With cigarette in hand, I look up at the stars and wonder if somehow your sky will look the same, wherever it is you are tonight. Darling, they tell so much more than just the night to me. If their vague patterns in the sky tell you anything at all, let it be a haunting reminder of the distance between our two hearts and minds. They scatter across the sky like the thoughts in my mind, and always my thoughts lead back to where you will be, and tell me, darling, please say you think of me.
