That same night Hayes asked her out to go to the park tomorrow after school almost like a date. she told him she had soccer practice from 5-7 so if eight was good she can go. he told her that 8:00 was perfect.
Friday-the day of the date- he told her over and over that he couldn't wait for the date. when school was over Ava went home and got ready for practice, when she came home she got ready for that night. she wore jeans, wedges, and a gorgeous top. when she arrived he was no where to be found. Ava looked everywhere then got a text from him saying ' turn around and look at the swings' when she did she saw Hayes siting on the the swings dressed very nice with a bouquet of flowers.
After the date Hayes decided to walk her home, when he got to the gate by the front door he told her that he had so much fun. he then leaned in and kissed her, she kissed him back. after that he said - I don't think I can be more proud to have a girlfriend like you- she said - and I don't think that I can have more of a man who is my boyfriend than you- they kissed again and said goodnight. Hayes and Ava continued dating for a while.
