Snape's POV, Voldemort's Dungeon.
"Smith, you look awful." I said in an amused tone.
"I feel fantastic, so don't." He chuckled.
"I still haven't figured a way to get you out. Your sister is going mad, trying to find you." I scoffed, "She never really shows affection towards you, why now?"
"Well, I'm sort of missing and she can't reach out to me in anyway, wouldn't you be going crazy if someone you missed went missing." He sighed
"No, because I could find them easily." I said annoyed.
"What if my sister went missing, and you couldn't find her?" He asked, knowing it would piss me off.
"I told you how I felt for her, nothing, I feel nothing for her, it was a mistake, she is a student and a child, that doesn't think before she says anything." I looked at him angrily
"Sure, Professor." He scoffed and laughed, "I'm still pissed that you knew about her." He pointed to the shivering body on the hard steel bed.
"I couldn't tell you or your siblings, I mean, look where just a voice got you."
"Whatever, Snape. I'm fine, why are you still here?" He rolled his eyes.
"I don't know, I shouldn't even bother to check on you anymore, should I?" I laughed meanly
"Sorry, I'm upset and an asshole, just.. make sure Erin is safe." He sighed and sat beside the shivering body.
I nodded, "Also, Smith, were you looking for Horcruxes?" I asked
"Possibly, I was close to one, but the voice grew stronger, the one I was close to was Nagini and that let me straight to Tom." He smiled and shook his head in amusement, "Should've known it was a trap."
I left and was debating whether to tell Smith and Potter about it..
Erin's POV, the day after New Years, Hogwarts.
We still had till the 7th for break, but I wanted to get back into the habit of school schedule.
"Erin?" Harry shook me and I woke up.
"Huh?!" I yelled and shot out of bed.
"You're going to miss breakfast, hurry." He said
"How'd you get in here?" I asked
"Draco, and you have a little drool." He started to point and I slapped his hand out of my face.
He laughed and I said, "Piss off."
I got up and got dressed in a green t-shirt and black silk leggings.
I put my hair into a messy bun and stretched.
I walked with Harry and Andy down to the Great Hall and Snape was behind us, I could just feel his presence.
"Smith and Potter, a word?" He said in a stern voice
Harry and I turned around and nodded in agreement, we followed him to his classroom.
"I may have a lead on your brother."
"What?!" I shot up out of my seat
"Sit down, Smith." He said angrily.
"Sorry.. Professor." I said quietly and sat down.
"So what did you find?" Harry asked
"It seems, your brother was searching for Horcruxes, and just.. disappeared, when he got close to one." Snape sighed
"Well, why don't we look for them?" I asked
"There's no way we can leave school grounds except for Hogsmeade." Harry sighed
"How did Tanner leave then?" I asked Snape
"No idea, he might've had someone help him, or could've done it by himself." Snape retorted.
"Well, why can't we do it now?" I asked
"Because you aren't supposed to leave school grounds." Snape hissed.
"Then it'll be a while until we find Tanner.." I sighed and let out a sob.
"Yes, I'm afraid it will be." Snape said with no emotion at all.
"That's fantastic, what am I supposed to tell Remus?" I asked
"I don't know, we'll come up with something." Harry sighed, "We can't do it now, he has enough to deal with, especially him and Tonks breaking up."
"Wait huh?" I said surprised
"You two are dismissed." Snape said annoyed.
Harry and I walked out.
Harry explained to me that Tonks ended things because he was still mourning over my mother.. why though..?
I ate breakfast, and decided to go to the library to study Potions and DADA.
Draco came in and sat with me, "Ah, perfect, I need your help."
I chuckled softly, "Of course you do, what with?"
"DADA, Snape is up my ass about the essay he assigned to me for extra credit." He sighed
"He gave you extra credit? Well, I mean he does play favourite's." I laughed in amusement.
"He usually does give me extra credit, my dad probably threatens him or something, which I hate that, because I could do this in my own." He rambled
"You can't do it on your own because you're rambling like a little kid." I smiled
"Sorry, so the essay is about Dementors. Just facts and where they came from, who named them. All that." He said
We worked on his essay, it had to be 4 pages and we got 6 because he was hoping for a little more credit. Which I doubt he'll get.
I walked with him the the DADA classroom, so he could turn it in, the essay only took 3 hours, which was a reasonable time for an essay given out by Snape.
We walked in and turned it in, Snape gave me a glare and we left.
"So.. has Tom said anything about Dumbledore?" I asked
"I have the cabinet fixed and I just have to give the signal to whenever they can come."
"So death eaters are going to invade the school?" I asked hesitantly.
"Yeah.. which they'll still take over the school." He sighed
"What if.. we made a plan.. we get everyone except for Slytherin, except Kaylee and I, and have them defend.." I asked
"That could work.. we'd have to run it by Dumbledore and have him tell the teachers." He said with hope.
We rushed to Dumbledores office and knocked, he told us to come in.
"Ah, Erin, Draco, how may I help you?" He smiled
"So, Snape is going to hide You, Draco, and himself, but we still need control of the school. I was wondering, if we could have 3rd years and up defend Hogwarts, except Slytherin." I asked
"Well, that is an idea, I believe that'll work, if you ask Professor Snape to train students in Defense Against the Dark Arts, and Professor Flitwick in Charms, it could work." He said.
"Thank you, Professor." Draco said happily.
"Draco, would you mind go getting Professor Snape and Professor Flitwick so we can discuss this?" Dumbledore asked and Draco nodded and left.
"Anything about your brother?" He asked
"Snape said we was looking for Horcruxes and just.. disappeared, I don't even know how he got off of school grounds." I sighed and sat down.
"He is a very bright boy, I'm not surprised he got out of here." Dumbledore chuckled.
I laughed and wiped my nose because I thought it was running, no.. it was bloodied..
"Need a tissue?" He asked and handed me one.
I took it and thanked him, we waited 10 minutes while discussing my grades and stuff like that.
Draco, Snape, and Professor Flitwick came in.
"Ah, there you are, took you long enough Draco." Dumbledore said jokingly.
After explaining everything to Flitwick and Snape, they agreed to do training for 3rd years and up, and if some 2nd years seem to be enough as a 4th year, they can help defend.
Training starts as soon as break was over, McGonagall even agreed to train some of her students, turning death eaters into objects and stuff like that.
Hopefully.. this plan worked..
