I walked towards the doors when I heard Tyler call after me. I turned around.

"Where is Aaron?" I couldn't quite read his face expression.

"He is taking care of something with Stephanie" I said trying to figure him out.

"Oh, I'm glad that they are already" Tyler said looking relived.

"What is it?" I asked trying to understand the situation.

"What is what?" Tyler said matching my tone of voice.

"What are they taking care of?" I asked.

"Isabelle, I think it's better that things stay like this, at least for the moment" for the most part Tyler is a guy that can't be serious, like ever! and now here he was looking as I serious as anyone can be.

"I want to know, because Aaron was really bothered by something and I couldn't figure out what it was and I didn't want to ask"  I was getting even more worried about this whole thing.

"Isabelle, I love you like a little sister. Trust me when I tell you this, right now we are all protecting you!"

"So, something is wrong" I said more like a question.

"Isabelle, please. I'm sure Aaron will explain everything to you when he thinks it's the right time, it's not my place" The look on Tyler's face let me know that there was something really wrong going on.

"Okay, just tell me that he is not on any kind of trouble", I said scanning Tyler's face for any sign that could let me know what was going.

Tyler took a big breath and then he let the air out. "Look Isabelle, it's going to get crazy but you'll need to stay put and trust us, the people who love you and care for you" I wanted him to comfort me but his comment did anything but that.

"I trust you" Was all I managed to say.

"Let's walk for a little bit, it'll do you good"

Tyler and I walked out of the Hotel, there was a lot of press outside and fans hoping to get autographs and pictures with the players. As soon as we stepped out some guys started to call after me and Tyler. He had a big camera and I'm pretty sure that he was recording.

"Hey, Tyler!" He called after him. Tyler waved at him. This was a very common thing for the guys I was used to it already from walking out with them and my dad.

"Where is Judge?" One of the photographers asked as Tyler and I kept on walking. We remind silent. They kept asking questions and one of the photographers was aiming his questions at me. I was ignoring him until he made a question about the person throwing the first pitch at the game tomorrow. I turned to look at him clearly confused because I had no idea of what he was talking about.

"Guys please, we are trying to have some family time, please if you could leave us alone" Tyler managed to say in a firm tone yet sounding cool.

Still I wanted to know why they wanted to know my opinion about the honorary first pitch of the first game of the series.

We walked into a small cafe that was around the corner and finally could hear each other without yelling.

"A new day a new adventure!" I said seating on the chair that Tyler had pulled out for me.

"I hate to say it but it's all part of the job" Tyler said as he sat on the chair right in front of me.

I was trying to think why I would care about who would make the honorary first pitch. Probably some celebrity, that's usually the way it goes. They usually do some actor that is a fan of the home team or something like that, but this guy asked me directly how I felt about that situation.

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't realize that Tyler had been talking to me.

"What?" I said snapping out of my thoughts when I felt Tyler's hand on my arm.

"Isabelle, what are you ordering?" Tyler asked standing up.

"Who's throwing the first pitch tomorrow?" I asked ignoring his question.

"What?" Tyler looked genuinely confused.

"Who's throwing the first pitch tomorrow" I said slowly just in case he wasn't catching my question.

"I don't know, whoever the Astros invited?" He said more like a question.

"Why that guy asked me that question?"

"You are probably thinking to much into things, I'll go get us some coffee" Tyler walked towards the counter to order or drinks.

The 6 pm News were on the TV in front of me so I focused on that in my attempt to forget about the whole first pitch thing. Maybe Tyler was right, maybe I was thinking to much about something that wasn't important.

They went over the weather right before the sports segment. Tyler walked over to the table as they started to talk about the big event in town Astros facing the Yankees for the American League Title.

"Aaron said he'll be here in about ten minutes" Ty said seating back on his chair.

I heard him but I was too focused on what my eyes were seeing on the TV to even respond to him.

"Mixing up some entertainment news with the sports, as you guys know the Yankees outfielder Aaron Judge, is currently dating the Yankees hitting coach's daughter, the couple had been very open about it, we often see Isabelle at the games supporting her man, but we may end up having some tension in this playoffs because, Judge was reportedly dating an Instagram model named Lisa Hunter, before he went public with his current girlfriend and according to a press release sent by the Astros this morning, the model will be throwing the honorary first pitch tomorrow at Minute Maid Park"

I kept looking at the TV as the other reporters joined in and gave their opinion about the situation. They even put up a poll asking 'What would you do if you were Isabelle?'

I didn't say anything. Tyler was rubbing the back of my hand but he didn't say a word. The waitress put our drink on the table. I heard Tyler thank her. I had lost the ability to talk.

"What's going on?" I managed to say after what felt like an eternity.

"Isa, remember what I told you earlier, you need to trust us."  Tyler was still rubbing my hand.

"Aaron and I had been kind of flirting since we first met. I can't believe that he was doing that while dating somebody else" I wanted to cry, but I didn't want to make a scene. I needed to see Aaron he had to come and explain what was going on.

"I'm pretty sure that this is all just gossip, you know how it's!, you have to believe me, from the moment he met you. He was drawn to you, even your dad noticed that"

"Who is this Lisa girl anyways?" And only after I said her named I realized why Aaron was so tense this morning.

"She is an Instagram model, you know she has followers, this is just a way in which she can get more attention" Tyler was speaking fast and I could see in his eyes that he just wanted to make me feel good.

"Do you know her?" I  wanted to know every little detail of this story.

"No, I don't think that Aron knows her either, I'm telling you it was a publicity thing it didn't happen."

"What didn't happen?" I heard Aaron's unmistakable voice from behind me.

I didn't want to face him. I didn't want him to see my tears there were so many thoughts going through my head. I was going crazy but wanted to look as calm as possible.

"The girl from early today, who is she?" I managed to say. I grabbed the cup of cold coffee that had been place before me and finally took a sip.

"Isabelle" Aaron's voice was calm. He took a deep breath and pulled out the chair next to me.

"She is the model, the one you were supposed to date?" My voice was shaky and I hated that.

"Isabelle, this is a big misunderstanding. I will explain everything to you" He said placing his hand on top of mine.

"Guys,  I think we need to finish somewhere else" Tyler was standing at the door and from what I could see there more photographers standing outside of the Cafe.

I realized that Tyler was right, we were being watch and I couldn't let them be part of this. I promised Aaron  that I would trust him if anything like this happened again, this was just another test. I needed to relax at least until I was sure that nobody was watching,

"Let's go back to the hotel" I said standing up and holding out my hand so that Aaron would grab it.

I wasn't about to let the world know about my problems, I had no reason to doubt Aaron  I knew that there was an answer. I knew that things seen crazy but I believe in him.

We walked out of the cafe ignoring the reporters and all the questions that they were shouting at us. Aaron walked in front of me and Tyler was behind. I felt so guarded yet so vulnerable. The words that they said the questions that they asked. It took a lot for me no to answer.

"This will be over soon. I promise. " Aaron said squeezing my hand as we walked the last block to get back to the hotel. I just nodded because I doubted that he could heard me if I spoke without yelling.

We finally reached the hotel and as soon as I stepped in I saw my dad in the lobby talking to Stephanie. I don't know what came over me but I had to hug my dad. I needed it.

My hug took him by surprise but he didn't hesitate to hug me back, I wanted to cry but I knew that there were too many people watching. I felt Stephanie's hand rubbing my back and I turned to look at her. I smiled so close to tears.

"I think we'll miss dinner today" Stephanie said grabbing me by the arm.

"I can stay too" My dad quickly.

"No, dad you need to be there" I said. I just needed a girl night to vent a little , a luxury that I rarely experience growing up, so I had to take advantage now.

"I got it, you go and enjoy dinner you deserve it" Steph said to my dad. They exchanged the cutest smile and for a moment I forgot about my hurt and felt happy for whatever was brewing in there.

"I'll let them know you had an emergency" My dad said before giving me a kiss and heading back to where Aaron and Tyler were standing. We walked in together but I rant to my dad and he allowed me to have that time with him. I was glad because I knew that I wasn't going to be able to hold myself together if we finally had the conversation that we had put on hold for the longest.

It took everything that I had left to walk back to Aaron to say that we would talk later, but I did with Stephanie by my side we walked back to the elevator and made our way back to our room.

"Let's order some room service, I got some things to tell you" Stephanie said as we walked into the room. I nodded and grabbed a clean tower from the table on the hotel and made my way to the bathroom.
