Spring Festival
The two were walking along, looking at the booths and what they provided. Phoenix was wearing his blue kimono, but this one had flowers on them. Miles, didn't have a kimono, so he went shopping and found a red kimono with Steel Samurai on it. Of course, Phoenix was most fascinated with most of the items. He tried to beg his boyfriend to buy some stuff, but Miles said this:
"I have a surprise that's probably more valuable than that.\"
Everytime Phoenix heard that, he pouted. But, still was waiting for this surprise. After a few minutes of walking, Edgeworth took notice of a small booth. The booth was selling cherry blossomed theme hair accessories and other neat knickknacks. He dragged Phoenix over to take a look. The lady who was running this booth looked at her customers, and smiled
"Hello gentlemen, what can I get for you?"
Edgeworth took note of the hair clips and spoke
"Do you have any good flower items, we're getting it for his daughter"
He said, while pointing at Phoenix. The defense attorney had a puzzled look on his face
"Why sure we do! And our spring selection is the best of the best!"
The woman grabbed a black box from underneath the counter. She then opened the box on the counter revealing little sections in the box. Each little section had some kind of flowery jewelry item. There were about 46 spaces. Half of them had some sort of pressed flower and the other half were jeweled flowers. Miles had to think about this, what would his Feenie boy look better with?
"Can I see the jeweled ones?"
"Oh, yes of course!"
She pulled out the spaces that had the jeweled clips. There were different colors, each matching the colors of the rainbow
"Maybe the pink one, that'll look cute on her, wouldn't you agree?"
He said looking at Phoenix, with a smile on his face
"Um, yeah, I guess..?"
The lady took out the pink jeweled hair clip, and put the others away.
"That hair clip will be $20, please"
Edgeworth pulled out his wallet from an inside pocket of his kimono. Steel Samurai is truly magical! He pulled out a $20 bill and handed it to the lady
"Hold on! I think I got something.."
Phoenix pulled out 50 cents from his pocket, and handed it to the lady.
"Take it as..a tip"
"T-thank you two! Have a fun time!"
"Same to you!"
As they were leaving, Phoenix's expression changed, his head turned to face Edgeworth.
"What was that all about?"
"I had to make up an excuse. After all, this was for you"
"Well, the majority of LA already knows because of the—"
"Still! I don't want more people getting involved! Besides, a little white lie doesn't hurt anyone"
He looked around and grabbed Phoenix's hand
"C'mon, let's go somewhere private"
"OkKKAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!"
At the speed of light, or maybe even slower, the two ran to a cherry blossom tree that was thicker than Gumshoe's shoulders, when he is standing!
"Alright..now, where to put this?"
Miles was fixing the hair clip into Phoenix's spiky hair. As soon it was done, let's just admit it, he looked adorable. The pin was centered and at the top of Phoenix's hairdo.
"S-stop!"
Phoenix giggled and blooshed as he looked away from Miles and covered his face.
"But you look so cute! Why would you want me to stop?"
Miles insisted on Phoenix looking cute in the barrette.
"If you want to make me look cute, at least make it visible!"
He removed the hair clip, and applied it to the side of his hair. It would show on Miles' left, his right (Phoenix Wright), side of his hair
"Much better"
"You know, Phoenix. Not many people are here"
It was true, the area away from the festival was bare. People were either at the festival or at home
"And your point being, what exactly?"
"We should have some fun! And besides..."
Miles stuck out his hand and leaned by Phoenix, with a smirk on his face. Phoenix only blooshed a teeny bit, but smirked, instead of looking flustered
"It's your birthday after all..."
"Alright, let's do it Edgeworth, whenever you're ready"
Phoenix closed his eyes, he already knew what the prosecutor was planning.
Edgeworth dove in with puckered lips. One of his hands covered Phoenix's eyes and the other holding his arm. Phoenix went along with what Edgeworth was doing. He grabbed his neck with one hand and his back with the other and passionately kissed him. After a few seconds, the tongues were coming into play. Phoenix didn't let it pass at first, but he opened and let Miles' tongue play with his. It went on for a couple of minutes, until...
*beep* *beep*
"Oh shit!"
Phoenix pulled back from the kiss and whipped out his phone, an alarm sounded to remind him for the movie, it was 3:45
"Crap, I don't think we'll have enough time to make it to the theatre! The movie could start any minute!"
As soon as Miles heard what his boyfriend said, he immediately whipped out his phone and called Gumshoe like it was about to be the end of the world
*briiiiing* *briiiiiiing*
*bleep*
"Mr. Edgeworth? What do you-?"
"Listen, I don't have time to explain, just get my sports car and meet us where the Spring Festival is happening, ok?"
"O-"
"Good, thanks"
*bleep*
As soon as the call ended, Gumshoe went down to Edgeworth's garage at the speed of Sonic the Hedgehog and started up the car
"He should be here any-"
*SKKRRRRRRRTTTT*
The sports car came, it was relatively close to where the two were. Gumshoe opened the window and shouted at the two
"Hop in, pals!"
The two ran in the direction of the car. Edgeworth, who came first, opened the door for his boyfriend
"After you, Phoenix!"
"Thanks, Miles!"
Phoenix jumped in the car seat, but he took off the hair clip, due for that one reason. Edgeworth jumped in the back with him
"Gumshoe, full speed!"
"Yes, sir!"
Gumshoe punched the gas and the car moved at the speed of light. Talk about energy....
"WOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!"
Phoenix was yelling at the top of his lungs, like it was the fastest roller coaster made by man or woman. Miles, had his eyes widened like in an anime, but he was smiling. Like before, he loved it when his boyfriend was happy, that made him happy
Minutes later, they arrived at the theatre, in the "nick" of time.
*insert laughter here*
"It's.....3:54, you still got time!"
"Thank god..."
The two left the car and were heading to the paying area, when Gumshoe said,
"Enjoy the movie, oh, save me some popcorn!"
Then he drove off...for his secret noodle stash!!!
"Well..."
"Welcome to the Central Theatre. What show are you seeing?"
Both lawyers jolted up, they didn't know there was a person speaking, even though they were at the paying area....
"Um, two adult tickets for the new Steel Samurai film"
The person at the booth rang up theirs order and gave them the tickets
"There you go, enjoy the film!"
