Sahil

Two months later...

Today has been a perfect day. The sky is blue. One can get lost in the view I was looking at. The beauty of nature, I said as I took a sip from my coffee and watched from my balcony.

One can see the Arabian Sea from my balcony.

Moreover, the morning sky blue as well seemed to reflect the Arabian Sea. Birds are coming out from their nests and chirping. In a distant glimpse morning, joggers were running around the playground. A beautiful view, indeed.

Then I went inside my room and dressed in a casual T-shirt and blue jeans.
I watched videos on my phone, and before I knew it, I was lost in it.

At around 10, I had my breakfast: a chapati, some curry and a big glass of orange juice.

I laid back on my bed and tried to close my eyes. Yesterday had been a long shot, the director wanted to get every chance correct, and when I reached home at around 4 in the morning.

After what seemed like minutes, my mobile began to ring.
I looked at it irritated as someone had disturbed my sleep. It was from a different number.

"Hello? " I said irritated.

"Hi, Sahil? I'm Ron." Said from another end.

Ron was a well-known director.

"Oh. Hi Ron, how are you?"

" Doing good. I just saw your film and thought you would perfectly suit my character, "

"Oh."

"Wanna read the script? ; you may proceed if you like it."

I checked the time; it was 4 in the; evening. I had slept for 6 hours.

"Woah. Ya, I'll read the script. I'll come there in 5 min. Shall I??"

"Ya, sure."

I quickly combed my hair and headed to the parking lot. I didn't feel like calling my driver, and I thought I would make it a short ride myself,

I reached Ron's house in 25 mins. ( earning a glare from Ron), and we sat on, a sofa as he served me with coffee, he took a cup himself, and he gave me a bunch of papers and I sip my coffee, began to read the script.

We sat in silence. He was reading the script too. I wouldn't say the writing was excellent and brilliant like Kumar, but it was different, very different and that's what made me sign the film.

" Is the script, right?" Ron asked.

"Um, Ya, it's okay, I guess. "

"Any corrections you would like to make?"

" Um, I don't know. I will tell you that once we start shooting. Much easier to me."

" Ya, sure let's start the shoot next month."

"Are other costars confirmed?"

" ya, I hope so."

After speaking for another 5 minutes, I left Ron's house. However, I didn't feel like going back to my house and then headed my car to my next favourite place: Juhu.

Juhu is a place an upmarket neighbourhood of Mumbai. It is most famous for the sprawling Juhu Beach. The Arabian Sea surrounds it to the west, making it a lovely sight.

I occupied my favourite space: that is the right front of the sea. Fresh air blew, and then I saw her again.

She was wearing a blue salwar kameez and her hair left open. She was with her books again and was looking at the sea too.

Wondering what she was doing in Mumbai,

I went near her and said

"Hey".

She looked at me and smiled.

" Hi, Sahil".
