Illi took a look at the map for quite a long while, the place where the egg supposed to reside seem to be in a really dangerous place.
A lot of ferociois beast reside in this place. The place of their habitat. A so called legendary egg of a beast tend to always exist in such places.
Everyone got a wind on the emerging of this legendary egg. The Phoenix and the dragon egg. Illi will be the only one looking for this Harpin, it was a good thing, this way a lot of trouble like fighting for the treasure could be eliminated.
Since the place is a dangerous land, a lot of influencial people brought a batch of a high ranked armed forces.
Aside from the ferocious beast ,that forbidden forest has a lot of danger, a poisonous plant, insects, poisonous fog, not only that, there are swamp that are more fearsome than the powerful savage beast, once you fall on the swamp, the hope of saving yourself or being saved by others is close to a nil.
Strangely the swamp have a great suction force which pull in not only the one who fall in it but also the one who try to pull out their friend. So the safest way is not to just fall inside of it.
“X, Y, Z”
illi called out rather loudly.
Once X, Y, Z, heard the call of the big boss, they immediately scramble towards her place. Their lady boss is a really impatient person. What she hate the most is waiting for other.
They immediately reach their lady boss room in amatter of second.
“Subordinate here, Lady Boss”
X, Y, Z kneel in one knee and solemnly greet their Lady Boss.
Illi nod her head, satisfied with their quick response to her call, she is the most patient when she conduct her experinment but other than that, she is really impatient especially when waiting for others and she make sure they are thoroughly aware of that.
“Good that you don’t make me wait for you guys”
The three subordinate shuddered inwardly, how would they dare after that horrible punishment !!
At first they take her lightly, especially her warning when they were first assigned to her.
When she call them they make her wait for three long minute.
By the time they arrived to her side, she reccond them to follow her, they did follow her till the way they were led to a dark room, she told them to wait here while she leisurely walk outside the door.
While they were standing inside the dark room the door was suddenly lock.
They still could clearly remember her word at that time from inside the dark room.
‘As a punishment for making me wait for you guys, feed my lovely plants for three weeks. The fertilizer are at the corner on the left side’
With that, silence ensued the dark eerie room.
They just snort and take their lady boss so called punishment lightly
What is there to so afraid of?, feeding the plant for three week. That must be the easiest and most non-tortorous punishment they have ever received.
But oh boy, they did not know that it was just the beginning of their nightmare.
When they turn around an illuminous different colour started to shine.
When they clearly took a closer look at the light, they were all scared shitless, It was a carnivorous poisonous plant.
Some have a sharp thorn teeth while some have a poisonous vine. And the worst thing is that they could move freely inside the room as it was within their vicinity.
Their vine started to attack them and their thorny teeth throw out a poisinous small thorn.
All they could do was fight back but they were unable to cause a harm on any of the man eating plants, their body is too hard and thick that even a slash with their inner force could not cause a damage on them.
They were so tired fighting it.
Z was thrown to the side when he can’t fight back anymore, The thorn toothly plant nearly ate Z, as a reflesive defense he pick up anything he could find, when he throw the thing that he grab unintentionally, the plant quickly leap towards the thing Z throw and gobble it down immeditely.
As it turn out it was their food, their fertilizer.
XYZ quickly pick up and started to throw the fertilizer at random place .
While the carnivorous plant was busy eating their meal, they quickly meditate to store their lost energy.
Once they finished they try opening the door but Their new boss really lock them up, they search for a way out but could not find any.
It was a very advanced door and the the way to open the locked door is not something their far inferior intelligence compared to Illi could not comprehend or solved.
Once the plant finish eating they quickly turn towards their way and the fight started again until the next morning when another fertilizer miracally appear at the side corner, while the plant ate their meal the three of them started cultivating again.
They receive no food, no water, cultivating, fighting, no sleep, and stay in the darkness as the plant didn’t continously glow. All alone with thé poisonous plant and depending on their inner force to survive in a room full of darkness where the hunter lurk in the dark.
The dark dampness and the eerie atmosphere…. The fight with the man eating plant day and night, being hang tight on the line of life and death, the restless atmosphere and the nerve string that stretch tightly not allowing them to rest or relax….
They nearly went mad when Illi finally let them out.
They were so grateful on the fact that they finally were able to see the natural light, and the bun and water that Illi gave them, that must be the most tastiest food they have ever eaten.
From then on, they never dare take her lightly.
“Go to the Iron Smith and order to forge like the one in this paper “
Illi said while giving X two simple drawings on a yellow paper. It was easy, just some fine thin accupuncture needles that will be completed in just two or three days as the materials to create it was not of high quality.
“After it is finish we will start our venture on hunting the egg”
“Your subordinate understand Lady Boss”
X said and left immediately.
“Go to the herb store and buy the thing in this list”
Illi said while giving the list to Y.
Y solemly agreed and left immediately as well.
“Take this and give it to the Emperor, if the emperor ask who gave it say ‘Carefree and Worriless, crysanthemum, crysanthemum’ ” Actually, that was all bullshit, the emperor will know the goods right away, saying that was just illi messing around.
After saying that Illi toss a bottle to Z.
Z also left immediately after getting the order.
Illi sigh, getting a bit bored as she was not able to conduct some experiment or do some research.
Since she didn’t has anything to do for the time being, she might as well go out and look around, she might find an opportunity to capture some human for experinment. Who knows?! It is a very likely thing.
Like someone who try to rob her, or someone who try to kidnap her,
En ! That way capturing and doing experinment on them still stand in her morale, she will not break any of her principle. Fantastic. Suoerb even.
Thinking upto that point Illi started walking out of the Inn, not forgetting to cover herself in A muslin.
What can she do, her appearance is too beautiful, that she always attract attention. Call her narcissistic but Darling she really is too beautiful that can cause the down fall of the city.
If she acttract too much attention how will the robber or kidnapper dare do something to her? That is a serious matter worth ponding over.
