It's been 4 months since Jeremy's passing. Nothing's the same. Mr. Heere hasn't left his house, Michael can't eat or sleep. Their small town in New Jersey went quiet. Michael always makes sure there are fresh flowers on Jere's grave weekly, and can't help but giggle at his tomb every time.

With a slot for coins. Even in death, he was still the biggest nerd known to mankind. Michael had always wondered what would happen if he put coins in, but never did. Until one day.
"Hey Jere, I brought you flowers again. Carnations, deep loss. I-I know you were always into things and their meanings, especially fl-flowers, I hope I got it- got it right." His eyes had started to tear up, knees buckling and voice breaking as he sat by Jeremy. "I brought arcade tokens. For the token slot. I mean of course they're for the token slot what else would they be for, of course they're for the token slot." He said to himself, putting the disks in. As he suspected, nothing happened. "I just wanted to check in, get you your flowers. Everyone really misses you. See you tomorrow." Michael turned around, walking away and wiping his tears when he felt a hand on his shoulder.
Surprised, he turns around to get whoever it is off of him. His eyes go wide as he sees a dirt-covered, bone-thin and very confused-
"Jeremy?"
"What h-h-happened..." He said taking a single step before he collapsed into Michaels arms with a blank look on his face. Michael laid him down, putting his head on his lap for a pillow, being as careful as possible not to hurt the fragile boy.
"W-ell, you ran in-into a car and died. I tried to keep-keep you alive but no-th-thing worked. Your nose was... your nose was caved in, and you had two black eyes. And we had the f-fune-ra-funeral and everyone showed up and-" He was cut off by Jeremy.
"Who are you?"
