I'll brave the ache that forms in my chest, knowing I'll never be the one that gets, to feel your lips on mine and your hands at my hips. My heart will never know the feel of your love nor will my body ever truly know the embrace that you can give. I'm battling my head and my heart, wanting to wait it out and wanting to just give up. I don't know which path to take, I just want this heart of mine not to break.
