To be honest it's pretty simple.
First you need to know a bit about mythical types. (research!)
Meditation. Meditate and focus on what you want to know. The Stars will tell you when you are ready. It may take years. I found out I was a mermaid many years after learning they existed. Its all baby steps. But eventually everything will be clear.
