"XANDER-"

I screamed but, it was too late.

I ran to Sky, even though I was just a few feet away.

Sky groaned holding his right eye.

I felt my face redden, the pit of my stomach become full.

Full of anger, anger radiating inside my body.

No one messes with me, no one messes with HIM.

I walked to Xander and low-kicked him where the sun doesn't shine.

"June! What the-"

"Get out of my house." I calmly said.

He chuckled, "C'mon June he's just being a-"

"GET OUT OF MY HOUSE!"

I pointed to the door and he turned around, footsteps loud and heavy, closing the door with a loud thud.

Sky was still holding his eye and I sprinted to the kitchen.

I opened the freezer, fumbling to get the ice.

Ziplock bags sat on top of my counter and I grabbed one.

"You've got to be kidding me!" I lost my temper trying to open the bag and when I finally did, I saw Sky walking in.

Quickly putting the ice in the bag, I handed it to him and lead him to our room.

"My head..." He whined.

I went to the bathroom and grabbed the Tylenol.

"Here." I gave him two and some water.

"What do I do with this?" Sky asked.

"Swallow it whole with the water. One at a time."

I sat down (gently, for the first time) on our bed and sat next to him.

He laid down and I watched him, his eye getting darker, my face hanging low.

"Come here." Sky opened his arms.

I laid with him, his arms protecting me from the big bad world.

"I'm sorry." My voice cracked slightly.

"This isn't your fault, Summers." He whispered in my ear.

Sky ran his soft fingers through my hair, "It's never your fault."

I felt more glum than ever, "I could've stopped him! I could've...but, I was too late. And he was too fast. And-"

"Summers, look at me." He whispered again, his voice husky and firm.

I sat up a bit and looked into his eyes.

He smiled, "The world is going to act rebellious and do things they'll regret. But, it's important not go wild like them."

"What are you saying?" His eyes were like magnets. I, victim, of being the metal.

"I'm saying," Sky chuckled, "Just because someone did something to me, doesn't necessarily mean I have to be like them and fight using their ways."

"You don't want me to do anything?" I sat up.

Sky shook his head.

"Sky, he hurt you! You're the most important thing to me in the world, I can't just sit back-"

"Princess," He put a lock of my golden hair behind my ear, "I'll be okay."

"I'm not listening to you, Sky! I can't!" I whined.

He only smiled, "Don't be mad. I just don't want you being like him."

I went silent looking at him in the eyes, almost persuading me.

I huffed and turned around.

Sky tapped my shoulder.

"What." I blankly said, turning around to face him again.

"I love it when you fight with me."

I chuckled, "More like fighting for you."

Sky came closer, his hand on my waist.

"Who is this Sky?" I asked smiling, "Where's my shy, innocent Angel?"

"I don't know him anymore." Sky smirked.

I laughed and he pressed his lips against mine, a sound coming from the back of his throat.

Sky climbed on me and kissed me harder, my lips going crazy at the thought of him.

He put his forehead on mine, "I love you."

"I love you, too."

The morning after my little incident, I could barely open my eye.

I shuffled under Summers and she woke up quickly.

"What's wrong?" I asked her.

"Nothing, I just-" She sighed, "Got scared."

"I'm alright, Summers." I smiled.

I could see through her fake smile and big red eyes.

She was really that worried for me...

Surely lots of people get punched in the eye, right? I guess she just didn't expect me to be one of those.

"How about we do something." I turned to her.

"What? Like, right now?" Summers furrowed her eyebrows though, I could already see the spark in her eye. Wanting the surprise to be an adventure, somehow.

"I'll love you even after the cows come back." I said.

She laughed, "Cows?"

"Mhm," I nodded, "After they come back from the moon."

"How'd you come up with that?"

"Last night. I couldn't sleep much but, I was thinking of us."

"Okay," She smiled, "So how does it go?"

"One of us says, 'I'll love you', the other person says, 'Even after the cows come back'."

Summers threw her head back and laughed, "Okay."

"I'll love you." I whispered.

She held my hand, "Even after the cows come back."

Summers came in with a tray full of pancakes.

"Woah.." I said excitedly.

She placed it on my lap and sat in front of me.

"Dig in." She bit her lip impatiently.

I poured in syrup and took a bite.

"Dude," I said through a full mouth, "Best pancakes I've ever had. Hands down."

Summers grinned, "Really? I mean, they aren't special or anything."

She coughed, "Better than your cooking."

I glared at her and she innocently shrugged.

I adjusted my red shirt, black jean shorts, and leather jacket.

It's honestly such an effort having to dress up like a baddie all four seasons.

It was blazing hot and you didn't see me whining over wearing my leather jacket!

The key is to pretend it's keeping you warm.

"Ready?" I smirked.

"Yeah. Yeah, I'm good." Sky wore black jeans and a light blue shirt. This time, his shirt matching only one eye.

Isaac Wells had been told the situation and was now giving his final words.

Whatever he said, goes.

You're probably wondering why, though.

You see, Isaac is the leader of the organizations of gangs here.

A few years ago, he did business with the Rockstons and boy, did he get rich.

It profited all of us. And, no it wasn't with my generation.

It was with my mother. So now, he automatically likes all of us.

"The plan for the Blue Bloods will go like this:" Isaac looked around.

"There will be no eliminations for the gang." A few in the audience sighed with joy, others with sadness.

The place here was packed, losing a gang meant money split 1/5 to 1/4.

There were five gangs, and Isaac never included himself as one- he already made so much money by himself.

"The Blue Bloods will lay low and receive now 5% less of their normal salary. Also, Kasey Quinn will be taken from the gang and will not be allowed to join any of us for the next 4 years."

People clapped and I smiled.

Knowing that what they did had been given its consequence, and I didn't even have to move a finger.

"Case is closed." Harper smirked.

We were walking out of the Sage House and entering the van.

"Where shall we celebrate?" Axel said, starting the car.

"I think I might have an idea." I smirked, and put my red sunglasses on.

Where do you think they'll go? Have a fantastic day/night!

Love you Rockstons,
-Les❤️
