Aizawa watched from the ceiling as heroes rushed in to fight the villains, falling from bullets and fire. He looked between Todoroki and the man who had revealed himself as Touya Todoroki. His eyes hurt like hell but he didn't stop.
He had to save his student, even after everything the half and half boy had done.
Nine screamed and something hot touched her side. She panicked momentarily before punching the hero who had done it. The hero fell to the floor and she shot them in the head, bang bang bang.
She started to breath quicker, her eyes side with panic. Touya saw. "Shou, cover us!" Todoroki nodded, surrounding them in a layer of ice. The two villains knelt beside her. "It's okay." Touya muttered, remembering what she said, They can't hurt you."
Nine nodded, hugging him. "Endeavour!" She yelled, as flames started to melt the ice dome Todoroki had created. The flame hero's face peered at them. Nine shot at him but he melted the bullets with a wave of his hand.
Touya shot fire and Todoroki shot ice, neither having an effect on him. The flame hero stood, looking down on them. "Shouto, Touya." He said. They shuffled away from him, striking with their backs against the ice.
Endeavour walked closer, towering over them. Todoroki shuddered. Nine raised her gun, pointing it at Endeavour. She shot a round of bullets, each flying over the hero's shoulder into the ceiling.
Blood dropped down from where she had shot. Endeavour looked up to see where it was coming from before turning down to where the villains had been. There was just a hole in the ice where they had fun from him.
Nine pushed the two in front of her, running for Deku's cell. They found it locked. Nine of the heroes could have opened it. Nine unlocked it, eyebrows furrowed in confusion. The three entered the room, looking around in the darkness.
Deku kept at them from the back corner, green lightning crackling around him. He went to punch Nine but Touya saw first and blocked it, jumping in front of the boy.
"Touya!" Nine screamed as Touya flew across the room, hitting the metal wall. Todoroki ran over to him, Nine stood there, already knowing the truth. She burst into tears as Deku ran from the room, following the path her one ago the main room.
Nine felt like the air had been knocked out of her. She tried to breath. Her eyes strayed back to where Touya lay. Todoroki sat next to his brother, tears falling down his face. "Come on, we have to go." He said, knowing it was hopeless.
Touya Todoroki was now really, truly dead.
