~Daniella's P.O.V~
{ Five Years Later }
Here I am packing my bags and putting things into boxes , I'm still with Niall and I still visit Jackie's grave everyday , I still talk to her like she's here with me and sometimes I could hear her laugh. Niall decided to move to Ireland and of course I was going with him. I still keep in touch with Harry and he has a new girlfriend and things are getting serious between them and I'm happy for him and I know that Jackie would be happy for him too, after all she did tell him to live his life. Harry still gets on edge and gets sad when someone mentions her name or even talks about her or his past because she was always in it, from little kids up until five years ago. She was his rock and he was her world, they were perfect for each other despite all their relationship problems. I quickly pick up my box but stop once a picture of me and Jackie falls out , I look at it for a while remembering that day clearly "let's act like we're dead and scare people!" I say and Jackie nods , it was Halloween and we were teenagers. It was all fun and games I thought until five years ago , my best friend really is dead and once I move I won't be able to visit her grave anymore and that made me feel guilty because Harry hardly goes to visit her he keeps telling me that it's too soon and it keeps breaking his heart.
I wipe my tears away when a pair of strong arms hug me from behind and touches my eight month pregnant belly. "It's okay babe" he says as he hugs me closer " I just miss her" I say truthfully "I know you do she's in a better place now" he says grabbing the picture and sticking it back in the box. "Are you ready?" I nod as I look around the empty room, I grab what I could due to the fact that I was pregnant. "We're going to stop by Harry's house yeah?" I said and he nods "of course" "can we stop by Jackie's grave one last time?" He nods and I put the things into the moving truck and hop in. The car ride was filled with silence as I take one last look at every house I pass by, we arrive at Harry's house and I smile as I thought about all the times me and Jackie would come outside and read or just sit on the grass and talk. It's like everywhere I go she's there, I ring his doorbell and his girlfriend answers the door and I notice that she's wearing Harry's sweater which was Jackie's favorite and I couldn't help but feel my heart breaking. "Daniella?" Harry asked and I nod "we thought we'd stop by to say goodbye" I say putting on a fake smile as I look at the boy that stole my best friends heart. It's been five years since I've been in this house because I refused to go back and once I walked in I smelled Jackie's perfume I knew she was here and I knew Harry could tell she was as well. "Oh that's right you guys are moving" he says and I nod.
"Where to again?" "Ireland" Niall answers for me and Harry nods "can I use your bathroom?" I asked and Harry nodded. I make my way up his stairs acting like I was going to use his restroom but instead I went into his bedroom. I walk inside and noticed that his room is still the same the only difference is that his girlfriends clothes were hanging up instead of Jackie's. I look through his night stand table but stop once I found a diamond ring , I hold it up and look at it "that was suppose to be for Jackie" Harry's voice Fills my ears which caused me to jump "I'm sorry" I say putting it back into his night stand table "it's fine" he gives me a small smile "I'm really sorry Harry" "it's no big deal" I shake my head "no I'm talking about this" I say and he looks at me strangely "what do you mean?" He asked "this whole thing, Jackie shouldn't have died you should be married by now having kids and everything but you're not" I sob and he hugs me "Daniella she tried everything she was so strong for the longest time it's okay to cry but it's better to let go" he states "I just miss her" "I miss her everyday and I know she would want us to be happy" he says as he rubs my back. "You can smell her perfume too can't you?" I asked and he nods "I smell it everyday it's like she's here. I have days where I'll see her and she'll smile at me and disappear" he states and my heart breaks "she's happy now" he said and I nod "but her happy place is with you and that's where she is, she loves you Harry never forget that" and just like that her smell of perfume was gone. It's like what I said was her unsaid words to him and now she could finally leave and me and Harry both notice. This is it , this is the end. Me and Niall say our final goodbyes and head towards Ireland where I will be raising our baby girl together and where my new life will begin as Mrs. Horan.
