Avni stood there in a black sando and green camouflage pants and a high pony as she stared at Manik and then saw Arav he was wearing a black vest and black tracks, she was thinking something when she saw Shivay, Arnav, Aditya, Sahil and Niharika joined them in the lab
"Ready?" Niharika asked her and she just nooded she lightly hugged her and then joined Aranv, Shivay, Sahil and Aditya behind the glass wall where Manik was typing something, giving some commands
Rudra and Om joined them to when Arav and Avni took position on the mark
"I bet on Arav" Rudra said keeping a note of 500 on the table Avni and Arav could not hear them because of the glass wall
"Arav" Om said too keeping another 500
"CM yeh bet laga rahe hai" Aditya said horrified and Arnav gave a hard glare to them and then put forth a five hundred note
"My son is so taking this" Aditya gapped at him, his Mami was rubbing his CM
"Jiju mere tarif se bhi Arav" Sahil said showing Shivay a five hundred note
Shivay looked at all and then at the five hundred notes
"Arav it is then" Shivay kept his bait adding his five hundred
Manik just stared at them and at Niharika
He removed his wallet and pulled out his all cards and kept it on the table
"Avni" all gapped at him and Niharika smriked she just gave Manik a thumb-s-up to which he grinned
"Seriously Manik yaar phool si najuk hai Miss World" Rudra commented but Manik just looked at Avni
"Will see" he said
"Bure haroge Mr Malhotra, Bhai is a black belt" Aditya said and Manik so wanted to laugh but he just put on the headphones which were connected to the microphones of Avni and Arav
"Ready?" Manik asked them as they both showed thumbs up to him. Manik looked at Avni for a brief moment
"I want him on the ground Kiddo" Manik said making everyone gape at him
"In five minutes or else our deal stands cancel" he continued
Agni looked at him and then at Arav who was starring at Manik
She was thinking what to do
"He seriously thinks you can beat me" she heard Arav and bam the decision was made
Before she could say anything thing they heard Manik say
"The first motion demo of Battlefield starts in 10" he pressed the button as Keren started the count down
Avni and Arav being Manik assistant in this project were suppose to demo them the motion a character can do while in the game. They were made to stand on the safe distance side by side with motion tracers on them so that they are connected to their characters from the game and this demo was to show how the mechnasim will work to others. It was basically, their actions were going to be copied by their character (If confused, it's similar as the game from SRK starring Ra.One)
Avni glare at Arav and then looked at Manik
"I am serious Kiddo you have five minutes" Manik said once again when she closed her eyes and heard Keren
"5...... 4...." She opened her eyes and turned to the monitor of the computer and took a stance
"3..... 2.... 1..... Go" the sound of music was heard when the AI of the game said
"Jr-Lad- Governer vs Princess-M" the fight bell rung as Avni and Arav's characters stood in front of each other
Arav motioned his character such that he attacked Agni by holding her neck, he wanted to show Manik that no one beats him.
Avni's eyes flicked at Manik and then back on monitor she motioned to kicked Arav's leg of Arav's character and got out of his hold she punched him on his face and gave an elbow punch on his gut. Arav gapped at her as she turned sideways looking at him giving a smirk
Manik turned to others with a devilish smirk and saw their expression
Arav's character tried to catch Avni's but she took a knife and gave a cut on his face before he could take a hang she showered him with punches. He tried to defend and kicked her on her leg, making her kneel on one leg
Angry Avni motioned her character for a back flip which landed on Arav's characters face making it spot blood, she did the same two three times
Seeing Avni do a black flip continuously the people seating behind the glass ball except Nikharika and Manik had their mouths open, jaws touching the ground
"Woha!" Aditya cheered
"What the..." Arav said with Arnav looking at Avni
Manik closed Arav side of microphone and smiled
"Want to have some fun?" he asked Niharika as they saw Avni and Arav fighting, Arav was being very aggressive in his attacks and had made Avni's character bleed her arm
"Ni break his nose" Niharika said and Avni punched Arav's character five times on his nose making it bleed
Aggitated Arav tried to hold her but she kicked him right on his stomach making him fall on the ground
"Woha" Sahil said getting up from his seat
"Kya pohda hai" Aditya muttered as Arnav gave him a stare he had disbelief in his eyes. No one ever beat his son. He thanked his son's stars that Avni and him were just doing a motion test and not an actual fight orelse he and his Sankadevi would have been seeing their son on hospital bed.
Manik turned to others with smirk
"Told Yaa" he said collecting all his cards and then the money
"How was it?" Manik heard Avni
"My daughter is the best as ever" everyone grasp at his bold declaration. The Raizada's were shocked and Arav stood confused as he couldn't hear anything as he's microphone was off
"You weren't suppose to say that! You promised" Avni said
"I promised not to tell people in the office, these people are family" Manik gave her back as Shivay chocked laughing followed by OmRu
Manik counted the five hundred notes and looked at Nikharika
"Let's party" he said
"You are invited to Kiddo" Manik said leaving with Niharika
"Aahhhh" Avni was hell irritated and stromed from there
"What the...." Arav said seeing them having no idea
Changing her dress Avni entered Manik's cabin to see Niharika and Manik eating pizza
"Wow, this is yum!" Niharika goaned licking the cheese from the corner of her lips
Glaring Avni walked to Manik who handed her a box of pizza. She took it and started to eat without caring for her anger as food comes first
"Dad my Lava cake" Avni asked
"I asked to heat it, you like it hot so" Avni just nooded and sat on the sofa folding her legs up
Arav changed his dress and while walking he saw Sahil walking to Manik's cabin he jogged and joined him
"Bro kaha ja raha hai?" he asked unaware that OmRu joined behind them
"Mr Malhotra is giving party for Avni's victory" Sahil informed him as he gritted his teeth
"Did Nikharika tell you anything?" Arav asked walking with him
"Anything about?" Sahil asked hin back
"About Avni's boyfriend"
"What!"
"Avni's boyfriend!"
"Miss World's boyfriend!"
Sahil, Om and Rudra exclaimed together
"Hay Miss world bhi paraya dhan ho gai" Rudra exclaimed
Till then they reached Manik's room. Rudra bragged in
Manik and the girls were having food when suddenly Manik burst out laughing
"Arav's face though" he said between the laughs and Niharika burst laughing with hum but Nikharika just concentrated on the food
Their laughing was stopped when Rudra bragged in. He walked to Avni and Avni who had a bite of her cheese burst pizza her cheese thread attached the bite and the slice of her pizza
"Meri Miss World paraya dhan ban gai" Rudra faked a cry sitting beides her creasing her face
Om sat on her other side making her a sandwich
"Tune humse yeh kidkitod baat chupai" he said
"Konsi baat?" Agni asked confused
"Yehi ki tera boyfriend hai" Shail said
"Mera boyfriend hai?" She asked
"Dekha agree kar rahi hai" Rudra said as Manik observed Arav his forehead vain popped
"Ek second..." Agni started
"Hey Bhaghwan, matlab aab koi chance nahi" Sahil said dejected looking at Arav who's heart dropped
"Kaisa chance? Kiske chance?" Avni asked
"Zalim aurat" Sahil pointed his finger towards Avni
"Oye!" Avni and Manik snapped at him
"Ungli niche kar" Manik said giving him a death glare and Sahil actually got scared
"Haan hai uska boyfriend" he shrugged his shoulders
"Apko kaise pata?" Arav asked
"Main iske bare mein tumse jayda janta hu" Manik said casually. He saw Arav was going to protrest him but he didn't instead his jaw cleanched and he looked at Avni as if asking her what Manik said was the truth. But Avni was to busy sorting out her own confusion
"And cool about this Manik bahi?" Rudra asked
"Arey agar ladka accha ho, successful ho, handsome ho, genuine ho toh kya problem hai?" Manik said to Rudra enjoying his pizza
A lady entered with lava cakes and gave Avni and Niharika she walked to Manik
"Sir lunch mein kya hoga?" She asked
"Oh he is working half day" Avni said
"Are you?"
"Am I?"
The lady and Manik asked together
"Yes" Avni nooded
"Why so?" Manik asked when the girl walked out
"That's a suprise" she smiled making him smile back
"I have work, bro tu aa raha hai?" Arav said dragging Sahil with him before he answers
"Isse kya hua?" Om asked
"Kuch nahi ASR ki tarah lagta hai daure pad rahe hai" Rudra signed
"Pata nahi kaise sambhlti hai Khushi Di inko" he added and took a slice of pizza and eating it as Manik starred at Arav till he was out of vision
