I ft him, seeing his face will cheer me up. I cover my face up so he doesn't see the bruised scratch

He picks up..
"Emery? You're okay oh my god"
I see the relief take over him, I start to relax too. His expression changes when he doesn't see my face
"Emery let me see babygirl"
"You don't want to."
"Emery yes I do, I miss seeing you're beautiful face"
"It's not so beautiful anymore"
"Let me see? Please?"
I show my face, I see myself in the corner of the screen and I want to puke. Tears form in my eyes, but I try my best not to cry.
"Emery call the police. He needs to go to jail."
"My mom... I can't do that to her"
"Emery please get out of there please"
"I'll try"
Is all I can manage to say.
"You still look gorgeous" he smiles at me. I blush and laugh back.
"Is he gonna hear us talking? I don't want anything else to happen"
"It'll be alright" I smile and so does he.
We talk for hours, about the dumbest stuff, I learn more about Colby,and he learns more about me. I eventually fall asleep. And dream about us meeting
