When I reached school, I was pretty late. No one was in the compound, I wheeled myself to my locker followed by my very "amazing fans". One of the nurses opened the locker for me since it was too high, I saw my first class was maths, I carried my books to class.
"Are you guys going to follow me everywhere?" I asked.
"Yes Miss" Trevor said.
I rolled my eyes at them and I knocked on the class door, the teacher opened the door and let me in.
Trevor and his team also wanted to go inside.
"Who are you guys?" Ms. Genevieve asked them.
"We are her bodyguards."
"But you guys can't come in my class, you are like 10 people."
"Actually miss we are just 8 of us" one of the nurses said.
Ms. Genevieve only allowed Trevor inside while the rest were asked to stay outside the classroom and I was glad about that.
"Miss Nerdy brought people to looks after her, too bad she forgot to bring her town priest." One of the jocks said and everyone in the classroom laughed. What?? He wasn't even funny.
"If anyone brought their mouthwash with them, please lend it to this jerk, am afraid he might talk again." I said and everyone laughed at him.
"Go to hell"
"Oh sure, I would love the tour to your home."
"Freaking shut the fuck up.!"
"Why are you shouting?, Are you on your periods?"
He stood up but Trevor stood close to me. "Nice try young man, now keep your distance before we have a really rough time."
The class was boring and none of my friends was on this class.
"Hey, My name is Lilly" a young girl introduced herself to me "Is it true that you and Julia were fighting over Troy and she pushed you over the flight of stairs because Troy loved you?"
Aaaaaaaaarrrgh!! There went the rumors.
My next lesson was English and I was so happy since Ty and Troy were in this class, at least I didn't have to get bored. I wheeled myself to the class and I was receiving curious stares from people. Okay, was I the first woman to ever use a wheelchair?.
On my way inside, I met up with Troy and he seemed pretty shocked to see me. "Angel??" He asked in disbelief
"The one and only."
"I never knew you would want to come to school."
"So that you can get better grades than me, no way!"
"Who are all these people behind you?" He everted his eyes to my fans.
"Dad thought it would be cool to have these people follow me around everywhere I go."
"Best Friend!!" Ty hugged me tight "How are you?"
"Am still alive thank you for asking" I joked around with her.
"I have so much to tell you, I was so bored at school without you you know."
"But you had Ashy."
"Which Ashy? The same Ashy who misses almost all her classes? The same Ashy who always run into trouble? She is too cool for me now, do you know last week she gave the principal the middle finger."
"Really?" I asked in disbelief even though I already knew so.
We went in class and before the lesson begun Ty told me all the stories of everything that happened the whole time I was in a coma. I knew most of the things she was telling me and only a few things were new to my ears.
"Good Morning everyone." Ms. Grande asked in a cherry voice.
No one replied except for a few nerds.
"Oh, Laura, I see you are back. Welcome."
What the heck?? She used to hate me.
"Thank you" I replied back.
"What happened to you?" She asked and everyone looked at me expecting an answer, this teacher wanted to milk information out of me. The heck!
"I know what happened." Troy said back, I looked back and saw him staring at me, everyone stared at him expecting an answer. "That's what happens when Angels fall from heaven." He smirked.
The class was filled with "Awwwwww!"
"That's sweet, but what exactly happened?" One of Julia's friend asked.
"Is your nose glue?" Ty asked her.
"No, why?"
"Because it loves sticking in other people's business." Ty fired and everyone chuckled.
"Doesn't matter, I will find out sooner or later." She said, this stupid bitch didn't her so called friend tell her everything that happened. Of course not, Julia wasn't dumb.
" Sweetie, exam are approaching, how bout you find out how you will not get an F, again." I said to her.
"Instead of making you cripple, Julia would have made you dumb, it would have saved us the joy of hearing you talk."
"Jenny, Watch your mouth!" Ms. Grande said to her "Am so sorry Laura." She smiled at me, why was she being nice to me? Okay, maybe because I wouldn't "walk" anymore.
I slide my hand behind Ty and slipped of her heel, the shoe was so heavy. I took the heel and awaited until she was not paying attention anymore, I aimed the heel directly at her face and the heel hit her with a bang!
Ouch!! That must hurt.
What followed that was a loud cry, she screamed and cursed while Ty and I watched her in amusement.
"How dare you bitch!" She approached me and swung her hand to slap me and someone held her hand, I expected it to be Trevor but it was Troy.
"No one gets to hit her when am around, get you filthy face out of my space." He roared and Jenny jumped in fear.
"Troy, what do you even see in her?? She is crippled for crying out loud.!!" She said in a soft voice, I looked at Troy who seemed to be irritated by her, he was trying his best not to slap her at any moment. The forehead of Jenny was getting swollen, it had already turned pink..
"You are very lucky I can never hit a girl."
"But you can hit on me" she winked at him. I swear this girls were so desperate for his attention and I didn't even blame them.
"Everyone settle down, take your seats, enough of the drama it's time to learn, final exams are approaching and you need to pass." Ms. Grande said
Troy and Jenny went back to their seats while Ms. Grande continued teaching, I didn't even concentrate since I was busy thinking about my revenge on a few people.
After I class I told Ty to take me to Patrick Peterson, he was a smart guy in our school who had remarkable high grades and he would help me to catch up with what I missed.
"Why do you need Patrick?, Why don't you get a teacher, you always get higher grades than him."
"There is no way am going for any teacher for help, and Patrick is the smartest person I know."
"Why don't you get Troy??"
"Patrick is smarter than Troy daaah??"
"Who said so?" Ty raised her eyebrows at me.
"Their grades daaaaaah..."
"Okay, the last examination you did, both you and Troy got straight A's, something Peterson wasn't able to do."
I was struck!! I knew Troy was smart but not smart enough to beat Patrick or even smart enough to hold a tie with me, I guess I needed to beat my boyfriend in this final exams, he needed to be my tutor.
At our lunch table, we all sat in silence, I knew they were afraid to talk because of how I had behaved yester night.
"So guys what did I miss while I was away?" I said.
"God thank you!! I was getting tired of keeping quiet" Danny said and we all laughed "And Laura, so this huge guys gonna follow you around?"
"Yeah!" I mumbled.
"What are they protecting you from? Hayden, Harry and Julia are already in jail." Sean said back.
I faked a laugh, "Guys I need to go somewhere, bye!" I wheeled myself out of the cafeteria, I guess I would have to miss the afternoon lessons, right now I needed to be somewhere.
"Laura, Laura." I heard them call after me.
