Elena woke up startled. She observed her surroundings. Dark room, smelt like jasmine tea and she could hear Aunt Jenna yelling at some reality tv show. Home she thought to herself jumping out of bed.
"Woah" she said out loud as it felt like her head and just jumped out of her head when she jumped out of her bed, but when she got out, it felt like it jumped back in. She was no fan of head jumping.
"Agh" she said walking down stairs to see the bottom of her home.
"Elena!" Aunt Jenna said rushing over to Elena and supporting her while she walked. "You okay dear" she smiled leading Elena to seat on the sofa.
"Just fine" Elena replied feeling her head.
"I heard about it, what the hell has gotten into Matt?" Aunt Jenna replied facing Elena but her eyes where drawn to the tv.
"Who knows" Elena said playing around with the tips of her hair.
"Anyway, some boy called the house asking if you were still on for the grill?" Aunt Jenna said rasing her eyebrow and knuging Elena.
"Stefan!" Elena said crawling onto the sofa and jumping over it and rushing to the kitchen.
Aunt Jenna smiled to herself and flicked the channel.
"Where is the redial switch" Elena said softlty to herself, who the hell uses these phones nowadays anway! she thought to herself stunned.
Got it. It rang forever she swore.
"Hello" said a deep husky voice with a hint of sadness in it.
Elena sighed, "Stefan" she began. "This is Elena" she held her breath hoping he would answer before she died of not breathing.
"Elena" he said softly. PHEW Elena said half smiling. "How are you" he asked so modeslty.
"I am fine don't worry about me, I'm so sorry about Matt though it was my fault" she said softly hoping Aunt Jenna wouldn't hear.
"Don't say that, It's fine. Thankyou for being interested in me??" he started laughing questionly.
She giggled. "I just really want to get to know you" she said sharply.
"Agreed, except for you. If that makes sense" he said unsurely. "Can I still meet you at five?" he said quietly.
"Agreed" she said full of enegery.
"I will pick you up" he said with now full confidence.
"You don't even know where I live" Elena said hoping this was a joke.
"I will find it then" he said laughing.
"Okayy, well I need to go get ready for you" she said rushing upstaris back to her room holding the phone still agaisnt her ear.
"No need, you will look amazing no matter what you wear. Goodbye Elena" he said with with confidence.
Elena blushed. Is he flirting with me? "Bye Stefan" she replied hanging up the phone and reaching her bedroom. She threw the phone onto her bed and statred getting ready.
"Elena! Ste..." Aunt Jenna started but stopped.
Elena heard remincing downstairs.
"Stefans here to pick you up" she finshed her sentence. Elena laughed and rolled her eyes and made a quick glance in the mirror and walked gracefully down the stairs.
Elena had her hair starightened and tied it back in a high pony tail making it look really long and glossy. She wore a plain black t shirt that showed her tanned stomach and a short baby blue thin skirt. She wore her usual amount of make up with that little extra to make her looked dressed up. She wore her new fashion laced boots.
Stefans face was gorgeous. His eyes were focused on her and nothing else. Elena blushed when she saw him in a causal demin shirt and skinny jeans. She knew he dressed up just as much. Aunt Jenna looked at Elenas clothing ashtonished.
"May I please talk to Elena before she goes?" Aunt Jenna said smiling to Stefan sweetly. He nodded and put his hands in pockets and waited.
"Elena you can't go out like that!" Aunt Jenna shouted whispered.
"It's okay, the whole college told the rest of Mystic Falls that I am a slut anway. No need to tell me, I already know" Elena said whipping her long pony tail in the air and strutting it to meet Stefan outside.
"Lets go" she said impatienly walking past him and waiting by his car.
"Nice to see you too" he mumered under his breath smiling.
"You look very beautiful" Stefan said glancing at her while he was driving.
"Thanks" Elena said softley looking out the window.
"Hey" Stefan said taking one hand away from the wheel to pull her face to face him. "Don't worry about Matt, I will deal with him for you" Stefan said calmly.
"No it's my fight, you don't understand" Elena said breaking his pull and looking out the window.
"I know I don't, but you won't be sad forever Elena." Stefan said parking the car and getting out.
Elena opened the door.
"Stop. That's my job" he said closing his door and walking to her side.
Your perfect, Elena thought smiling while blushing as he opened the door and held a hand for her.
The two made quite an entrance. People began whispering to others and laughing. Others gave them dirty looks. Then Elena saw something she didn't want to see for awhile.
"Matt" Stefan said glarring at him as Matt glared back.
"Come with me" Elena pulled him to the furthest seats away from the bar but made sure it had a window view, she loved the view of outside while dinning.
"I'm sorry, I didn't know we would be fighting" Elena said looking at her feet as Stefan pushed her seat in and then gracefully took his own.
"I don't mind Elena, as long as I am with you" he said smiling while looking at the menu.
No, no, no! Elena thought as she quickly went to look out the window.
"What would you two like, cutest couple ever!" Matt yelled with sarcasm as he flipped open his little notebook.
"Matt we will find another restruant if we must" Stefan said nodding at Elena and then at Matt.
He was right Elena thought to herself, I can't deal with Matt right now.
"No! Enjoy yourselves in my presence!" Matt said raising his hands and glearing at Elena.
"Your just a jealous little dick aren't you? Want to make it anymore clearer?" Elena said standing up and pulling her pony tail tighter.
"Me? The dick?" Matt yelled walking closer to Elena holding his fist.
"Everyone in this room leave" Stefan shouted pointing to the nearest exsit. The crowd fled thinking that someone had burned the place down or a murderer was in here but Stefan didn't need Elena to be embrassed anymore then she already was. He knew she hated it.
"Your just a snaky little bitch who loves to lead guys on!" Matt yelled dropping his notebook and his eyes were full of hate when he looked at Stefan.
"Can you just shut up! I have been through so much, my parents just died!" Elena yelled back in defence.
"GO DIE BITCH" Matt yelled punching Elena in the stomach.
She feel on her back but got up. I am not going down again she thought.
"You die" she shouted slapping him across the face.
"Your such a little shit" he said grabbing her body and throwing her to the ground.
With himself on top of her he began strangling her.
"WHAT THE FUCK" Elena managed to get out with her loss of breath. "Let me go" she said as loudly as possible trying to break free.
"NO YOU DIE LITTLE MISS PRINCESS ELENA. YOU LITTLE SHIT" he said pushing with more force.
Elena then raised her knee and kneed him in the groin.
"What the hell" he said with autitude falling off and onto his knees in pain.
Elena got up and ran for her life.
"NO YOU DON'T" Matt yelled grabbing her ankle causing her to fumble.
"Matt, I SWEAR LET ME GO OR I WILL GOD DAMMIT KILL YOU" Elena said crying while kicking harder for him to realease her.
"Try me" he yelled back but still dealing with the pain of his throbbing groin.
Elena fell back out of loss of controll she turned her whole body to face Matt as she placed her hands in front of her for protection from falling onto the hard ground. She fell so fast she didn't even realise what happened. When she fell her hands had so much pressue in them because she was a vampire. She had just cracked Matts skull open.
