The screams of an infant child filled my head, until I awoke in a new environment. I got up to find myself not in my bed.
"W-What? Wasn't I just sleeping in my bed? W-Where am I?" I looked around myself, the screams of a baby getting fainter, and I find that I am in an amusement park.
"Ah, this must be a dream! That's why I'm here!" I say, sighing a sigh or relief. I look behind myself to see a brown dog sitting on one of the orange seats. I rub his head, making him whimper for more attention.
"Hiya boy! How'd you get all the way up here?" I say in a baby voice. The dog tilts its head before redirecting its gaze behind me. I turn around to see a bunch of balloons floating up towards me, a (F/C) one coming my way with a card attached to it. I grab it, looking at it in confusion before turning it, to reveal that it was a tarot card. A picture of a clown holding a huge scythe was on the card.
"D-Death 13?" Suddenly, green ooze starts to shoot out from the clown's wrists. I immediately scream, throwing the card away from me. Suddenly, a large scythe erupts from the card and lodges itself into the dogs brain, blood oozing everywhere in the cart, killing it instantly. I scream loudly once again, being awakened by my mother shaking me.
My body was covered with sweat, and I was shaking profusely. I look down at my hands to see that there was a little bit of blood on them.
"(Y/N) dear! What happened to you!?" My mother asks, clearly worried for me. It took me a moment to gather my thoughts, and when I finally did my mother interrupted me.
"It doesn't matter, just a bad dream, yes? Anyway, I have some great news to tell you! You have a baby brother!" My mother said, making my eyes shoot even more wide open. I look at her, and a smile quickly crawls upon my lips.
"That's great! But why didn't you tell me you were pregnant?" My mother looked at me confused, before laughing.
"No, No dear! I didn't give birth, I adopted one! You see, I found the poor thing sitting in a baby stroller all alone. Someone had seemed to have abandoned him. Anywho, until I find the parents, he's going to act like your baby brother!" My mother said excitedly. I smiled, never seeing her this excited before. I nodded my head, and got up.
"May I see him then? I really suppose I should get to know my new baby brother." The older woman nods her head, and she leads me to the room the baby is staying in, and then it hits me.
'Wait-- why did I wake up like that? Was I having a nightmare..? Oh well, I suppose it isn't that important if I cant even remember what it was.' We had finally arrived in the room. There were various things for the baby to play with. Toys were sprawled about the floor, blankets scattered about the room, and various stuffed animals or different sizes were stacked against a wall.
"Woah, you really went all out for this kid!" I said, looking at the room in awe. I went over to the crib, to find the baby staring up at me. The baby's skin tone was darker, and it looked soft. I went to touch it, but it glared at me, making me flinch. The baby was wearing a maroon cap, covering its dark brown hair. The baby continued to glare at me, making himself look evil. My mother had picked it up, making the baby go back to its natural happy face.
"Mother, where exactly did you find him?" I said, looking at the baby suspiciously.
"Oh! I found him near an old house. I tried to knock on the door to see if anyone was inside, but nobody answered." She informed me. I nodded my head, before she handed the baby to me.
"Dear, you'll have to look over the baby when I'm at work. Got it?" I nodded my head, smiling down at the baby. My mother exited the room, trying to get ready for work.
"Hello my new baby brother!" I said, smiling at him. He stared up at me, probably confused. I thought for a second, trying to figure out what his name would be.
"Mother? Did you name him yet?" I yelled, causing my mother to walk towards the room. She leaned on the door frame, thinking for a second.
"Ah! I have it. What about Mannish?" She said, taking the baby from me and tickling his belly. The baby let out cute high pitched laughter, clearly enjoying the attention. I smiled at my mother, taking Mannish back.
"You should probably get to work now, you don't want to be late!" My mother nodded her head and headed towards the door. Before she left she yelled,
"I love you two! Please get along!" I smiled nodding my head, even though she couldn't see me. I sat there, watching the baby for a while. After a while of playing, I could hear the baby's stomach grumble. I picked him up, and set him into the crib.
"I'll be right back Mannish, I'm going to call a couple of friends over and make you some food." I say, booping his nose. His nose curled up, annoyed with me. I hurried into the kitchen, my phone in hand.
'Joseph and Jonathan told me they were going to be busy today, running errands, and Josuke said he was grounded because he never cleans up his gaming console. Oh! I could ask Jotaro and Kakyoin if they want to come over!' I quickly dial Kakyoin number.
While waiting for him to pick up the phone, I saw a little boy scross the streets crying over his dead dog. The dog had seemed to have died due to something being lodged into its head.
'That's strange, I could have swore I saw a dog earlier, but where..?' I was unable go stay in my thoughts for too long, due to the phone on the other line being picked up.
"Hello?" A male asked.
"Hello Kakyoin! I was wondering if you wanted to come over to my house today. You see, I have a new baby brother, and I want you guys to get to know him!"
"That sounds great (N/N)! I'm able to come over, I'll be there in about twenty minutes. Love you!"
"Love you too!" He had hung up, probably to get ready. I inhaled a lot of air, getting ready to ask Jotaro.
'This could go either two ways. 1.) He simply ignores me and tells me he doesn't care. Or 2.) He actually decides to come over here. I'll probably have to persuade him though.'
I dialed Jotaro's number, praying that he picks up. After four rings I hear a grunt and a deep voice ask,
"What is it?"
"O-Oh! H-Hi Jotaro! I just wanted to ask if you wanted to come over to my house today, b-because I have a new baby brother, and I wanted you to meet him." I was nervously picked at my nails, waiting for his response. I heard a loud grunt come from the other side, before the male said,
"Tsk, why the hell would I do that? I have better things to do."
"O-Oh, and what would those things be exactly?" I asked, not expecting him to answer. As planned, the male stayed silent, not being able to respond.
"Please Jotaro! I'll make you more dolphin cookies!" I pleaded, trying to persuade him. He let out a sigh before saying,
"You have to make two dozen cookies plus some money for cigarettes." I nodded my head while yelling into the phone,
"YES SIR!" Jotaro groaned louder, but before he could interject, I had hung up the phone.
-Time Skip-
It had been about fifteen minutes since I had called the two males. Five minutes later I heared a knock at the door. I scurried over to the door, and opened it up to reveal two men.
"Oh! Hello Jotaro, Hiya Kakyoin!" I say, hugging the two. Kakyoin smiled down at me while Jotaro grunted.
"Yare Yare, where is the brat? I don't want it to shit or puke on me, so keep it away." The male said, glaring at me. I laughed nervously before nodding my head.
Kakyoin followed me into the room the baby was being kept, and saw that he was peacefully sleeping.
"We named him Mannish. My mother is keeping him until she finds the parents, but as you can see, I think she intends on keeping him forever." I said, laughing. The male shook his head, smiling, before walking over to the crib.
"He looks so peaceful." The red head whispered. I nodded before turning around to walk out of the room, but someone's body was blocking the way.
Jotaro was leaning on the door frame, a cigarette in hand. He took a big puff of it, before exhaling it. I wrinkled my nose in disgust, before making my way past the male.
"Oi, when are you going to make the cookies? Also I want my money." He said, looking at me.
"I was actually planning on making the cookies now, also the money's on the table." I said, not looking back at the male, and kept walking forward to the kitchen.
Jotaro grunted before joining me in the kitchen.
"What? Do you want to help me?" I asked mockingly. He made a 'hmph' sound before sitting at the table, and watched me get to work.
-Jotaro's P.O.V-
I watched the (H/C) girl tie her hair into a low ponytail before getting ready to bake. She moved around the kitchen with grace and precision, grabbing things needed to bake. I smiled slightly as she danced to a song she had put on.
"SONO CHI NO SADAMEEEEE!" She yelled into a spoon, pretending it was a mic. My smile grew wider upon my face as I watched her sing and dance. Once the song was finished, the oven beeped, indicating that the cookies were ready to put into the oven.
She carefully put them into the oven, and shut the door to it. Once done with the oven, she walks over to me and takes a seat across from me, and smiles.
'God, her smile is so cute..what the fuck? What am I doing thinking these stupid thoughts? No, I can't like her. She's probably just like every other bitch in my school. Tsk, damn her for making me this way.' The girl must have noticed that I was glaring at her, because she tensed up.
"J-Jotaro? I-Is something wrong?" The (E/C) eyed girl asked, looking at me. I quickly adverted my gaze, pulling my hat down, while shaking my head.
"No, it's just that you have batter all over yourself. Jesus, you're so messy." I said, coming up with a excuse. It wasn't a full lie either, she was covered in batter. She pouted at me, before saying sassily,
"Oh? Well why don't you clean me then?" A smirk formed over her lips as I looked at her, speechless. I then inched closer to her, catching her off guard.
-Your P.O.V-
"Oh? Hm, well why don't we go somewhere alone? So nobody could interrupt us?" The male whispered, his voice becoming more husky. My face went red as I tried to move away from him, but he had gripped the back of me head, pulling my hair slightly.
'W-What is he doing!? J-Jotaro never a-acts like this! I-Is he sick?' After what felt like eternity, he had finally let go of me, and made a 'tsk' noise.
"I was lying you know. I don't think of you any higher than I do the bitches at school. You are exactly like them." He said harshly. I had enough of this guy.
'Who the hell does he think he is? How dare he compare me to those girls?!' He was about to pull away, but I grabbed him harshly by his collar and yanked him towards me, our body's nearly touching.
"Now you listen, and listen very well, Kujo," I growled. "Now don't you ever compare me to those girls. I don't stalk you first of all, and you're not the person I constantly think about, I actually have a life, unlike them. Don't you ever, and I mean ever say that again." I said finally, pushing him roughly away from me.
The blue eyed male looked shocked, dumbfounded. A grin slowly crawled its away upon his lips, he tipped his hat down further over his face, and turned his back to me.
"Yare Yare (Y/N), I know. You cease to amaze me." The male said, before returning to the room that Kakyoin was in.
I soon followed Jotaro into the room to find that Kakyoin was shaking and bleeding in his sleep. I quickly wake him up, and he jolts awake, gasping.
"Kakyoin! W-What happened!?" I asked, holding him by his shoulders. He looked at me wide eyed before saying,
"I-I don't remember..." I sighed before getting up and going over to the baby. I had seen that the baby had a menacing aura around it, and it was glaring at Kakyoin. Kakyoin moved towards the baby and pointed at it, his sleeve rolled up and blood rolling down his arm, saying,
"That baby is an enemy stand."
