Powers:You have a plasma gun on your right arm and 2 sickles on your left arm the gun can shoot dust on remnant or shoot pure 115 and your sickles are indestructible.
Weakness:You have ptsd and will have flash backs of the war and the abuse and can't resist drinking vodka when you see it.
