“why do you do it?” her voice bounced off the walls of the small bathroom. i looked up and met her blue eyes through the mirror.
her arms were crossed over her chest;
her face void of any emotion.
i glanced back down and stared at the thin, white lines of blow.
“it helps,” my voice was hoarse.
aspen took a step forward and slightly titled her head to the side, “with your demons.”
it wasn’t a question but I still nodded.
