Darkness.
That all I saw.
It was like the world ended and my body floated motionless in the pitch black galaxy.
My head felt like it was gonna explode.
I heard murmurs in distant.
After a couple seconds they became more clear.
It was almost like hushed whispering.
I struggled to open my eyes.
It was like an elephant replace my eyelids and held them down.
I was getting mad now.
At that moment I noticed that my hand was being held. Held tightly if I might add.
I tried again to open my eyes but it was no use. Instead I tried listening to the voices.
"She's going to be okay, just chill," Tony said.
What was he talking about.
Who was he talking about?
"I don't care! Why would I care! She's nothing to me but a casualty. She could die for all I care!" Liam said.
I felt the grip on my hand tighten but loosen again.
I focused all my strength on opening my eyes.
Then it hit me.
They were talking about me. The memories flooded in.
I tried forcing my eyes open and this time the opened. It was only for a few moments but they opened.
My head hurt.
I felt like I was hit by a car.
My head pounded hard and felt myself drifting off. The pain in my head grew harder to handle.
"Shit!" Was all I could here before my ears listened to beeping. I felt like I was floating again. Like my mind was slipping away.
Like my thoughts were just empty noises.
I felt a sharp jab in my side.
This time it was as if my thoughts were being dragged.
Far away from me.
I tried hard to remember simple things but nothing came.
I pounded my hand down!
I POUNDED MY HAND DOWN!
I moved.
"Bree?!" I could here a faint voice.
My mind slowly slowed.
I felt lost in the moment.
My hand was still being held on to.
This time something else touched it.
It was a slight brush against my hand.
"Hold on Bree," then the hand let go.
My hand felt cold.
I felt cold.
"What do you want?" Was all I heard before shots.
Gun shots.
The overwhelming sound was to much.
My ears rang and I tried hard to open my eyes.
"We got her boss," was all I heard before I was consumed by darkness.
