Well folks, I cried today. I cried today and I haven't stopped. As you all know, I struggle with my eye sight. I can't complete tasks the way people want me to. Nor as quickly.
I am not a fast learner and I am not a fast worker. Sometimes I have to be shown multiple times what to do.
I miss spots because I can't see well enough to sweep. I understand it is frustrating for my boss that I just don't understand. However, it's just as frustrating for me.
I am doing the best I can but I feel it's not enough.
So tonight I am crying but tomorrow will be better. Hopefully.
