As I walked down the hallways of hell to get to my next class, my friend comes up to me and gives me a violet envelope.
"What is this for?" I ask with a smile.
"Well I'm throwing a end of the school year party this Friday after school" my friend Emily said back.
"Ok I will be there" I responded.
That reminded me that I only have two more days of school left since it's Wednesday and school ends on Friday.
I quickly shove the envelope into my the pockets of my binder and walked into Mrs.Cloonies class.
I walked towards the back of the class room and sat down in my spot that I usually always sit it.
I looked around the class and noticed a lot of people had the same violet envelope that I had, meaning a ton of people are coming to Emily's party.
I got comfortable in my seat while the teacher tried to quite us down. The class room door opens and walks in Dylan, my crush ever since seventh grade.
"Mrs.Cloonie I'm so sorry I'm late I couldn't open my loc-" he gets interrupted
"I don't care Mr.O'brien, this is the second time you have been late this week. Please sign the tardy sheet and take a seat" she said with a harsh tone.
He signs the paper that was clipped to a clipboard on her desk and made his way towards the back of the class because there weren't any open seats but the one next to mine.
He walks towards me and asks if anyone was sitting there.
I replied with a shake of the head meaning he could sit there.
His cologne made its way to my nose making the tiny hairs on my arm stand from how good he smells.
"You're name is Jade right?" He asks looking into my orbs.
"Yeah" I smile and look down trying to hide my pink cheeks.
"That's a beautiful name" he said making my cheeks go from pink to red.
"Thank you" I said looking into his eyes.
I opened my binder to take out the paper we were supposed to be working on and I caught his attention on the violet envelope.
"You're going to Emily's party too?" He smiles.
"Yeah she is one of my friends" I respond.
"I'm going too but I don't have anyone to go with." He looks down.
"Neither do I" I giggle.
"Well that could change for both of us if you want to be my date to her party?" He said looking back up.
"Yeah that would be nice" I smile.
