Do you remember
In third grade
The first time someone called you annoying?
You felt your heart breaking.
Do you remember
In fifth grade
When your "friends" made you feel annoying?
You could feel your world crashing.
Do you remember
How your best friend
Said you were annoying her?
You stayed quiet, and silently screamed
But no one heard.
I remember every time
I'm called annoying
And every time I'm called stupid
And it hurts and I feel
The Earth quaking.
As if the Earth itself is calling me annoying.
