Author's POV
"Oh Sehun–ssi?," Sehun startled from his own thoughts and saw someone was standing in front of him.
He awkwardly bowed down to greet the person. "Yes, I'm Sehun," he replied and flashed a polite smile.
"I'm Lay," the person held up his hand to Sehun. "Good to know that you accepted this offer."
Sehun smiled. "It is my pleasure," he replied and nodded slowly.
Lay was kind and warm. That was what Sehun thought about him and his first impression.
"Mr Kim is already waiting for you," he stated and pulled out his arms, hinting Sehun to follow him.
Sehun felt nervous after hearing that. He was hoping it would be fine after this.
He began walking while following Lay's foot steps.
"Don't worry, it will be fine," Lay suddenly talked and flashed a comforting smile to the latter.
Sehun inhaled deeply. "It's my first time, that's why," he responded and tried calming himself.
He was not really expecting too much. There were like lots of Mr Kim other than him right?
Both of them suddenly stopped at the front of a door. Sehun was still busy calming himself when Lay was knocking the door.
"Come in," Sehun flinched as he caught the voice from the inside of the room.
Lay nodded and hinted him to get into the room. He even mouthed a good luck which was kind of helping for Sehun.
The latter exhaled sharply and stepped into the room after bravened himself.
"Mr Kim," Sehun greeted politely after the door was being closed. He bowed down.
"Sehun, that is you right?," he was surprised by the sudden question but quickly covered it up.
He nodded. "Yes, that is me," he replied and waited nervously.
His heart felt like stopping at the moment the chair suddenlte was turned around.
He felt shocked. Suprised. Glad. Scared.
There were lots of emotions coming in him at that moment. He didn't know how to react.
"Y-You," he muttered while his eyes were staring at Kai.
Meanwhile Kai, he was looking at the latter with a slight smirk. "Have a seat, Sehun–ssi," he stated.
Sehun plopped down on the seat right in front of him. His head was lowered as he had no gut to make any rye contacts with Kai.
Kai silently curved a smile as he was seeing that. Adorable. That was what he thought of before getting rid of those thinkings.
He cleared his throat before started talking. "I'm glad to know that you accept my offer to work here," he began the talks.
Sehun slowly lifted up his head and was looking at those captivating eyes. "Yeah, thank you for this opportunity," he said.
"So you know what to do?," Kai began asking while he could not let his eyes off from Sehun.
Sehun frowned. "To be your assistant?," he questioned in confusion.
Kai nodded. "That's true but you are going to be my personal assistant to be exact," he said those while emphasising the word personal.
"You need to be with me everytime and everywhere, anytime when I need you," those were uttered while he was staring at Sehun.
Sehun noticed it was kinda weird as he heard it but chose to acknowledge it.
"I understand, Mr Kim," he replied while lowering his head.
Kai continued. "I need to remind you that I don't like to see any lacking in my works," he stated firmly.
Sehun nodded. "I will do my best and doesn't dissapoint you," he replied.
Kai curved a slight smile as he didn't realise. How he wish for Sehun to make any problems so that he could punish the latter.
"Lay will be helping you if you have any problems," he stated and the door was opened afterwards.
Lay was already there and bowed down. He approached them closer.
Sehun nodded and smiled at Lay. "I understand," he said and stood up from the seat.
Kai furrowed his eyebrows. He wanted Sehun to just smile at him like that.
"Lay, tell Sehun everything he needs to know," he demanded to the guy.
Lay nodded. "I will, Master," he replied.
"You can go now," he stated and shot a charming smile at Sehun before winking once.
Sehun was suprised of that and he could react by just nodding slowly. He bowed down and walked out of the room.
Lay was way more suprised than the guy was. He leaded Sehun to his place and turned to him.
"Sehun–ssi!," he exclaimed. "Do you have anything with Master?," he asked.
Sehun was shocked by that sudden question. "No I don't, I never know him before," he replied.
Suddenly a guy was approaching them with confusion on his face. "What's happening here?," he questioned and noticed Sehun was there as well.
"You must be the new assistant, I'm Tao," Tao greeted with a polite smile amd pulled out his hand.
Sehun smiled at him. "I'm Sehun, nice to meet you," he stated.
"What's wrong with you?," Tao turned to Lay and noticed the suprise look on his face.
Lay looked at him. "Master just smiled, I mean at Sehun, this wide," he explained to Tao while showing how Kai smiled just now.
Tao was looking suprised as well. "Really?," he turned to Sehun.
Sehun was frowning in a really deep confusion at that moment. He was too confused right now.
"What's wrong with that? He was always like that right?," he carefully questioned. He just thought that Kai was same like others flirty guys.
It must not be a new thing for him to be like that...right?
Lay inhaled deeply and pat Sehun's shoulder. "Sehun, he's never like that and this is the first time I ever seen him smile like that," he stated.
"I have worked with him for almost 8 years and this is the first time," he told Sehun and the latter was suprised as well.
"I'm sure there is something," Tao said and made an eye contact with Lay.
"Yeah, there's something."

"Jongin!," Kai was welcomed by an excited voice as he stepped into the house.
He curled up a small smile. "Hi, Suho Hyung," he greeted the elder with a short hug.
Suho wrapped his hands around the younger's arms. "I really miss you, you didn't even visit me," he said.
Kai let out a nervous laughter. "Sorry Hyung, I've been busy recently," he rubbed back of his neck.
Suho rolled his eyes in annoyance as he heard that reply.
"I need to prepare the dinner first," he said and soon left to the kitchen to start preparing.
Kai was sitting in the living room while watching the television when a little boy suddenly approached him.
"Kaichun," he turned his attention to the little boy and smiled.
"Jungwoo, why are you not wearing anything hm?," Kai lifted the boy in.his arms and began showering him with kisses.
Jungwoo was giggling while trying to get away from his uncle.
He was the one and only child of Kris and Suho, also Kai's only nephew.
Kai might look cold but he could be extra warm when Jungwoo was around him.
"Jungwoo, come here," Kris suddenly appeared with a clothes inside his hand which Kai assumed was Jungwoo's.
Jungwoo pouted. "Don't want," he replied and looked away.
Kai caught the little boy in his arms and brought him to the father. "No! Don't want!," the little boy was whining since just now.
Kris finally caught his son in his arms. "We will get ready or Kai samcheon will leave you," he said and successfully made him sealed his lips.
Kai was holding back his laughter and approached the pouty little boy. "Samcheon will be waiting for you okay?," he ruffled the boy's hair.
Jungwoo's pout turned into a wide smile afterwards. "Wait here and don't go anywhere," he said while being carried away by his father, he glared at Kai.
Kai chuckled. The one and only kid who was dare to glare at him.
He felt happy to see Jungwoo. When could he get one?
