vibe closer to her, but she blasted the vibe in mid portal, stopping it from allowing anyone to pass through. Midnight blasted Kendra and Carter back. We were losing this fight.
"Guys.", I said into the coms. "We are losing."
"Is Clark alright?", Lois asked from the coms.
"Yeah." Clark was in the back. I turned to Cisco. "We need to retreat. Open up a breach."
Cisco opened up a breach to Headquarters. Nia, Carter, and Kendra got Alex, Sara, and Rene through. Gypsy, Clark, Barry, and I were still fighting off Midnight. Midnight blasted Gypsy through the breach. Midnight then blasted Barry and I back into the wall. Clark dogged another blast, before helping us up. Midnight was about to blast us again, when we heard a voice we did not expect.
"Clark!", Lois yelled. Lois turned to Midnight. "Stay away from him!"
Midnight smirked before blasting her powers at Lois. Barry super speed towards Lois, as Clark and I gasped. But Barry wasn't fast enough. Lois got blasted back, landing on the ground.
"No!", Clark, Barry, and I yelled.
We all rushed to Lois' side. Lois was bleeding and gasping for air.
"Lois.", Clark said, tears spilling from his eyes. "Please."
"I love you Clark.", Lois said.
Lois' eyes then closed. We all were crying. A portal opened. We all looked up to see Ramsey come through next to Midnight.
"Ramsey?", Barry asked.
Ramsey ignored Barry and turned to Midnight.
"It was not Lois' time to die.", Ramsey said. "He told you not to engage the Kryptonian. You failed him. I don't fail him."
Ramsey's arm turned into a black liquid and went into Midnight's chest, draining her dry. Ramsey then left, leaving Clark, Barry, and I weeping over Lois' body. Walking back into Headquarters was the worst time. Clark having to tell Logan and Carly was an even worse sight to watch. But what was even worse, was having to tell Nora, Alura, and John. Lois was really gone. We all went to bed crying that night. But I had made a promise. I was not going to let Lois be forgotten. She will live on.

Three Hours Later
Barry's Point of View
Hopefully this idea works. I was in Headquarters waiting for Gypsy and Cisco to arrive. I was holding a sleeping John, while Nora and Alura were staring at me.
"You ok girls?", I asked concerned.
"Is something bad coming?", Nora asked. I tensed slightly. Something bad is coming, but I don't want them to worry. "Because you and mommy have been whispering a lot."
"Are you guys in danger?", Alura asked.
I was about to answer them. I was about to reassure them that we weren't in any danger. But my mouth closed when Gypsy and Cisco vibe in. I looked at the girls.
"We'll talk about this later, ok.", I said reassuringly. "I have to talk to Cisco and Gypsy. Can you girls go watch tv?"
Nora and Alura sighed and walked over into the other room to watch tv.
"So what's this all about?", Gypsy asked.
"Well.", I said. "I have an idea on how to find Midnight." I turned to Cisco. "Remember when you were able to touch Caitlin and see her future as Killer Frost." Cisco nodded. "Well, I had the idea, that if you touch Nia while she is dreaming, then you could maybe see the future of where Midnight will be."
"That's actually really smart.", Cisco said.
Kara then flew in with Nia and Winn. Kara walked over to me. I smiled at my beautiful wife. We kissed and then Kara kissed John's forehead. We then went over the plan.
