Demetrie~
I was furious. Not only had she ran away again but she had me on a wild goose chase. I called home only to be informed that my lovely mate was already there.
Once I reached the pack house I pulled on a pair of sweat pants I found lying around and stocked inside. I was fuming and all me and my wolf could think about was locating our mate. I took a deep breath trying to pick up her scent and when I did I followed it and ended up in the kitchen but she wasn't there. I was momentarily confused There was a blond cooking and Conner a recently shifted pup eating and energetically talking to her about video games but the cast on her right arm gave her away. I stocked over to her and pulled her away from the stove and pinned her against refrigerator. She looked different she was hot as a brunette but she was absolutely breath taking as a blond. The similarities between her and aunt Emilia where unmistakable. My wolf wanted to mark her so she'd know who she belongs to. So she would stop running away from us but unlike back at the motel I was in complete control I had given my wolf enough control on the run back and now it was my turn, I could feel him at the surface so my eyes where probably black. Her eyes reflected the panic and fear she was feeling. I growled frustrated at myself and pulled back without saying a word I stocked out of the kitchen only to run into my parents.
"My office now Demetrius" my father ordered signaling me to walk in front of him.
That was where he ordered me to stay away from My Mate. I was not to talk to her until she approached me. I was not to be alone with her until I learned how to be a proper mate. I was pissed off.
"I'm serious Demetrius , She is your mate and I have always had a soft spot for her but disobey and i will send her back to Hunter" he threatened. I could tell he was dead serious so my only option was to a agree. So I stayed away, I avoid being around her for fear of losing her.
Aiden ,dad and I where in his office discussing patrol schedules when mom bursted saying there was some sort of problem outside.
"Where is Ariabelle?" I asked automatically and she confirmed my fear when she confirmed what I already suspected. She was outside. We all followed Dad out as he stocked outside.
"Over my dead body!" That was Ariabelle. What the hell did she have to do with this problem.
"Trust me sweetness that can be arranged" Pete's answer had my blood boiling and my wolf blood thirsty. Not only had he threatened my mate but he had also used My pet name for her. While every one fussed around the girl I launched at Pete. Unlike when I attacked Ryan back at the airport for losing my mate I didn't have any reasons to hold back. My fist repeatedly pounding into his face. My wolf was in control, he didn't see a fellow pack member he saw someone who was a threat to his mate. someone who threatened her life. I felt the Alpha command and momentarily I was able to take control again but my Wolf took it back over and continued his attack until I felt a someone grab my arm so on instinct I swung back with out thinking. It wasn't until the sparks retreated that I realized it had been Aribelle. I pulled away from Pete and turned around to see her laying on top of Connor her eyes full of fear just like back at the motel. Dame it! I was angry at my wolf. This was his fault again just like that night he had taken control and scared her. I shifted into my wolf and ran until I exhausted my self.
"Ryan said you where looking for me" I stated walking into my fathers office. As usual he was sitting behind his desk on his lap top.
"I warned you, Demetrius " he Stated glaring up at me.
"You would be punishing her as well if you sent her to her father's pack" I objected automatically. I don't know why she dislikes her father so much but she does.
"You disobeyed me Demetrius" he growled.
"I've stayed away!! I followed you ridiculous order. He threatened her Dad! She's my mate his future Luna and he threatened her! You heard him everyone heard him!." I shouted slamming my fist on his desk.
"Control your self!...I assure you Demetrius,Pete will get his punishment, I understand your intentions were pure, to protect your mate but your are the next in line to be the Alpha and an Alpha does not harm his pack members." Dad stood up as well and glared me down. Neither of our wolves wanting to submit.
"One last chance Demetrius. Your brothers mate needs a familiar face and Ariabelle does as well. Keep you wolf under control " he stated once I finally looked away from him.
And I did. I avoided her. I didn't eve. Go down to dinners. I avoided being in the same room as her . I couldn't be around Aiden either, he was over the moon happy. The lucky bastard got to mate with his Mate that same night. I had met my mate a little over a months ago and still nothing but he marked and mated his mate the same day.
Once again I took my frustration out on my mate. She wanted to know why I was avoiding her.
"Let go of me Ariabelle" i ordered trying to pull away and leave but she didn't let me.
"No" she declared stubbornly stepping around me and standing in front of me.
" Move out if the way Ariabell" Iordered glaring at her but she didn't budge she stomped her foot and crossed her arms over her chest.
"Answer and i'll move" was her response.
"Ariabelle just move!" I demanded trying to side step her.
"Answer me!" She demanded.
"You want to know what's wrong. How about the fact that my parents are wrapped around your finger or how you manipulate everyone by playing the sweet vulnerable human. Your a coward! I could have any girl I want but I'm stuck You. With a frigid mate.!" I screamed tightening my grip on the glass in my hand making it shatter in to pieces some stuck in my palm. As soon as the words left my lips I wanted to take them back. I didn't mean any of it. I was just frustrated and I took it out on her. Again.
" I'll make life easier for you. I Ariabelle Anderson reject you Demetrius Alexander Bradley as my Mate. There problem solved. Don't worry as of right know I no longer live here so you won't have to put up with my frigidness. Have a nice life because I know I will with out you! Vos es un Patan.!" She screamed. I couldn't breath. it was as if a piece of me was being ripped away. All I felt was numbness. She had rejected me. My Mate Rejected me and it was my fault. I pushed her to do it. I should have tried harder. I fell to my knees clutching my chest. It hurt. I felt empty.
I have to go after her. What am I doing here on the floor. I need to go. Get her back. I'm waisting time. I stood up ready to follow her but my mother stood in my way shaking her head.
"I need to-"
"She's angry and hurt Honey, you both said things you didn't mean. You need to clear your head and let her clear hers." my mom pulled me into a hug and I cried just as I had so many times when I was a little boy.
"I hurt her mom, I didn't mean to. I love her, I need to go after her"i explained hoping she would change her mind and let me go after my mate but she didn't. She just held me closer.
"I know honey. Rita went after her" she assured.

40 hours 20 minutes and 8 seconds . She had been gone that long. Rita had said that Ariabelle was a runner. When things got hard she would disappear for a few days. The tracker Rita had placed on her car said that she was still in the city. I sat in my dads office just watching the little red dot that hadn't moved much but when it did it always returned to the same address. The phone in my dads office rang, my heart when I saw her name on the caller ID
"Sweetness?" I asked skeptically mentally begging that she wouldn't hang up on me.
"Aria's father?" that was definitely not her. It was a male. I would have been a lot angrier had he not asked if I was her father. What was a male doing with her phone. Was he her new lover. Was she hurt? so many questions were running thru my head.
"Hello. are you still there?" The guy asked breaking me out of my thoughts.
"Where is Aria? Why do you have her phone" I demanded.
"She told me to call her uncles but neither of them answered so I called you. A few days ago we were getting back from the club and she was taken by some guys. She said not to call the police so I didn't" he rushed out nervously.
"How long ago?" I growled out
"Three almost 4 days ago" he answered.
"Your just calling know" I was pissed off my mate had been taken days ago and this moron didn't inform anyone until now.
"I didn't want to get involved, but I haven't been able to sleep the fear in her eyes haunts me. Her phone was locked so I had to figure out the pass code I which I did a few minutes ago. i'm sorry" he answered . I hung up. They had her the rouges had her. We should have known since the number of rouges around our boarders had decreased.
I ran out the office and up the stairs to my parents room and pounded on the door until they opened it.
"Demetrie why are you-"
"They have her! The rouges took her the night she left" I growled out cutting my father off.
