So yes I know from the word go you probably knew what I was going to talk about. On this piece I'll use Instagram as a presentation of social media at large. I'll start by quoting a pin I saw from Pinterest 'nobody's life is as perfect as their Instagram feed. Let me pose a rather wise question before we continue , when was the last time you took a picture for fun but not for Instagram or to snap that boy or girl on Snapchat. All for the gram and snap right? How many times have you looked down at a person just because of their followers? There are very many people who get likes from 6 to 9 but there social life out there is perfect. There are people out there who tour the world for basis but choose not to show it to the world. People who eat only in five star hotels and don't even post what they are eating , while some shawries busy downloading pictures on Pinterest just to lure people that she's a baller 'yo that's bullshit!
Thanks to Zuckenburg , Instagram has grown to be the new governor of life. How many times have you delete a post just because it don't get to 400 likes or the likes you wanted and you see other people getting them in less than an hour. I mean I know everyone wants to be seen and recognized but seriously let's not let Instagram define who you are. You should be the only person to define who you are. There's more to life than just followers and great feeds. Your gold darling ❤️
