|Don't go

I continued to pack my clothes. When I heard my door open. "You need to knock Yumi." I sighed turning to face her. Her bottom lip jutted out.
"Kookie..Nonna doesn't want you to leave!" She whined like a four year old. "But I have to.." I sighed. "I wish I could stay but—" I felt something on my lap. I looked down and saw Yumi's legs.
I sighed pushing her legs off me. "Phones are a thing too.." I said bluntly. "But it's not the same as talking to you in real life!" She whined.
"Let's think about to tomorrow later and think about today now, hmm?" I asked. She crawled towards my bed and held a pillow in her arms.
I grabbed my laptop and opened it up. "Why are you even up at 4am?" I asked since she normally woke up a 9.
"Because I knew you would be up packing." She sighed. I sat down on my bed and nodded. I logged into my Netflix account.
"What do you wanna watch?" I asked. "Naruto!" She smiled cutely. I smiled sweetly ruffling her hair. "You seem like the little baby now!" I teased.
Yumi pouted before lightly hitting my arm. I giggled. She pouted as I was on my Netflix account.
I typed Naruto into the search bar and came across a movie. I clicked it and the movie started. Yumi curled up into a ball. Her head rested on my chest.
Yumi's head bobbed as I breathed. Soon enough she had fell asleep. Her arms draped across my body.
I shut off my laptop and put it on my night table. I turned my body so that it was facing Yumi. I wanted to kiss her so badly there.
Her head was now hidden I'm my chest. Her legs wrapped around my waist. Her breathing soft and slow.
I let myself embrace her for next few hours before we'd have to separate. God, I'm gonna miss this crackhead.
☆ Time Skip
I felt something move and woke up. I looked up too see Yumi staring at me with a sad look. "Nonna are you crying?"
She wiped away the tears that fell before pulling me into her embrace. "This is so embarrassing.." She whispered.
I smiled shyly and gently pushed her off of me to see her face. "It's okay to be sad, but let's save the tears for when I actually leave." I said trying to cheer her up.
"We have a fun day ahead of us too!" I exclaimed taking her small hand in mind and helping her off the bed. She gave me a small smile before walking towards the door.
"I guess. We do." She sighed and exited to get to her room to get ready.
Why does she seem so sad?
