Changing the rules

Someone made me realize that not everyone is comfortable with commenting a cover request publicly. I'm sorry I had no intention of making anyone uncomfortable.  So I have deleted the last rule which was that a request will only be accepted if they come in the comments.  If you have a cover request you can privately message me as well as comment it here.
